Hello, Looking for some help on a Project I am doing. I am taking a Video that is full edited and adding Closed captions that were done by a third party. Video is on V1 and Closed Captions on the CC Channel.  I go to Export- Format is MXF OP1a and Codec is XDCAMHD NTSC 720pOnce exported I check it in VLC and i dont see captions. I also bring it back into Premiere and Dont see captions. I did a test with a prores export and added the Embeded captions and it worked no problem.... I could not see the captions I added in Premiere but i could see them in Quicktime. what am I doing wrong with the MXF File. Thanks in advance. 

How do I remove AutoCut extension? I have installed the free trial and now I want to uninstall. There is no way I am able to remove this extension

Hi I'm working on a drama with just a camera that needs syncing and I was wondering what would be the best way to join the shots with their new audio, is it bettter to merge them, to create multicam shots (even if they are not shot in multicam) or just link them together in the timeline.  Couple of consideractions if it's relevant: We will go to grade and sound post once the offline edit is finished and part of the edit will be split screen. Thanks        

I'm working on a project I inherited from another Assistant Editor. With some of the raw footage, the audio mapping is set to Adaptive; so the audio for these clips can only exist on Adaptive audio tracks in the sequences. Is there any benefit in my Modifying them (to 4-channel Mono, as they appear to have four channels) and, moving forward, cutting them into sequences as 4-channel Mono rather than 4-channel Adaptive? What happens with Adaptive audio when turned over to sound within an AAF? 

Hi,My project has all of a suddent begun to encounter the issue with 'the importer reported a generic error' after I did the autoupdate to Premiere Pro 2024. This project had been faultless up to now. I tried an in-app media cache delete and then an in-system media cache delete via explorer (windows). After the in-app delete nothing changed. After the in-system a different set of assets emerged with the same generic error issue to before i deleted the cache. Am i going to need to re-render these files? They're not specific to one format type. They're all MP4 H264 from different sources. I've not moved the assets across drives. It worked last week and now it doesnt work. Any thoughts or anyone else experiencing this issue after the 2024 update?

The program freezes in the export window. Again! I reinstalled the system, updated everything and again this problem! A terrible product, terrible quality of software. Make it like in Davinci!

Ich erstelle Talkmitschnitte aus Zoom-Talks.Rohdatei  1920*1080, 25fps, Rate 121kbit/s, Gesamtrate 247kbit/s. Größe: 63MBIch exportiere mit 1920*1080, 25fps, Rate 249kBit/s, Gesamtrate 567kbit/s. Größe 143 MB.Obwohl die Bitrate höher ist, erscheinen deutliche Kompressionsartefakte im Video. Was mache ich falsch?

I'm finding the audio experience very frustrating using 25.2.3 I experience a great deal of stuttery, repetitive audio. I also find that the audio continues to play even after hitting spacebar or K, sometimes it will stop after several seconds, other times it continues and I have to force quit the program.  Using internal soundcard. Mac M4 Mini16GB  ram 1TB storage, using Thunderbolt 4 SSDs for rushes, internal drive for cache.  

I'm having a problem where when I open Premiere, a popup appears saying "Unspported Video Driver" referring to "Intel(R) Arc(TM) Graphics." The puzzling thing is that I have an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060. I've updated to the latest studio driver in an effort to fix this and it hasn't stopped the popup. Is there any way I can "point" Premiere to my GPU so it recognizes it?

When using Lumetri, selecting LUTs from the dropdown menu under 'Creative' is a mess. Had this issue with Premier Pro 2025, experienced on both Macbook & PC. The LUTs allow you to click on them, but do not stay, they often default to a random other file in the same folder. 

When I create a project, it works fine and runs smoothly. However, I noticed that when the media intelligence analysis completes its analysis, it suddenly freezes and lags the entire application to the point of being unusable. I have disabled it, and everything seems to be working. It appears to be affecting not only the latest update but also the previous 25.0 updates. My PC System:Windows 11CPU: Intel 12th gen I9-12900kGPU: Asus 4070 Super Ram: 32 GB DDR5storage: 2 TB NVMe for Premiere Pro and 2 TB SSD for video storage.  

