 I've been trying to render this video for the last 10–40 hours. I've switched between software and hardware encoding, restarted the application multiple times, cleared the cache, and tried every possible fix I could think of. But every time I render, there's still a random 1–2 frame glitch somewhere in the video. This isn't the first time I've run into this issue either. I'm honestly so frustrated at this pointI have no idea what's causing it.

Help!  I am trying to increase the font size on screen with keyframes!I have text that is in a single line as below:  Before!I then would like the text to increase in size to get this effect:The problem is that:When I use keyframes with the SCALE then it disappears off the screen When I use keyframes with the Source Text and the font size it does not gradually increase in size but instead the playhead stays the same size until it reaches the second keyframe and then just jumps in size!Is there a way to get from the first picture to the second picture?  Please don’t say use After Effects!  ​​​​​​

Seit heute kann ich Premiere Pro nicht mehr nutzen. Beim Start fordert es Zugriff auf den Desktop und verweist mich in die Settings. Da steht Festplattenvollzugriff und ich kann auch nichts auswählen oder ändern. Ich arbeite an einem älteren Macbook Pro mit Tahoe 26.5.2. Ich habe Premiere bereits deinstalliert und neu installiert, aber es ändert nichts. Was kann ich tun? Liebe Grüße.

I don’t know what to do with this issue anymore, I have tried everything. I’ve messed around with scratch disks, caches, preferences, uninstalling and reinstalling, and Premiere is still so difficult to get a project done in. I’m a full time editor and rely on this program to work but most days now I have some kind of issue with exporting. Sometimes it’s completely fine, but usually when I’m really tight for time with a deadline it suddenly stops exporting anything. In Premiere it’s stuck on 0% and when I try to send it to Media Encoder, it can’t even do that. I’m at the point where I feel like I need a 1 to 1 with someone high up in Adobe because no-one seems to have the same issue and i’m sure my clients are beginning to think I’m just trying not to complete my work. Ocassionally, it will actually export and I’ll have watched my video back 100 times but then watching back the version Premiere exported, I find it has glitches or something’s just a black screen or there’s a black recta

I’m genuinely curious to get a sense a sense of this. Let me be clear, this post is not about troubleshooting what’s causing the crashes.For weeks now I’ve been triggering multiple crash reports a day, sometimes up to a dozen. I’m typing the same thing into the “Please tell us what led to this error” field and providing my email address every time. I would expect that when you receive 100+ crash reports from the same person with the same problem, you might make good on that statement “Adobe may contact me for fixes and workarounds”But I’ve heard nothing. That’s why I want to know, has anyone in this community EVER been contacted by Adobe with a workaround, after submitting one of these forms?   

I’m an Assistant Editor who works in documentaries. I wanted to let Premiere users know about an inexpensive third-party software, Syncalia 3, that has been incredibly useful to me. I frequently run into situations where there’s verite footage by multiple cameras that are supposed to sync with each other (and with separately-recorded sound) but there’s no timecode or timecode that doesn’t match, no clapper, no camera reports explaining what clips are supposed to sync with which other clips, etc. I thought that knowing that this software was an option would be helpful to Premiere users.

Trying to activate my 100 GB of storage on Frame.io included in my adobe subscription. I already had a free frame.io account registered using the same email as my adobe ID prior to Adobe acquiring Frame.io. Now whenever I login on frame.io (web or within Premiere) I only have access to the old 2GB of free storage. I tried connecting my frame io to my adobe login before.And I followed along the instructions on this page:https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/frameio-creative-cloud-faq.html However when I try to go to my account settings now on Frame.io to change this primary email adress (as stated in the FAQ), it already says: “manage on Adobe” and redirects me to the adobe account page (for managing my adobe ID in general). So I can not change my email no more on the frame.io account page. Only on my adobe page. Do I change the email adress there? Though I do not wish to change my primary adobe email at all... Thanks in advance!Merlin

When I finish adding all the videos I want to edit and start editing, all the videos in Premiere play in slow motion. Even the timer runs slowly, meaning the settings are set to slow motion, not that the slow-motion effect is actually being applied. Even when I run the timer on my phone and play the video in the app, the timer in the app is slower. I don't know what the problem is exactly. I've checked the frame rate settings and everything else, but there's no result.

This may be hard to explain. My audio waveforms on the timeline are too high. I’m not talking about the vertical height of the track. I mean the display itself (marked in red) is higher as if the audio is louder than it actually is, and it’s never been like that before. It should be maybe halfway up, not nearly all the way. I think I accidentally hit some combo of keys that made it happen, but I’m not sure, and don’t know if there’s a setting to look for. To help it make sense, in Audition, you can change the decibel range on the right side, which will make the waveform appear taller or shorter. So if it’s like this…  And I change the decibel range by scrolling my mouse wheel over it to display just the range I’m working with, the waveform “zooms in”, making it appear louder when it’s not. It’s just showing the audio more closely.  This is what it seems like happened to my audio timeline in Premiere, only it doesn’t have that decibel range thing on the side, just the volume meter, so I

Someone gave me a ton of LRF files to begin working on a project because it was going to take a while to upload the full quality. I renamed the LRF files to have an mp4 extension to begin working. I’ve now have access and have downloaded the original higher quality mp4 files, but I am struggling to link them in Premiere.I’ve selected all the “Low-res” video files in the project and clicked “Make Offline...” but when I try linked said file to the Hi-res mp4 nothing seems to happen. What’s the best way to go about this?

