I updated the premiere to version 2025 and there are many MTS files where the sound and video are not synchronized. I couldn't fix it!!! what are we doing wrong???

Hi All, I just finished a project but when I export certain sound effects I have on the timeline sound muffled and are not coming throuhg clearly. When I watch in the preview it sounds crystal clear however once I export they are muffeld and distorted. I've tried different export settings but get the same result. Looking for some help. Thanks!

Hi all,I'm working on a video, extremely simple, only a few videos in the project panel with one sequence. I accidentally opened some panels I didn't want and when I went to close them, instead of clicking on the hamburger menu and choosing 'Close Panel', I right-clicked and hit 'Close'. The only thing that happened was possibly the worst outcome: my sequence disappeared.  It's nowhere in the Project Panel, Auto-Saves from just before it happened still just have an empty timeline... Any thoughts on where else I could look? It was simple but it was an annoying edit, so really hoping I don't have to start from scratch. All help appreciated. Thanks in advance

First of all i am completely new to premiere pro . 2 weeks into it .Between two clip i tried to transition using directional blur and brightness . But it's simply not working . I was hoping to copy the adjustment layer and paste it in between other clip . I have 60 clip total , so manually applying it to clip seems time consuming . It worked for another project with this similar clip . The clip has no effect applied or nor CC .  

I have markers on my sequence as well as on my files on my timeline with a Name and Comments. However, when I go to export, it doesn't export the Name or Comments - only the name of my timeline. Is there a way to export markers with the Name and Comments?! Screenshots are attached. Any help is appreciated!

created a new video saved my PROJECT, but before i did that the bew version will NOT RENDER My video??

HI, i have an issue with the volumen, dont let me copy to all clips. " dont change anything"  and i dont have the time to change the volume clip for clip. solutions? why all updates have some problem????

Hi everyone, I have a Mac Catalina that only supports version 23.0, I want to install it but I don't know where to find that version, does anyone have a link where I can download it?

There is a problem that started to occurs today, when we oppened Adobe Premiere 2025 new project or an old one, this error appears and no video is displayed, remmenbering that this error occurs on new projects withou any video imported just needed to create a new one and when the interface appears the error is therem how can I solve this? I only used th standard template that came with premiere. 

I installed the 2025 version of Premiere Pro, and many MTS files are out of sync between the sound and the image. I updated all the codecs but it didn't help. What do I do???

Hi,   I am very new to preimer pro. I am following a tutorial where am learning the ways to import videos to the project panel. But I can not do what the tutor is doing. we get two very diffrent icons while doing it, As I am very new I know its me who is doing something wrong. Please help me. I want to import like he does.   Thank you.    

Hey, guys, So I've got a slightly complicated issue. We shot on Ursa Mini in 4.6k with anamorphic lenses. Dropped the footage in Resolve to create the proxies - didn't realize Premiere could handle them at the moment. Anyway, synced audio in Resolve but it messed up and ended up dropping timecode on some of the proxy files. Now trying to re-link the quick time proxies in my Premiere timeline to the raw files but getting the "proxy and full resolution matching audio" message. I think this might be because of the audio issues in exporting the proxies through Resolve. Our audio designer ended up having to relink some of the audio files when I shot him the project after picture lock too. So.... any ideas on a work around for this error? I know the raw files I want, but cannot link due to the error. THANKS.

Hey everyone, I'm running the latest version of premiere on both a mid-level gaming PC and my Macbook Pro. On both systems the scene edit detection does not work. It goes through the analyzing process and then nothing - no cuts, edits, etc. I have also tried encoding the video as a different file format - didnt work - same thing happens where it analyzes and then no cuts, edits, nothing. I ahve also tried an earlier version of Premier - didnt work - same thing happens where it analyzes and then no cuts, edits, nothing. Someone please help. I have an 1-2 hour long video to edit and the scene edit detection would be a game changer for me if it worked. Thanks.

Why does Scale have 2 keyframe ramps and Position only has one?What is the use of the upper ramp that I've circled?    

It is so frustrating to work with guidelines in Premiere Pro. Even if I have different dimensioned sequences in a project, and I draw a guideline in one sequence, the same guideline is applied to every sequence in the project.I mean how does this make sense? Why aren't guidelines local?

I have the 2022 version of Adobe Premiere, and I cannot use the assets for the beginners tutorials. Is there any workaround to make these projects work?

Got the camera; a chap on youtube says Premiere will see the file and convert it to equirectangular, but the reality is the opposite.....   Has anyone managed to load this plug successfully? Does Adobe automatically acknowledge and convert?   Does the Canon plug-in extract to the correct place? the subscription and activation folder has to be found and activated. If anyone has succeeded, what format did you shoot in raw....mp4...etc?   Can anyone write a breakdown of how to install for Dummies...(not just for me Canon may find this useful too)? Adobe sees the fish eye images in all formats on youtube simply drag and drop adobe converts...not so to an extent Adobe must have some input into plugins as they have a reputation to maintain; the Canon VR utility worked but was poor and only saw mp4 files...limited to this format.   I have very little hair left most has been pulled out.   If the plugin is in Java, does it need to be extracted into a container in P

Hi all, My organization has been using a Productions workflow for a few months now. This morning, one of our editors had Premiere Pro crash (unexpected error) during work. They then restarted their computer.After restarting their computer, relaunching Premiere and opening the same Production, all of the projects inside that Production show as locked. A few things of note:1. The folders do not show prlock files2. If the editor opens the projects, they show as completely blank3. If the Production is opened on another machine, the projects are there, open, and fullWe have tried resetting all Adobe preferences, granting read/write access to the software and clean installing the Adobe Suite.Specs:Mac Studio M2 Ultra64GB RAMall files are on a QNAP NAS. All software and operating systems are up to date. Any ideas?

when my premium pro GPU is set and i apply optical flow it does not apply but if is software only then it applies. why?

Hello!To move objects in program monitor I have been able to either click on a clip, then click on "Motion" then move or resize the obkect in Programmonitor, or just click on the object in the Program monitor, thus highlighting it, and then move / resize it. Now suddenly this does not work. I cannot drag any items in the program monitor. I save and restart, then it is ok again for a while, affter which it stops working again! Very annoying!Anyone knows what is wrong? I have windows 10 and Premiere Pro CC 12.0.0 Build 224.Thanks in advance, Håkan
