Questions

For the past few weeks, I've been editing some vidoes through Premiere Pro.  Whenever I open Adobe Premiere Pro on my computer, I'm greeted with the home page and or main page that displays all of my projects in a vertical manner. I haven't edited in a few days but now when I open Premiere Pro, all my projects are gone. I've recently updated the software to the 2025 version but had no issues. Although, now I can't access or find anything. To me, it looks like everything just got deleted.  Does anyone know how to fix this or find my projects?  Thanks a lot! 

The footage should not be in slowmotion, nor should it have been shot in slow motion. I doubt this was what the DP was aiming for either, but I have no way to contact them. Premiere is reading the footage as 23.976 fps. I have to speed up the footage about ~250% to make it appear somewhat normal speed. This is making the footage such a pain to deal with. I tried changing the sequence settings to 60fps to see if that does anything, but unforuntately it doesn't. Any advice? 

Hello! I'm working on my new Mac Studio M4 Max (40 GPU cores, 48GB RAM, Mac OS Sequoia 15.4) with the actual Premiere Pro version (25.2.1) and experience a strange issue: Whenever the Mac is entering sleep mode and being waked up again, Premiere is very laggy (whatever action with the mouse or keyboard Premiere takes up to a few seconds to react). When I close the app and restart, everything is back to normal. With my older machines (M1 Max, M1 Ultra) I never have this issue. Other apps also doesn't seem to be affected. Can you please investigate this? It's very annoying because it forces me to quit and restart Premiere multiple times every day... Thank you!

Hey guys, I really need your help. I have a sequence with mixed footage, 4k so 25fps, and HD 100fps. The fps of the sequence is also 100fps. I have done this multiple times with other video’s but for some reason, my video now has these blacklines when I render it, they come and go throughout the video. I have tried exporting it three times already, I have set the sequence to 25 fps instead of 100fps, I have tried to change the frame rates of the raw clips with this tutorial: https://youtu.be/_j8-jzOey8?si=Cyd7ChX6O3IhaEH. But it all did not work. Does someone know what to do?

Hello all,Premiere isn't able to read brawl files. I get this error anytime I launch the project. I have Blackmagic RAW installed on my Macbook Pro. It can read files in preview fine. Any idea how to fix this? 

When starting Premiere Pro 23.5, the app will take an inordinate amount of time (many minutes!) to load third-party plug-ins and create its plug-in cache, giving users the impression that the app has become unresponsive where in reality the process has just become unbearably slow. To reproduce with our software:1) Install the most recent version of FxFactory (Mac only):https://fxfactory.com/download/Install a few products for Premiere, at least the default FxFactory Pro and Photo Montage plugins to test. 2) Make sure Premiere Pro is starting with no plug-in cache. I  updated to a new version of Premiere Pro and had to fix my credits.  The credits look normal when paused but when I run them, there are now two sets of the same credits running side by side.  Any help would be appreciated!!!

Hello, please help. When exporting a video, I get an error for videos that are stabilized. I have a Mack M4 and the Premiere version is 25.2.3. Error - 1609629695 GPU. How do I fix it? Thank you

至急です。プレミアプロの特定のシーケンスのみ音声が聞こえなくなってしまいました。数分前まで普通に作業していたのに、戻ってみると音が出なくなっていたという感じです。 オーディオトラックミキサーでは波形が表示されていて、ミュートボタンも押されていません。 PCやプレミアプロを再起動しても何も変わりませんでした。何か直し方や原因に心当たりのある方はご教示いただきたいです。よろしくお願いいたします。

So, I have quite a few LUTs installed on my PP25.About 200 I believe, so not above the limit.But when trying to decide which to use, I come across the problem that after about 100 LUTs or so it keeps skipping back to that "100th" LUT, can't pick another after that one. I am working on a project for work.  To do this, I have shot my B-roll and some of my testimonies.  Then I download them on my home computer from my HDVCs, iPhone, DJI wireless microphone, and then I copy them to my Google Drive.  This way, when I get to work, I can download all those files, and add them to my project.  However, after downloading them to my work laptop, I create the project and start to import all of my files.  As I was trying to sync up the video files from 3 cameras (2 Sony HDVCs and my iPhone), I noticed something as odd.  NONE of the MTS files have audio files...they are just the videos.  Which without the audio makes it IMPOSSIBLE to sync the three files.  This is what they look like after importing them into PP:NO AUDIO FILES!!!So I went to Google and tried searching for issues.  I guess since Sony and Adobe don't always play nice, one of the solutions was to convert them to H.264 using the Adobe Media Encoder.  S

Звук импортируется, но остаётся пустой аудиодоржкой.Я записывал видео в OBS Studio в формате mp4 , в нем используется новая технология раздельной записи звука по дорожкам. Не отдельный файл для записи звука с игры отдельный файл для записи экрана и ещё отдельный файл для записи звука с микрофона. Нет это не про это, а в том же самом файле несколько аудиодорожек разделённые на окна с  игры и т.п.Я проверил и сделал всё что мог в моих силах, герцовка звука совпадает с кодираванием её  в  Премьере. Создавал несколько каналов. И всё равно ничего не помогло.

