I have a huge library of 4K footage for a project I'm working on. All of the clips are spearated into bins for ease of identification. Some clips are from the same original video file, so when I got to create proxies of all my individual clips, media encoder creates a duplicate proxy of the entire original video file. e.g. "Video File A" has two clips I've identified that are in two separate bins. During Proxy creation, media encoder makes two proxies for "Video File A" Is there a way to avoid this happening?

Dynamics audio effect is not working. I've used this effect for a few years with no issues but since I updated premiere recently it's not working.

I've tried everyone I've found online (clearing cache, reverting preferences, new project, different versions) but each time after a few minutes, the space bar stops playing/pausing the video. I am on v25 on a mac. It's making so that I can edit at all in the program. 

I've been editing a video the past week. I saved it. Then opened it a few days later. Now the contents within the project file are all gone. The box in the lower left corner uesed to contain bins for my sequences, music, video, and images. There are now NO bins or folders. It looks like a brand new project file that hasn't imported anything yet. I opened the auto save project file and same thing - nothing. The only thing that looks wierd is that there was only one single auto save project file. Usually there is much more... I searched my trash and the rest of the computer for other project files, but no other project files exist. How is it that the project file seemed to save correctly,  but the content within the project are empty? How do I restore an old project file when there is only one auto save file and the contents are blank? Please help! Thank you.  Mac 12.6.2 Was using Premiere 24.1 when I originally created project. I edit interviews recorded remotely with Zoom Meetings. In the 'gallery view' video recording the interviewee's webcam shot often leaves them way in the background, especially in relation to the interviewer.So my request for help is - is there a way to scale up the camera/person on the right so I can get both participants the same size?Thank you.

The title basically says it all. I have about an hour of footage that I just cannot use because it freezes about 5 minutes in and has that error. I've already tried completely deleting the media cache and whatnot. HELP. This is such an annoying issue.

Hi, My timeline is only showing audio tracks. The video still plays in all windows. I can drag video and audio to the timeline together (and plays) but not video on its own. v1 v2 etc completely disappeared. Nothing to do with toggling up and down and decreasing sizes in the time line. Double clicked the timeline and again only shows audio. Tried expand all tracks, create new tracks but will only create and expand audio tracks. Any one with any ideas?

Hola! Desde que actualicé a la versión 2025 de premiere, no me aparecen los archivos recientes en la pantalla de inicio y tampoco me respeta el espacio de trabajo que escojo. En la versión anterior (2024) me funcionaba perfecto, así que estoy seguro de que este problema lo ocacionó la actualización del programa. Puedo acceder a estos archivos a través de Archivo/Abrir archivos. ¿Hay alguna solución?

I cannot get a production to finish the upgrade process with v25 of PP as well as in v25.1 beta.  The progress bar gets to around 1/3 of the way before it crashes. The production folder was properly duplicated and renamed on my drive, but that's it. Production size is around 1.5gb if that's relavent.  M1 MaxSonoma 14.6.1PP v25

This just started yesterday. Every 30 minutes or so, I get a window stating I have crashed. The report says to update the app and/or reaet settings. . Except it seemingly has not crashed. I close this window and premiere seems to be chugging along just fine. This is happening across multiple unrelated projects. I have reset settings, deleted media cache, deleted video previews, restarted the computer, reinstalled 24.5, all to no avail. So I re-reinstalled 24.6.1, the warnings continue. I wanted to color grade some footage I had similarly as a photo I took of the same shot that I had edited. And in that photo I had touched the Camera Calibration sliders and really enjoyed the result. I looked online and realized that no one had really done anything explaining how to replicate it, just comments like: "Do it in lumetri color you have more freedom there". But the sliders in camera calibration is hard to replicate. I'm running the latest version of Premiere Pro on my Mac and I'm trying to install multiple .mogrt files, but I don't have the "Motion Graphics Templates" folder. When I navigate to "Macintosh HD⁩ ▸ ⁨Library⁩ ▸ ⁨Application Support⁩ ▸ ⁨Adobe ▸ ⁨Common", the only folder I have is "Plug-ins". Any idea what this means and how to fix it so I can batch install these motion graphics?

Hi,  I have been working on a documentary for over a year. I have exported it numerous times for feedback and have never had any issues doing so. I did some final tweaks and colour grading and now the project will not export.  It seems to have issues with the warp stabilizer, which I have often used heavily at the beginning of the project. I usually nest, then stabilize but I thought this maybe the issue so I took it out of the nests. This also doesn't work. The program has also started asking me to force quit programs to free up space which it never used to do. It currently says Premier is using up 55 GB (sometimes as high as 80 GB) and media encoder is using 30 GB.  It also has a black frame that appears over a photo and will not export this frame. I've tested and can export up to it and around it. I managed to get around this problem by deleting the photo, copying everything to a new sequence and then adding it back in. When importing an After Effects composition into Premiere, the "connecting to dynamic link server" window stays for a much longer time than usual, then after selecting the comp to import the "import file" window stays forever with no progress. I just tried waiting for two hours to import a simple comp, and nothing. 

What is the current status of UXP for Premiere? There are lots of online 'tutorials' and mentions but I cannot seem to find anything saying "UXP is now implemented on <app name> as of <date>".

Hello everyone,Basically what the title says. I've opened a project I was working on and it converted it to Premiere 24.0 version. When I tried exporting a clip it crashes, every time. I tried uninstalling and installing but nothing worked. Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

Hi. I'm trying to set up debugging of the CEP panel in VSKCode instead of debugging in Chrome DevTools. In general it works, but when I run run debug "attach" request in VSCode something strange happens with styles and elements. Some text elements had broken style settings.And the main - a white rectangle appears over part of the page after each launch. It disappears if I call some changes in styles through, for example, disabling some style in Chrome DevTools or in the JS script. But not everywhere. Sometimes I switch to another extension page and the rectangle is there too, and of a different size. Chrome DevTools displays it the same way when opening localhost, but does not allow you to select it as an element and does not display anything in the page code Experimentally, it has been found that this happens if switching extension pages occurs by changing style.display from null to something else (flex in my case, but I tried a block and got the same result).And the text be

Is there a way to turn off smart quotes/typographer's quotes in Premiere? Every time I insert text, I have to copy and paste straight apostrophes and manually replace every curly apostrophe. I've tried different fonts and they all seem to only allow curly apostrophes. I used to turn it off from essintial graphics panel, but now in 2024 version I cannot find it. 

Hello,  Using Automation Blocks, is it possible to create a script that will export a sequence multiple times but each export contains different Video and Audio tracks.  For example: I have a finished sequence but need it exported with and without certain elements on the sequence. I'll need one version with every track, one without subtitles (V7), one without subitles and graphics (V7 & V6), one without must, subtitles and graphics (A11, A12, V7 & V6) etc.  

The Enhance speech AI tool is great! But recently I have been unable to download the files I upload to be enhanced. The download button simply does nothing. I have tried on Chrome as well as Edge. Maybe I am missing someting, but also seems like a bug.
