I one tried colourlab.ai for automatic color correction in FCPx, and while it could save me some time, I had to abandon it because the roundtripping didnt really work and destroyed all my audio work when reimporting the timeline.. Now version 3 came out and I was wondering if someone uses colourlab.ai with premiere and could share some experience. Auto-matching cameras worked quite well then and it has scene detection for auto color, so it does keep colors consistens over multiple shots while adobe premieres auto color doesnt. I tried to install it on premiere and could send the timeline to colourlab but couldnt send it back, so I am waiting for a fix but wanted to know if its woth the hassle.

Every time I use auto reframe to change a sequence from 16:9 to 9:16 the video frame size doesnt just flip the aspect ratios and leave the frame size as it should. instead I end up with 607:1080 or some other strange number. Mostly it reframes down to 607 by 1080, but if I manually change the frame size first and then apply the autoreframe effect it works normally?does anyone have this experience or anything similar?

I want to use the consolidate and transcode feature to cut down on my project size, because I have a ton of footage that I don't need other than what was used in the project. I would like to get rid of the fluff, but keep a workable project to refer back to in the future. The project is completely done now, and I was given melts of footage so I really only need the parts of each melt that was used in the final edit, and want to delete the rest of it. Ideally, Consolidate and Transcode extracts the part of the melt that I used, so that I can delete the full file and only keep the parts that were used in the edit. HOWEVER, because I'm editing for social media, none of my sequences are 16x9, the frame rates don't match because I speed ramped a bunch, and therefore consolidate and transcode will only copy the full files to a new location. There have been a few posts recently about .MTS files causing issues on 25.3.Some report lack of Audio which can often be no AC3 Codec due to Windows 11 24H2.This got me looking back at my old (Circa 2011-2013) Panasonic AVCHD MTS footage from several travel trips.I've also got a stack of DV tapes of travels as well - but I have a decided approach to them. With .MTS files I can either :1) De-interlace all footage up front using my Topaz Video Ai batch convert to Progressive Video and also convert AC3 audio at same time. This also allows some sharpening tweaks /denoise if required.Then edit all in progressive as normal and Export as HD progressive video 2) Keep all clips as Interlaced and have an Interlaced sequence to edit. Then do a final Export as Progressive. I think I saw a note somewhere on the Forum suggesting exporting to low compression Progressive Codec initially like ProRes to improve quality if original clips are 4-2-0 8 bit. I used to have a shortcut that would add a really short audio transition to all selected audio clips, now after the update all of my shortcuts (and custom workspaces) are gone, and suddenly, I can't recreate the effect. Apply default audio transitions from playhead just adds one long transition, and Apply default audio transitions to playhead does nothing. + Apply default transition also adds the transition to the video too, which I don't want. Am I missing something simple??Is there a simple way to get my workspaces and shortcuts back?Appreciate it 

Hey! Feels like a silly question but... I want to pull more footage from a clip I'm working with, so I'm clicking on the clip in my timeline and setting in and out points in the source. But instead, this edits the clip I have in my timeline.  If I want to leave the media I've already cut as it is, and pull additional material from the source without altering the clip I already have, how can I do that?  Thank you!

Hello, I am trying to transcribe a sequence in Russian, I need to download the language pack and when I do, it just doesn't download even if I leave it for many many hours, the bar just doesn't move, any idea of what can I do or an alternative way?   Thank you

Depois que atualizei meu premiere para as versões 2025, não consigo mais ver em meu preview as alterações que faço nas cores utilizando o Lumetri Color.Já mexi em todas as configurações de cor da timeline, da sequência, do Lumetri, mas nada resolveu.Para ver as alterações que faço preciso renderizar o vídeo antes, o que se torna inviável em projetos maiores.

- Using Premiere Pro, no addons or plug-ins or anything.- Latest version of Premiere pro as of 06/18/2025 through Adobe Creative Cloud: v25.3- Windows 11  I just want the playback to play at normal speed and stay there 😞 > Somehow, it started playing at 2x the speed> I struggled (valiantly) with the JKL buttons to get it back to exactly 1x speed> I go home from work> cue me opening up the program again after restarting the computer and its at 2.whatever speed again> this is driving me crazy I tried the magical audio hardware fix that works for everyone else, but not me 😞 please help if you can. What I can do to fix it. Or if you have a "press the L 4 times, then the K two times and that'll always get you back to normal playback speed", I'd appreciate it so much  

I get this message about every half an hour and then Adobe Premier Pro just close itself. It doesnt happen when i first open the application only while working Adobe Premiere Pro. Does someone have a fix for this please?

Has anyone else had a major problem with Stack OVerflow errors in PP 25.2.1?  I am wondering if it is just me, and if anyone has any suggestions before I reach out to support?  The problem is so severe that every time I click the mouse I get a stack overflow error.  It is significantly impacting my ability to work.

My coworker and I have the same settings in the Properties panel, but our text background looks very different. Both of these are at 50% opacity. My coworker's captions always come out darker and I can't figure out why! We're having the same issue with drop shadows - his are always much darker than mine. If I open his projects on my computer, they still show darker than mine. Is there some color or graphics setting that is causing this? Please help! Thank you! 