As you can see in the picture there's a halo around my mask, it's hard for me to be exact with the round lines around my body and the small sharp corners around the guitar keys, also inside the edge of the guitar where the keys are placed.I don't see an option to adjust the pen tool points like in illustrator.As the video continues the guitar keeps moving, would I have to do frame by frame?Would it be easier if I had a green screen? Many thanks

I use the latest version of Premiere Pro on the latest version of Mac.I’m having an issue with captions and transitions in Premiere Pro:My subtitles appear as brown boxes in the timeline instead of the usual yellow (which I think means they’re not Open Captions).When I upgrade captions to graphics, they appear purple, which is fine, but I want to apply a Morph Cut transition between them. Morph Cut works when I apply it manually, but I can’t copy and paste the Morph Cut transition to multiple clips — I’d like to apply it to all at once.

Background of grass, mountains with clouds moving - I duplicated the original layer, masked the clouds, repositioned the mask to cover the grass and the mountains.The purpose is that the entire screen will be filled with clouds.Now I want to create a seamless transition between the original clouds and the masked clouds, like in photoshop where you have a black and white brush with low opacity so you can blur out the harsh lines.Can anybody please help me?

Does anyone know how to create a keyable (vector?) motion waveform for use in Adobe Premiere? I was wondering if there is a template. I'd like it to be the actual wave form of the audio recording that's playing under it. Basically, I'm trying to create a video where I layer the moving waveform on top of an image as it moves to the audio we're hearing.  Thanks for your help on this!

Until a day ago, there was no problem, but suddenly when I search for the subtitles I am using in the basic graphics panel, it says it cannot be found. I am currently using version 25.2.1.I've tried reinstalling, downgrading, clearing cache media, everything, but I can't find a solution. 

Hey I'm learning  premiere pro for YouTube and I can't find my files when i go into premiere pro but my files are there when im not in the software . I can import my facecam and audio just not my gamplay.

Hey, I'm syncing a huge # of clips and external audio using multicam timecode sync.  After Premiere has separated all the media onto separate tracks, I know I can simplify the video onto one track, but can I do the same with the audio? 

Hey, So like the title says I am not able to import any files of sorts into my premiere pro(not even giving me an error code just gives me the red error symbol on my mouse when trying to drag the video in). Despite it being not corrupted/damaged, it's the standard codec of H.264 & mp4 file. Tried converting it online to mp4 with same result. Renaming it and relocating it between different storages to no avail. Tried DaVinci to compare and same result happens there. Funny enough my PS and AI recognized all my files on pc videos/pictures all, but not my video editing softwares. I record through OBS - everything updated to the latest versions(including potential drivers). I sent the video to a friend and he was able to open it without any problems. Uninstall and restart of pc tried still no positives there. I use VLC media player which is amazing so i dont see that as a problem. Is it deeper with it being something directly with my pc build?? or something inside OBS where i recor

Hi, is anyone here also experienced changing of the interface color in the 25.0 update. It's like a color glitch or something. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and also removed some extensions too, only to no avail. However, everything works just fine in Premiere Pro 24 version. Check the screen record below to see what I am talking about. I have my projects saved in the 25 version, so I need this one fixed. 

您好，我在使用pr2024时候，导出特别慢。我的系统是win11，cpu是i5-14600kf，显卡是英伟达rtx5060ti，看来网络上很多及寻求了adobe客服帮助都是让我打开硬件加速选项，但是那些设置我都设置过。观察gpu性能发现，导出的时候gpu基本利用率是0%，cpu利用率是40%，这是为什么？如何设置或者是哪里导致了，我的pr导出渲染不启用gpu加速？望回答！

Premiere Pro shows the splash screen for a few seconds and then disappears. The app is not responding, and I have to force quit it. I have tried every solution I can find online, including uninstalling and reinstalling, checking third-party plugins, etc... but I can't fix it.   I have a 2022 Macbook Pro with an Apple M2 chip running MacOs Sonoma Version 14.1.1 I am looking for a solution to open Premier on my laptop.
