Hi,I just updated to Premiere Pro CC 2017 on my computers and on both of them, the Keyboard Shortcuts window shows me an AZERTY keyboard instead of a QWERTY as I'm using.I'm on Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11.6) and my keyboard config is set to French Canadian CSADo you have any clues on what I should do to show QWERTY keyboard instead?Thanks in advance!

Is there something I'm missing, I have two videos I want to combine and the captions are already "downgraded" to graphics. I accidently used a slightly different color and I want to fix this. I have a few issues with adobes captioning already but now that they're graphics do I have to individually go through and change each one, finally causing me to finally switch to davinci or did premiere finally make a good change and allow me to change the color of all the text at the same time. 

Hi, I have been getting a really annoying bug where my clips change back to the default setting when working in my projects. It's not always the same cause but its severly slowing down my workflow and I'd like some assistance if possible. I've tried resetting the media cache, updating drivers, resetting the workspace layout but it keeps happening in all my projects and its infuriating. The "Show Source Clip Name and Label" is disabled but it keeps doing this anyhow. I've tried switching it on and off but it just stays as my default "Ceruclean" colour once the problem occurs. Refer to the video below for evidence. Please help if you can

I have been running into an issue that I had previously not had when it came to exporting a video. When I record a video in a program known as Streamlabs, I have no issue with the audio. It sounds fine. When I put it into Premiere Pro, I also notice no issue. Even when I edit it in Audition, I end up having no issues with audio. Although after when I export the video and have it all rendered, the audio has weird crackling at certain parts.I export it through Media Encoder if that changes anything. I have attempted various things to attempt to stop the crackling but it always seems like it is there faintly. I am unsure if there is some sort of settings I should be setting it to that can stop this from happening on export or if there is a certain type of file I should be working with that when it renders it will no longer do the crackling sound.

Hi guys,I need help. I just received footage in XVYCC709 and cannot get it to behave like Rec. 709, and it is all overexposed. I've worked with HDR many times before without issues, but this one is a bit tricky. I am using lateast version of Premiere Pro. Does anyone know how to solve this? Good morning all!I've been working on a project in Premiere Pro 15.4 and when I import my video file, there are areas of the video where a glitch occurs.  This isn't seen in the raw footage/file.  Any thoughts?  It occurs when I playback in Premiere Pro and in exports.   Apologies if this is a redundant question; first time posting/here!

So i used Premiere for a while but i got a problem since new version, i never encouter this in 2020 version but since like 2024 version the timeline started to be laggy but the playback looked good. I tried every ways to fix that by watching every reddit post that talk about that and adobe support forum but no succes... I tried to reset my workspace and changed it, the only solution is to undock the timeline but i don't realy like it to be honest so if someone can help to fix that without to undock the timeline it would be cool ! Thanks ! And too this never happend to other Adobe software only Premiere for right now. Hi, I have the same issue. I did everything. Adobe Premiere (25.2.3 and past versions) are still not launching. The other versions as well. I'm getting 'bad INDEX offset array' pop up Just 24 versions are working. Is there any current development regarding the issue?

Is anybody having trouble with the latest update as of 10/15/24?   It seems like ever since I updated Pro to v 25.0 two and a half weeks ago we have been having trouble with the program slowing down and crashing.  We are near completion of all editing (Edit, color, sound, transcript, etc) for a two-hour production, and the program has started giving us trouble.  It really began to get sluggish when we did a transcript for CC; maybe it was the straw that broke the camel's back because Premiere started to crash without warning after the transcript was finished.  Now, it will hardly allow me to click any command on the program without crashing.  FYI - soon after we updated Pro, an info box appeared and said that the program was running extremely low on memory and that I should save the project and proceed with caution.  We have a 1 TB computer, so I don't think it is a memory issue.  We have deleted all auto-saves of previous versions.   As a s

I updated everything on my MacBook Air this week (including system and Creative Cloud applications). Now I can't open Premiere Pro 2025 and don't understand why. When I try to open the application, I immediately get this error message (I've tried restarting my laptop, reinstalling Premiere, etc.). It worked fine before the updates and I can open other Creative Cloud applications like Lightroom. Any ideas on how to fix this? 