Am I the only one who can barely work in the latest version of Premiere?  As soon as a sequence starts to get a bit complex, everything starts to slow to a crawl. Scrubbing is jerky, playback is slow to start and then sometimes won't stop for several seconds. Even this simplest things, like duplicating a sequence, copying and pasting clips, or just changing the timeline display gives me the spinning beach ball for 5-10 seconds.  I hadn't experienced any of these issues to such a degree in previous builds.I've tried several things to try to determine if there was somethings specific in my sequence that was causing the issue, including dismantling the sequence layer by layer, removing archival clips that were different frame rates, and flattening multi-cam clips, but nothing seemed affect the lagginess.I will say that I had just converted my project to a production hoping to save time on opening and saving. This is really when I started noticing the lag issues.As for tech specs

I have the following bug in Premiere, I dont know where this is coming from, it is really weird:When i add keyframes to audio clips in the timeline to change their level, the keyframe type is set to linear as default, and thats what i want, it always worked like that since i started using premiere 6 years ago.But now, linear type keyframes do have a bezier type shape, and i dont want that. I dont know why it does that, and the weirdest part is the following: if i save the project, close premiere and then reopen the program, the keyframes added before are now correctly linear types as they should be. all keyframes added in new audio parts (not in the ones with keyframes in it, they behave normally) have the weird behavior again.See the attached screenshot for clarification: the keyframes with a linear shape where added before reopening the program, when added they also had the worng shape. Please see the attached screenshots for my project settings/specs. I started a project at 1920 x 1080 with 1.0 Aspect ratio, created a sequence which is 1920x1080, 1.0 AR and am trying to export with "match source" showing 1920x1080, 1.0 AR. Despite everything seemingly lining up, I'm getting a significant crop in my resulting video file. It looks 'correct' in only one spot - the 100% view of the video player inside the project file. I've been burning myself out going in circles trying to find some settings mismatch in my file to fix this. Tried using answers from similar questions on here, but things look fine. Still haven't figured out what's making my particular issue tick so here I am. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Incase it helps, I'm working on a Windows computer using Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 and tried exporting via File>Export>Media and File>Export>Send to Adobe Media Encoder. Hello Dear Community.Before the answer i just want to make sure that i read all the post and watched all the video about HDR, Rec 709 or HLG, but knowing these stuff and not finding the solutions is just making me so annoyed.So i have a video thanks to my client she recorded HDR with her iphone not with standart colors.So obviously i set my sequence settings to HLG, my lumetri color settings and my export settings etc.All the settings that i did you guys can see from the pictures i added to this post.But no matter what i did, no matter which option i selected the subtitle colors or the graphic colors just faded. Yellow is not looking like yellow or white looking like grey. And if i set the settings to Rec 709 then the footages just making trouble.So what is the proper solution for that. Like what i'm missing in here? God please help me with that.

Have recieved the following error in AME when exporting from Pr: A font that is required for this encode has changed. Please restart the encode. Can you help explain what may be causing this issue and/or what this error means?  I use Monotype and system fonts and they were online. I had a dynamic link project with AE  which contained some text, which was also online.  Restarted Premiere same error, trashed cache then restarted Premiere fixed the issue. This has been happening at least once a month for the past 6 months or so so is making me wonder what I could do to prevent this moving forward. Currently running 23.0.

Entro al Workspace "Audio", voy a la ventana de "Audio Track mixer" y aparece vacía (como en la imagen). Reinicio, y aparece. Cambio de Workspace y vuelve a desaparecer cuando quiero volver a utilizarlo.Si alguien puede ayudarme, lo agradecería mucho. Este es mi Mac >

I was just nesting around stuff later I saw this when I link both media it shows this +13 and -13 mine audio level is set to zero There was one main clip then I nested it and again nested that to fix my client video voice.So do anyone know what is this +13 and -13 Version-25.3.0

Version of the app : 25.3.0 (Build 84)Platform and OS version : Windows 11 Pro -  Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100Basic steps to reproduce the problem : After Project creation and uploading first Video files from the import Tab, all other Videos created with OBS dont have the Video Tab after import.Expected result and actual result: I can import and edit videos from my Action cam. All my OBS recorded videos have audio bars after import. Here are some screenshots, yes there is a resolution difference, but the same mp4 file i guess. Not sure if thats the problem. I cant switch my resolution on my Action Cam cause i use the wide angle.

i opened premiere pro a week ago and the deafult effects folder was just gone. reinstalled it a couple times since and its still not back. is there an easy fix or was it removed through an update? help

When I open Premiere Pro, I get this message: Audio Filter missing: Internal Volume StereoAudio Filter missing: Internal Channel Volume Stereo Happens in Beta and Regular. Anyone know how to fix?

For the benefit of anyone wanting to migrate their keyboard shortcuts to a new computer now that Sync Settings is gone, you can find your custom keyboard shortcut files here:   Windows: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\<version>\Profile-<profilename>\win Mac: macOS: /Users/<username>/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/<version>/Mac   Copy and paste the .kys file to the same directory on your new computer.   Disappointing that Adobe never provided these instructions when deciding to discontinue Sync Settings, and also disappointing that we can't import and export keyboard settings in-app when we can can do it for things like label colours and proxy settings (surely there's more user-demand for importing keyboard settings than label colours?!).  

I have been waiting for this feature in premiere Pro, that is the "silence" remover from the clips in my timeline, that saves me about 15 minutes of work, and is a cool and useful feature to have, ive seen video tutorials on youtube of people using it on adobe 2024, but in my premiere pro 2024, it does not work I followed the tutorial step by step, after making the transcript of the timeline, but at the last part of the process  the "Remove" button is turned off, even thought all of the silences are selected and ready to be deleted or replaced. Is this a feature that is not yet available for use even thought I can see all of the options on the software?Here is the screenshot, I have the spanish version installed, but in essence you can figure out what i mean even if you can´t read spanish
