On all my versions of the program (even the beta version), when I click the "Export Premier" tab, it freezes and nothing happens. The program freezes on this tab, I tried different hard drives and files.

Bonjour,J'ai monté une vidéo sur Premiere Pro. Je n'avais aucun problème jusqu'à présent pour l'exportation des différentes versions. Cependant, j'ai aujourd'hui reçu un fichier vidéo que j'ai ajouté à ma timeline. Ce fichier est un format Proress.Depuis que ce fichier est présent dans la timeline, impossible d'exporter la vidéo correctement, le passage avec le fichier est totalement fade et délavée à l'export.Après plusieurs tentatives et modifications des réglages, je n'y arrive toujours pas. Avez-vous une solution ?(je précise que la séquence est en Rec709 et je me suis assuré que le fichier soit lu en Rec709 également dans les paramètres) Merci d'avance 

Hello, I need help on a serious issue that keeps happening during the last few days. The issue is that in the middle of my work, some of the files in my project go offline. Then when I try to relink them, it says that there's a generic error. Then I try to find those clips in Finder and they're gone! They don't exist. They're not in the trash can. When I tried downloading the missing files again and copying to the same directory there was another error (attached pic). I am really panicking because I'm an editor and it's a serious issue. The files were on the external HDD, I thought that the HDD is faulty and copied everything to another one but the same thing happened. I'm using Mac Studio M2 32GB 1TB and Premiere PRO 2024 (happened on a previous version too). Did anybody have the same issue?? Thanks 

I am LOST! We had a GoPro 10, now we have an Insta 360. I have researched how to make the videos compatible with Premiere Pro, I downloaded the GoPro X3 Reframe, how do I plug that into Premiere? As of right now I cannot transfer any of my videos into Premeire because it does not support the file. Can someone please talk to me like I am 5 so I can understand where to go from here? I appreciate any help,Terra

Hi there, As I am exporting my video's and I check them some are not playing the entire clip...some stop playing at 50% or some just around the endof the video.I have updated my media encoder and my premiere and I have not changed anything to my settings...This is strange because some video's work fine and some just keep having this problem...It happens with downloaded video's and even video's we film in our own studio.Maybe there is an easy solution for this.I hope someone can help me with this problem. kind regards, Gillian

Issues with audio sync in premier pro.  I edit a three camera, two person podcast and have not had any issues up until last week.  I export each track individually then sync up the three angles with the two individual files to run through autopod to make the necessary angle cuts.  The sync is taking forever and then will get an error saying the audio cannot be synced.  Is anyone else experiencing this or have any possible solutions? 

Whenever I open an existing Premiere project, it resets the workspace to the default--and prompts me to log into something called Frame.io, whatever that is. Most apps I work with save workspaces with projects, which is I want. Is there a way to have Premiere do this too? Thanks.

I have filmed a front of a house and a woman who's passing by and enters the house. Unfortunately I afterwards discovered that I' m beeing seen in of the windows... I order to fix that I created an adjustment layer and decreased the opacity and it looks good; I'm not there anymore. The problem is though: when the woman is passing the window she partly disappears behind the window that I masked and that looks weired of course. I have tried to move around the footage, layer and graphic - it doesn't change anything. Can anyone help me out?

Hi all.I have been trying to export a video now for a week and Prem Pro keeps crashing on me. Prior to this I never had an issue, and I have tired other videos that I have previously exported fine and it crashed on those as well. I have tried all the troubleshooting issues and none have fixed it. I have checked the footage, it is all good... I have also uninstalled and reinstalled.Does anyone have any advice on things to try?

Hi All It is important that the startplaybackclock function is called so that we can synchronize the UI and output. When testing with the previous Premiere Pro 22.x version, the startplaybackclock function of the transmitter plugin we developed was called, but the startplaybackclock function is not called in the current 23.x and 24.x versions. What else do we need to set in the tmPluginInfo struct for startplaybackclcok to be called?( For reference, outClockAvailable is set to true.)

Hello!I've updated Frame io to v4 and while it says on  my plugins that it is installed, it does not run on Premiere Pro 25. When I click on manage plugins, nothing happens. I already got in touch with Frame io and they informed me the issue is on Adobe's side? When I go to Window>Extensions in Premiere, it is not there.