Olá, estou com um problema que a legenda no Premiere não está aparecendo. Já tentei tudo aqui possível, mas nada. Abri o projeto em outros computadores e mostra a legenda, mas no meu não. Já reinstalei o Premiere, apaguei e desistalei tudo de configurações no meu computador e nada. Já instalei versões anteriores e nada também. Inclusive, não mostra nem caixa de texto. Quando crio uma caixa de texto, ele fica GIGANTE. Mas mesmo diminuindo, não resolve.

HIals ich heute mein Adobe Premiere (neuste Version) startete, war dieser rote und blaue Auswahlrahmen (siehe Bilder) bei den Textfeldern plötzlich verschwunden bzw. wurde nicht angezeigt. Ich hab ihn dannn  bei Arbeitsfläche Learnings gefunden. Aber da passt er ja überhaupt nicht hin.Wie krieg ich den zu Effekten hinzugefügt bzw. angezeigt? Danke schon mal.

Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 does not support mkv video! My mkv movie was not added to the timeline. The software did not recognize the mkv file. That's all 🙂   PS.  We need to use an Autokroma Influx plugin to make Adobe Premiere Pro recognize the mkv file! In my case, the plugin worked 🙂

I use PP 2025 and have a arc 770 gpu, what i can find I need to have mercury playback engine GPU acceleration (directX), but mine says mercury playback engine GPU acceleration (openCL) and is grayed out so i cant change it, and im having touble with my playback and gpu accelrated effects

It's frustrated not be able to use slow motion and warp stabilizer at the same clip, he have reached to the point that AI creates footage that it was not taken, but we can't stabilize our shots and do slow motion together. I don't want to do slow motion, then export it, import it, warp stabilize it. Please fix that.

I had problems on Premiere 2025 after importing the video into timeline the audio channel is now hearing on left side only. New version on premiere have such issues, really affecting day to day work. whats the solution?its taking more time to go behind problems insead of completing Task!!

Hi guys! Does anyone knows where can I buy or for free I don't mind, a pack of good styles for premiere?   I don't want to use mogrt because are extremely laggy, I never have problems of performance, but with premiere is just... Horrible.   I pay motion array, but I can't find a good animated text styles... Or at least styles I later can animated myself!    If you know pls!!! Share of you don't mind   I don't want to pay Mr horse 20€ because I have motion array, Artlist, freepick, film impact.   Mod note: Edited for content. Hey guys, not a huge issue but annoying one. And i'm seeking a solution for this.After the latest uptade there is a small window or frame under the Project section in timeline(added a screenshot to show), and for my working setup, it's just covering so much space(and i dont even need that part) and i have to play arround down or up every time to see Program window or Project window.So how can i remove that?

When I am jumping from timeline to timeline to copy a clip from one to the other the cursor tries to move the entire timeline window when I select the second timeline. Then when I go to select the clip it pulls the timeline window as though I'm trying to move to window to a different place in the workspace. Then another issue happens the cursor becomes a SELECTION TOOL and tries to highlight clips in the timeline with this yellow box which I have no idea what that even does. This has been happening for over two years now. I'm so over it. PLEASE SEE THE VIDEO LINK I ATTACHED HERE OF MY SCREEN WHEN THIS ISSUE OCCURS>

Hi, im having this problem where i want to import 42 video files into my Premiere pro,but if i import them all the audio of those vids is not imported with it, it still show an audio bar, but its empty.if i import one at a time it works perfectly fine, anybody knows how to fix this? i dont wanna import 42 clips all at once(ive already tried clearing media cache files but didnt work)GreetingsJinqs

I have a Rec.2100 HLG color space timeline, where I put my files from the Sony a7iii recorded with the following settings: Hlg3 & Color mode BT.2020 Image of the settings The image looks fine in the Sequence I have created The thing is when I export it gets saturated/over-exposed Image in sequenceExported image: I've tried chancing the export settings, but they all come with the blown-up result: I can also add that I did a job with the exact same camera & settings in the same computer but before the Premiere Pro update and it was all working without any problem.  What am I missing here?
