I have a problem when editing images. The image will be brighter first when long-clicked. and will display the actual results again when the mouse is released.   Vershion Premiere pro 2025 windows 11

I denied the access more than once. I even go into my settings to hammer it down, but it still records for a few seconds and disappears. Please do something about it; it's super sketchy.

Want to create or find an overlay that is 9:16 Verticle with a transparent or cutout rounded 1:1 square in the centre (photo example below), which hopefully allows me to put selected videos in. I've tried making one on Canva but when imported and overlayed on top, it's completely blank, only showing the selected video. I know I can just make a 1:1 aspect ratio project, but I like the look of it being 9:16 vert. Any solutions? 

I have a desktop with Windows 11 and with latest version of Pr. Minimise, Restore & Close buttons are missing. How to fix it?  

I'm using Premiere Pro 2023 23.6.4 and on export screen, PP immediately crashes to desktop if I click on location and create a folder at the destination folder.

New project in 2025. No audio waveforms anywhere. Makes it very hard to cut when dialogue begins, ends, or needs to get cut very close.All the boxes are checked under the wrench menu that should be. Checked mapping and that's fine too. Clicked "generate waveform" under Clip menu.Can't see on timeline. Can't see in source monitor. Four channels of audio and it looks like I have zero. I opened the same clips in a new project in 2024. Same problem. No it's not the clips because the audio waveforms pop up with zero effort in DeVinci Resolve. 29.97, UHD, MXF OP1a files, XFAVC, Intra FrameMultiple cameras. All different models. All same codec. All same problem.First time I have ever had this issue after multiple projects with the same workflow. Any ideas how to fix this.

Hi, i am an Avid Editor who is slowly transitioning to Premiere. In Avid one of the most common Short Cuts is use is liftig the clip direct from the timeline in the Source Montor  - it is not copied, the clip is no longer in the timeline.Then i place edit it on another place in the timeline. Is a short cut i use all the time at avid and i can work pretty fast. Does anyone know, if there is a shortcut in Premiere Pro? i can put the clip via mouse in the source monitor and then edit it, but the same clip is still in the timeline, so when i put on a new place, i have the same clip twice. thanx 

How do I add effects into Pr when they arent in my list?

I have a rtx 3050, ryzen 7 3700x, 16gb ram, 100 free gb and i cant download adobe premiere or adobe after effects. Can anyone help?

Hi --   Is it possible with Premiere Pro to do live video capture? I hav a Canon EOS RP connected via USB to my computer and the software from Canon can operate the camera / capture video but I can't figure out how to do this with Premiere Pro. Is this something that I could do with Premiere Rush? (I thought Rush was basically Premiere Elements, renamed.)   Rich  

Hi all.I have CS6 and I have a quesiton:I was messing with one drive and unsynced to my PC, which removed a lot of files of my desktop. Thought nothing more, until I was no longer able to open a project file. Now, I get this message: "This project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No sequence preview preset file or codec could be associated with this sequence type." Is there anyway to be able to reopen this project? I don't mean to sound daft, but I have no idea how to, if at all, be able to reopen this proeject.If anyone can help, that would be great.Thank you.

Recently when I start  projects, the audio is not linked to the video. This is true even though the drop down menu says the video is linked and the icon on the time line says it is linked.   I found only one work around that works with my software (right clicking on the sequence and choose link.) This is a major annoyance and a work stoppage issue.  How can I get Premiere Pro to accurately represent the state of the audio/video relationship in each way there is (menu, icon and right clicking track)?I want my audio and video linked by default, have functioning ways to link and un-link audio/video and that it be kept that way I want until I change it.Thanks

I'm having an issue exporting mp4 files. When exported, the file shows up as a mp4 with a blank screen and a m4v file. I've attached an image below. Never had this problem before, any help would be appreciated  

I've used this feature in the past and had no issues. However, in my latest project I can't seem to check the "filler words" box when editing my transcript. I have restarted and updated Premiere and nothing seems to work. Has anyone else run into this issue and how did you fix it? TIA  

Version: Premiere Pro 25.1.0Windows 10 latest version Steps: Type on a text, it will get the same properties as this text as the default properties for the next time you type in another text, but on all the Beta builds and the new released Premiere version it won't happen this way. If I edit any parameter on other clips that dont involve the type tool, the next time I create a new text expecting the former properties to be set, it will be on a different font and details settings I recorded a simple video on it

while trying to save the entire project... or even just ONE SINGLE SEQUENCE... I'm getting this Project Manager Error 1609498616 (screenshot enclosed) for Adobe PP 2025 version 25.1 It doesn't elaborate on the error... as absolutely no clue how to resolve this and try to save the project.It is frustating to go thru this, while I'm paying monthly subscription and still getting into issues for a simple task of saving a project. Pls help, if anyone has this issue resolved?

Premiere giving more and more reasons year by year for my hair to turn gray quicker. I have audio cross dissolves set in my timeline, but sometimes they will disappear for no reason when I shift the audio and video around. This may just be a bug because it doesn't happen all the time. But it's happening in this instance and I know I'm going to keep moving things in this edit and I will want my dissolves on. I'm not going to wait to do audio work all until the end when everything is locked in because that's not how that works. I have tried turning on and off the Ripple Sequence and that seems to do nothing. I have moved the audio left and right and it does the same thing. Anyone else having this problem? Hey Everyone, I just finished two projects and I have two issues that have come up with the audio on the exported videos that I have not seen before.  Issue one: I have the last heavy note of my audio tracked lined up with the end of the voiceover (see attached image). However, when I export it, the music track ends 4 seconds earlier than where it is supposed to. This is a huge difference. I did use the Remix Tool to change the length of the track, which I have in every video I have made in the last year or so. I have  never experienced this. The other audio issue I have run into is there was one word of the interviewee that all of a sudden sounds like someone placed their hand over the microphone. It gets muffled bad. It was on the export but not on my first three versions of this video nor in Pr. When I played it back in Pr to troubleshoot I heard it the first time but then I played this same clip several times and I could not replicate it. The wave form was

Yes, why do i see the "What´s new" dialog each time i open Premiere Pro? Some Adobe apps has a check box one can check such as "Don´t show again." but not in Premiere Pro. Deleting the Preferences don´t do the trick either.   Can´t we just get a "Don´t show again." box for this dialog and be done with it? This has been an issue for some versions now but now it´s ridiculous.