Premiere persistently gave me a mistake "Encoder failure". He did not give any description of why the error occurred. First I used the next options for projectManager.  pmo.clipTranscoderOption = pmo.CLIP_TRANSCODE_MATCH_SEQUENCE;pmo.clipTransferOption = pmo.CLIP_TRANSFER_TRANSCODE;pmo.handleFrameCount = -1;pmo.convertSyntheticsToClips = false;pmo.convertAECompsToClips = false;pmo.copyToPreventAlphaLoss = false;pmo.includeConformedAudio = false;pmo.includePreviews = false;pmo.excludeUnused = false;pmo.renameMedia = false;pmo.includeAllSequences = false;pmo.affectedSequences = [sequence];pmo.destinationPath = consolidatedResoucesPath; The problem was that the options includePreviews and includeConformedAudio needed to be set in true, when clipTransferOption is CLIP_TRANSFER_TRANSCODE.

When shifting clips down the timeline, audio transition (constant power crossfade) disappears. Upon undoing the action, transition returns, but not as originally set up. When changing windows with 'alt+tab' premiere will move the playhead a couple of frames each time. 

when I put in a video thats only about 10 minutes long, it basically stops my premiere pro and I cant watch the clip. Not sure if it fixes after a certain amount of time, but to fix it so far ive just kept minimizing and it sometimes works but most of the time doesnt. My Pc is good and runs every perfectly fine (including other video  softwares) After a little while, it fixes itself but I would love to be able to just not have this issue at all.

I'm working on an Adobe Premiere project and trying to use the "Edit Clip in adobe audition" option for an audio clip, but it's not working. when I click on it, the loading bar pops up, but disappears almost instantly, and nothing happens. It doesn't even create an extracted file. I'm using the 25.2.3 version of premiere, and the 25.2 version of audition. But even the earlier versions of either apps didn't work.  Any solutions?

Despite having 64GB RAM, an RTX 1070, and Ryzen 7 5800X, and using ProRes/DNxHR proxies for 1080p footage. I am making a gamedev video 10min long using footage of 80 hours development.I experience 4-10 second playback and pause/unpause delays (sometimes I have to wait up to 30sec for premier to pause or unpause), and system resource monitors show minimal CPU, GPU, and RAM usage during these freezes.I have tried clearing cache, updating drivers (Studio drivers), and ensuring GPU acceleration is enabled, yet live preview remains unresponsive.

Auf der Suche nach dem Effekt "Median" zum Entrauschen bin ich auf folgendes Probleme gestoßen. Dieser und auch einige andere Effekte fehlen. Die meisten sind jedoch vorhanden und funktionieren tadellos. Im Videoeffekte-Manger wird kein einziger Effekt angezeigt, obwohl viele vorhanden sind. Der Filter "Median" wird in der Adobe-Hilfe nach wie vor beschrieben und ist nicht als veraltet gekennzeichnet. 

Hello. I am still learning premier and had a question. I have an interview involving two speakers, and I was hoping to find a way to make it more dynamic by zooming in when a specific speaker is talking. I guess like a jump cut. Is there an easy way to do this or is it going to be a lot of manually adjusting the zooms? Any Ideas or feedback would be welcomed. 

Estou tento um problema com a janela de Atalhos do Premiere Pro.Eu quero designar a tecla ENTER como atalho para "Renderizar da entrada para a saída" Mas o programa não permite designar a tecla "ENTER" pois assim que clico nela, a janela entende como "OK" e fecha.

It either stutters or freezes while audio and video playback continues in real time. The issue is persistent and reproducible on laptops equipped with NVIDIA RTX GPUs.Important:We have already attempted switching the playback timeline setting to Smooth Scroll as a workaround. While Smooth Scroll partially moves the cursor, it does not behave the same as Page Scroll and is not acceptable for professional editing workflows that require precise cuts and real-time cursor following.When reverting to version 24.2.1, the timeline cursor moves smoothly without issues. This problem disrupts the ability to edit and time cuts accurately, significantly affecting workflow efficiency. I edit a lot of music videos and so I usually stack clips on video channels after syncing them with the music and then cut the best pieces of each one to build the timeline.  I often used to leave multiple videos stacked on top of one another even though only the top clip is visible in playback. A long time ago I realized playback speed is effected by this. I'm assuming it is trying to playback all the stacked clips at the same time even though only the top clip is visible. Now I always clean up my timelines to keep videos from getting left in the lower video channels, but I am curious and havent found an answer yet on whether or not this effects export speeds. If two videos are stacked in V1 and V2 but only the clip in V2 is visible, will premiere be attemping to encode both of them in an export slowing down the export speed?

Is there a way to reverse image search footage from an exported QuickTime to the source? Need to rebuild an assembly.
