Por favor alguém ajuda essa pobre coitada que tá cheia de material pra entregar e pouco prazo.  Seguinte, estou a semana inteira fazendo vídeos no formato vertical 1080x1920 porém hoje misteriosamente um dos meus projetos na hora da exportação saiu quadrado, achei que era um bug do projeto e criei outro novo, na hora de exportar deu o mesmo problema. Resgatei um projeto anterior e quando exporte ele saiu no formato correto, porém aqueles dois, últimos que fiz, sem que vou exportar saem errado. Mas nenhuma configuração de exportação foi alterada. Não acho tutorial sobre isso nem vídeos no YouTube, tô meio desesperada, será que é alguma configuração nas fotos que estou usando? Comecei a usar o premier a pouco mais de 2 meses... alguém me ajuda 

I'm attempting to import .tif sequences I've rendered out of my animation software, but even double-clicking on the folder containing them causes Premiere Pro to crash (see attached screen recording). I'll likely convert them to .jpg as a temporary work-around, but is anyone else experiencing this behavior, or is it just an issue with my files for some reason? These same files aren't causing any issues with Photoshop or After Effects.

why do i keep getting this; missing image_geometric_travel_label_triangle-matte.jpg in adobe premier

Hello everyone,I don't get why Adobe put them all on different lines. So I only see them if I activate the 'eye'. I'm a bit worried not all of them are going to come up on the screen, if I export? That is my main question.  

Premiere Pro and Media Encoder are not finding the DXV Codec I downloaded from Resolume's site.  It installs quickly without error but I cannot find it as an active Codec in Premiere Pro

Strange things are going on with my i7 14700K's iGPU in Premiere Pro version 25.First of all, I've worked in Premiere Pro for ages and I'm used to monitoring my system resources via the Task manager in Windows. There are all kinds of graphs there that can be switched on:I know that the Video Decode graph shows the iGPU decoding process whereas, as Intel says here, Video Decode 1 shows the encoding despite the name.It's been so for years and it was convenient. But now - for some reason these graphs show not what they used to. When I decode, I see this:Yes, during decoding my iGPU encodes something which is nonsense. And yes I have nothing being encoded in the background. So either it's a bug somewhere or my CPU lives its own life.And when I encode, I see this:3d graph is filled up to 100% (what does 3D graph even mean if there's nothing 3D in my videos), Video Decode has a short spike desite there's nothing being decoded at that moment, and Video Decode 1 which is essentially

Meu adobe premiere Pro desde o inicio do mês vem constantemente fechando sozinho nas minhas edições.Ele apenas fecha e não mostra aviso nenhum, uso o premiere a 2 anos se não me engano e é a primeira vez que vejo isso acontecer. Tentei de tudo inclusive vi que ja tem um topico deste aqui no suporte e vi a resposta dos tecnicos e tentei reproduzir tudo que eles falaram, o tópico é de 2021, e mesmo assim não resolveu. ja reinstalei tudo redefinir preferencias janelas e etc. e esta ocorrendo nos meus 2 computadores da empresa, sera que pode ser algum bug relacionado com a minha conta? os 2 pcs tem uma placa da NVIDIA e estão atualizadas, uma rtx 3060 e uma 1650.Peço que me ajudem urgentemente pois sou uma empresa de televisão e utilizo o premier para as edições dos materiais.PC01:O premier esta na versão 24.5 , o pc no windows 11 pro 64bits (atualizei para ver se resolvia o problema pois estava no windows 10 e ja estava com esse problema) Processador i7-8700k 3.70 ghz e 32 gb de ram.

My Pro updated this morning. When I open to import, I get the message about Frame Substitution Recursion. And I didn't do anything but open it. How do I fix this?  

I want my still image to have a white background.  I found the following answer to this issue from Meg The Dog in 2020 but nothing happens when I follow her instructions - i.e. no layer is created in the Timeline.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks. "Click anywhere on your timeline.Once the timeline is active, go to the menu File > New > Color Matte and generate a clip of White (or whatever color you want the background to be).Once the Color Matte clip is generated and in your Project Panel, drag it to your timeline and put it on track V1. Edit all your other source images on tracks above the Color Matte Clip (tracks V2, V3, etc.).The white you generated will now appear as the background for the sequence."  