Se me queda la imagen congelada o da saltos pese a que la línea de tiempo y el audio van bien. Si cierro la ventana y la vuelvo a abrir va bien unos segundos pero enseguida vuelve a tener problemas. Hay algún ajuste que puede que no esté bien? Gracias.

Hey,  the audio file that I want to transcribe shows Spam in the transcription. See image. If I transcribe the same file in another transcription program outside of Premiere it is no problem.  

I'm using Premiere Pro v22 on a MacBook Pro 2019. I'm an intermediate user of Premiere. I cannot figure out how to create a text box in this new version or adjust the text box once it exists.  My text is typing over-itself, rather than wrapping or naturally expanding.  When i try to enlarge the text box, the text itself simply enlarges with it.   What am I missing? Thanks!  

Despite the guide at https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/speech-to-text.html  when I click on the "Transcribe" button in the Transcript tab (there is no "Create transcription" in the tab) there is no pop-up settings panel where one would select audio analysis, language or other features. I cannot locate the transcript setting anywhere which means that I am unable to set the language to Spanish.  Can anyone advise me on my obvious error and the easy solution. I've tried this on three different computers with different user accounts.Windows 10 Enterprise; Premiere Pro ver 23.4.0.  

I'm trying to transfer my premiere pro project to another user. I used the project manager to collect files and copy to new location. Then I zip the folder and send it to the other user. When they get it and open the premiere pro file it tells them audio files (aifc) are offline and need to be reconnected, but when he selects the files from the folder he gets an error message saying "Cannot Link Media. The selected file cannot be linekd because its type (audio) does not match the original file's type (video)." which makes no sense. Hitting the cancel button rather than trying to locate the media or open it offline results in the audio appearing fine with no issues in the project. Is there any way I can get premier to stop telling me the audio needs to be linked? I've tried converting (from aifc to wav) and replacing the audio files, making sure everything was linked and doing the above steps again and it still tells me it can't locate two aifc files, even when they've been deleted

Hey Folks, I find that most of the problems I come across, for me anyways, are that I don't know what to call "the thing" I'm looking for. Here's a perfect example of what I mean which I'm calling the "Vertical Bar at the Edge of the Final Frame of my Video/Movie"  What...?  No worries, I've a ttached a screen shot. Can someone name that Bar? Peace,ElementX 

Hi, I've been using LucidLink for a Premiere Teams project, and the files keep unlinking in the middle of editing. I initally experienced this issue with the imported footage, but then I restarted and they've somehow remained put. However, since then, I've imported an audio file that spontaneously unlinks about every 10 minutes, and I have to relink it manually each time. I've restarted the program in hopes that it would stay linked like the footage did, but no such luck. I've checked my internet connection, it's not that. I checked my RAM and storage, it's not that either. I am at my wits end. Does anyone know how to fix this?

How can I slo-mo a single object in Premiere while the rest of the video is playing at normal speed? Ex. a clip of someone shooting a basketball, the basketball is in slo mo while the player is running at normal speed (and the rest of the video).Would using AE be easier ?Thanks!

  Hi there, I'm looking for some help on this 'bug' in PP25.   I usually avoid upgrading Premiere due to the new versions having frustring bugs lately. I'm unsure if this is a preferences issue but I noticed it instantly after using Premiere Pro 2025 for less than a minute. As you can see in the video, when I try to drag a clip even just 1 frame, it readjusts my entire position on the timeline back to the start of the video. I don't know why. This happens with 100% frequency if the timeline can't see the first frame of the timeline. Is this a settings issue? Please help me.

hey all.  I"m inspired to try out the new Generative Extend in Premiere.  However, when using Runway generated AI videos it's telling me that videos have to be 1980x1020, and changing the sequence isn't actually changing the clips.  What can I do to change the clip itself?  

Hello, I have Audio Track A4 segmented/sliced into multiple parts with gaps in between. It is one audio file segmented in A4. I'm trying to transfer those edits (segments & gaps) to Audio Track A1, A2, A3 as well as Video Track V1 so that I can align them all. After that, I intend to close the gaps. I currently have a full unsegmented (mostly) audio & video except for track Audio A4. How can I get around this without doing it manually through key shortcuts?