Hello, I’ve tried to install première pro but I keep getting the error 127 during installation.I have more than 100gb available and tried everything in the help centers/videos I’ve found but nothing seems to work. (Disabled anti virus, checked storage, emptied adobe temp file, added administrators and system to full control, reinstalled crative cloud after using the cleaner tool)Any other adobe app installs just fine, but not premiere proAny ideas?(I’m on windows 10 on an Amd ryzen 7 3700X cpu)

I am trying to re-edit a video in Premier Pro.  Using keyframes and opacity changes I am fading several video clips out.  Everything looks and plays well in the timeline but when I export, the opacity fades just snap to black. This is happening on my laptop, and on my desktop with completely different project files.I have tried the following;Toggle Composite in linear colour.Have tried using software encoding.Have tried unchecking Maximum bit depth and maximum render quality.Have tried rendering before export.Have tried nesting.Have tried checking Include Alpha I am working with Notch LC Thank you for any help.  

I’m using the very aged Premier CS6 video editing programme. This programme has served me well all these years with only very rare problems - quickly solved.Starting a new project I now get multi line audio time lines. See top illustration in attached picture. Can anyone can tell me how to reset to my usual audio view as shown in the lower clip. 

Hi guys, does anyone know what may be causing this video noise. Every time i export out even a low-res preview this appears in random spots in the video. If i’m lucky sometimes, it doesn’t appear at all, but no one seems to know the route cause of it. Its only been happening in the last year. Any help would be grateful, thank you  

I'm not sure why exactly this is happening but as you can see it's almost as if the mask e projecting in the background

Hello! I am running into some issues with the audio channels in multicam clips when I bring them into a timeline. I have 4 cameras with scratch audio and external audio with 5 channels that I’m bringing into a multicam. I want to be able to see all of the audio channels from the cameras and external audio in the timeline when I bring in the multicam clip. My process has been selecting all the clips > right click > create multi-camera source sequence > make sure All Cameras and Automatic are selected in the audio section. Then when I cmd click into the multicam, everything looks normal. I want to make sure the audio track layout I see when I click into this multicam remains the same when I bring it into a timeline. I right click on the multicam in the project window and Modify > Audio Channels and set to mono with the amount of tracks in the multicam and make sure each track is checked matching the correct channel. Then I bring the multicam clip into a Stereo sequence with “

Hi,I use a Wacom Intuos Pro and Premiere v13.1 on a Mac and I have the following problem since about a year (so with all the previous Premiere versions as well).When I navigate with my pen the cursor very often "gets stuck" - when I click on something and move away it keeps thinking that I am pressing down. It happens during anything - navigating between different timelines, doing colour correction etc. It is really annoying so sometimes I have to switch to the mouse which does not have this problem. I have this tablet for two years and the clicking works perfectly fine with all the other software including other Adobe Products like Lightroom and Photoshop, but Premiere is almost impossible to use.How can I fix it?Thank you!

Caro amigos, me ajudem por favor!! Recebi feedbacks recentes de alguns clientes me informando que os vídeos editados foram em mono.Mesmo eu nunca tendo mexido nessa configurações!Quebrei a cabeça e consegui resolver de alguns reels que editei apenas adicionando o efeito (preenchimento da esquerda com a direita). Mas mesmo assim vários outros vídeos eu não consegui resolver.E detalha que está afendo desde a voz até as trilhas, eu pego o arquivo e stereo, joga na timeline e na hora fica mono. Alguém pode me salvar?Obrigado

Hey hey,  I created captions for my video and they look good: adobe automatically removed all “uhms” from the video. When I export as srt. , all the uhms are back and mispelled words show wrong again. txt. file on the other hand looks good, but I can’t upload that on Youtube as it will include all the timestamps (within the actual text).Any fix for the srt. file? Thx

I am trying to drop in an animated title card a designer sent me on a transparent background, but for some reason it doesn’t seem to show up in the playback window or when I export the video from the timeline.  The animation plays perfectly in the preview window, but when I drag it into the timeline, it’s shows up as a rectangle on the timeline but seemingly is transparent or isn’t there at all. I’ve tried rendering it any number of ways (render & replace, render in to out, render selection) to no avail.Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?  

I have numbers, 1 through 10 that I want to have the same x axis and y axis. Is there a way to copy and paste the axis points to all the numbers instead of me having to do it manually?