Hey everyone,   I'm trying to detect cuts in a sequence via ExtendScript in Premiere Pro using the following bit of code:   var activeSeq = app.project.activeSequence; activeSeq.performSceneEditDetectionOnSelection("ApplyCuts", true, "LowSensitivity");   The Scene Edit Detection dialogue pops up and it says analyzing clips, but the progress bar never advances.   I've tried changing the sensitivity and using the "CreateMarkers" action instead but it still says Scene Edit Detection regardless of which string I use for the first parameter and progress bar never moves.   I've confirmed that the Scene Edit Detection functionality works when I right click the media in the sequence and initiate the process manually. I'm on Premiere Pro 24.5.0 (Build 57).   Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I wasn't sure whether to classify this as a question or a bug report, but none the less the title says it all.  In Premier 2025 when I try to play my video the blue timeline indicator either doesn't move until I puase the video again or it stutters so bad that I can't make any reasonable sense of it.  I went back to Premier Pro 2024 to see if it was just an issue I was having with the current version and that does seem to be the case because the 2024 version worked just fine.  I already know about having to click just above the timeline to get it to function properly, again though...it works in 2024 but does not work in 2025 for some reason.  I've seen a couple other posts saying the same thing, and I've seen audio cache or something needing to be cleared.  I tried it but it didn't do anything.  Anyways... anyone else having this issue or know how to eleviate it?  I'd like to use the most recent version, but I just can't with this issue.  Thanks

Cuando voy a exportar e introduzco el efecto de metadata burn-in, si en la linea de tiempo, el audio que está incluido en los clips multicam no está linkado al clip multicam de video, está independiente, de manera que aunque pertenece a un clip multicam, la propiedad no está habilitada, no aparece la metadata correcta del audio original en la visualización del metadata burn-in. Al activar en esos clips de audio la propiedad enabled del multicam, resulta que la metadata aparece quemada correctamente, pero sin embargo en la linea de tiempo, en los canales 2 en adelante, de esos clips multicam, desaparece la onda de audio y sobre todo deja de sonar. Normalmente solo utilizamos los canales 1 y 2 de mezcla, el audio suele desaparecer del canal 2 y si has incluído otro canal que has necesitado, también desaparece (por desaparecer quiero decir que no se escucha y desaparece la forma de onda, que esto último es lo de menos,... ¿pero que no se oiga? ... el vinculo sigue existiendo por

The playhead doesn't move when playing back a video in editing when UI should use HW Accelerated GPU is turned on. It works normal, with a lot of flickering when the option is turned off. This is after latest update to NVidia drivers and Windows Update.

In my 2024 version of Premiere, I had no issues synching a video clip with a second audio file from my microphone. In this current version though, when I try to synchronize the audio, the video suddenly jumps 5 minutes down the timeline (the video is only 1 minute long) and the audio doesn't move anywhere. So they're not even synching, the synchronize button is just moving my video and it's really frustrating! Not sure if this is a bug or if there's something I can do myself, but I would appreciate the help in getting this solved. 

Hi AllI am on the home run of putting together my latest holiday video and now into background audio and voice overs, but the screen is locking up . I have had the playhead stop but continueing to play through the video then freeze up altogether. This is not a very large project with 10 sequences all under 8 mins eachYou can 'Save' but when you try to 'Close Project' only the Program Monitor closes leaving a white background. If you click anywhere on the screen we get the Error Message (Not Responding)The only way out of PP CC is by Ctrl-Alt-Del and Task Manager by End Task. Hi!I'm relatively new to Premiere Pro, but I've edited a few videos without encountering this issue.I dragged and dropped my video into the application like I usually do, but this time when I press play I can't see anything.I hear the audio and it looks as though it should be playing, but it's just black. I've tried deleting/clearing the media cache and updating the GPU, but still nothing. I figure I'm doing something wrong, just can't put my finger on it. I've looked at countless YouTube videos with no luck. Any recommendations? I've attached a photo for reference.Thanks in advance!Katherine

I'm working in a production based project (which I converted over from a traditional single project into a production project, creating new separate projects for each story edit, and the source media).  I've compiled my stories into segment sequences, now I can't copy or edit any material (clips or sequences) from my projects /  segments into other projects (I need to do this as individual clip sequences, not nested clips so that I can continue editing individual sequences).  I can't edit from a sequence in my source monitor into a sequence in my program monitor.  I can't copy & paste from one timeline to another. I've tried "drag & drop" and "copy & paste" to copy sequences between projects within the same production. I've done multiple system re-boots; I've rebuilt the preferences a few times now. As far as I know, my system should be able to handle this softare set up.  I'm editing 4k material into an HD timeline using prores proxies I'

I opened Premiere Pro this morning to see it had done the auto update to 24.4.1.  Now it's not allowing me to copy and paste on my timeline or do a copy and paste attributes.  Everything was working fine on Saturday before the update.

I got onto Premiere Pro 2024 today and discovered that 4 months of editing projects have dissapeared. I have tried searching through the autosave folder and there's nothing since July on there. I did recently clear a few things off my internal SSD to clear space adn the only thing that I can possibly point to was clearing the Premiere 2023 application. It wouldn't make sense to me as to why this would delete those files especially since every project from 2023 to July 2024 is still there. I can still see the video previews from a few of the projects since then as well as the encoder and premiere pro prefs, but nothing else. Unfirtunately, this happened days before I was able to double back my whole laptop, so no luck there. I still have all of the source media as that was saved seperately. I used data recovery software as well and nothing showed up. Any Ideas? I have a 2021 MacBook M1 running Sequoia 15.0. 

The program crashes if the plugins are too many.How can we fix it?
