Questions

After I finish my work in Adobe Premiere Pro, I save the project. Then, using File → Project Manager, I collect all my files into a single folder. However, when I try to open the project from the newly created folder, I get the error: “The project could not be loaded, it may be damaged or contain outdated elements.” What is the reason for this? I couldn’t find any information about it on the internet.

Please see attached video. Any guesses as to why? I'm trying to get it in between these two clips and it won't let me.

Hi, Here is the issue: I have an 11-camera 4K multicam setup with Apple ProRes 422 Proxy files for each camera. In my multicam sequence, the native MXF clip from “camera 9” freezes halfway through the clip and remains stuck on the same frame until the end of the clip. The MXF clip opens correctly in VLC and can be played in full without any freezing issues (the proxy file also plays correctly). Therefore, the problem does not appear to come from the MXF video source itself or from its proxy. All the other cameras play perfectly and smoothly in my multicam sequence. Here is my hardware configuration:Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 licenseMac mini 2024 / Apple M4 ProMemory: 24 GBmacOS: Sequoia 15.1 Could someone please help me resolve this issue ?Thank you in advance. If I close a timeline, the next time I open the project, the timeline is simplified (flattened). Is there a way to turn this off? When I'm done working on a project I'd like to close the timeline I'm no longer working on, without deleting layers.

In the past, I could easily go to the adobe stock tab under graphic templates and buy any MOGRT i wanted. Now Adobe is saying I can't buy the file because I don't have the latest version of Adobe Premiere. My adobe is fully updated. I even tried with the Beta version and it still doesnt let me purchase any adobe stock. So then when i go to the Adobe Stock website I can purchase

Working on a iMac Apple M1 Ventura 13.0 16GB with Premiere Pro Version 25.6.3- today the gremilins have come with vengeance as my space bar in Premiere ONLY has stopped working completely.  My norrmal play-stop-and toggle (space bar short cut) has been rendereed useless even after several attempts to reset, restarting, clearing cache, resetting premiere, etc. I have read and attempted all the previous threads but to no avail.  The space bar is not working in previous versions either as well as other projects that I have attempted to tinker with previous titles to use the space bar.  I have a plethora of external HD hooked up as my content workhorses and have pleny of space left on the actual MAC HDD. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I recorded a video with my Sony i7 (MP4 Format) and the camera was off when was still recording, the record button was not sttoped before shutted down. When I download the file, Premier saya "unsupported compression file", I have been trying changing file location, changing extension, Handbreak software converter.  Is there any other possible solution? Thank you in advance,

EVERYTIME you do a firmware update it's like I have to RELEARN Premiere all over again! SO FRUSTRATING! Been using 25.5 for weeks and smooth sailing (which is weird) Then, you UPDATE AGAIN! Now, everything is different. Render in to out is gone, when I click I for in and O for out it highlights the very top of the sequence not my file sequence. NONE of my 3rd party toolkits work like the Premieregal Toolkit, I'm SO OVER IT adobe!!!!!!!!

After using warp stabilizer the render last very long (small clip can render for 3 hours). Over stabilized clips I get red line - does it indicate effor? Can you advice what is the reason. 

I am doing a simple edit, there's no grading, no transitions, no LUTs, no 3rd party plugins, and the performance is the worst I have EVER experienced in 15 years of editing. It's not even just that the playback is slow and frames take a long time to load, navigating the app itself is slow. Everything is laggy! The timeline cursor doesn't even scroll smoothly. Can you just drop this whole push for AI tools and focus on updates that are stable?    My rig: Windows 10, 4090 GPU, Ryzen 9 5950, 128gb ram, NVME drives  

Hello,I am developing a UXP panel for Adobe Premiere Pro that needs to trigger Python-based processing (e.g., audio/video analysis and other long-running computations).I understand that UXP does not expose Node.js APIs such as child_process, nor direct access to the OS shell. Based on the current documentation, it appears that executing external processes (such as Python scripts) directly from a UXP panel is not supported.However, I would like to confirm the following with the community and Adobe team:1. Is there any supported or recommended mechanism for a UXP panel to execute or invoke Python code locally?2. If direct execution is not possible, are there any workaround?My goal is to provide a seamless user experience without requiring users to manually start scripts or services.Any clarification or official guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

I am using Premiere Pro 2025, and unfortunately Warp Stabilizer seems to be getting worse day by day. While Adobe claims to be the best in the world, in 2025 it still cannot properly stabilize a 2 second video clip. As video editors, we are extremely frustrated by this situation. If Adobe does not find a solution to this, the only thing it will achieve is falling behind its competitors in an industry that continues to evolve rapidly.

I have extensive Premiere Pro experience, and have successfully exported my completed works to mp4 literally hundreds of times. Today, I couldn't get the Export pane to appear no matter what I did, including:  un-installing and re-installing Premiere ProMultiple restarts of the PC and of the software. I always had the timeline selected when I went to export. Made no difference. Then, just like that, the media export pane appeared! No apparent rhyme or reason. But there's more: I could get Export > Media to appear even when the timeline wasn't selected! Can anyone please share solutions to this show-stopping problem? I am working locally on my PC. Files are local, all assets are local, using PPro on this same PC. I have hundreds of GB of free space, and 128GB of real RAM: plenty of assets to rip a 5 MB video. Thank you in advance! 

Hello, I used to paste lyrics in a videoclip so that the lyrics went along with the video. If I remember well there was a button 'enroll' that you had to click on, but in the new version I can't find it anymore, so the lyrics won't move along with the video anymore. I used to just drag imported clips to timeline to create sequences.  Now nothing.How do i make a film if i cannot fill the timeline?  Some missed setting? Also when i use the PPro dialogue to create a sequence or show, it goes the folder containing many folders of films i want to make, but it NEVER can go to the folder of the film clips to create a project?   It just shows a symbol of some image. please help

I'm seeing strange color artifacts and blurriness in a CGI video exported by Premiere Pro 25.6.3 under Windows 11, export format H264 (see short video clip below). The scene features a gradual lighting change that goesfrom green to red while the camera is in motion. However, when rendered the video's colors appear blotchy and steppy with intermittent blurriness overall. I've examined the individual CGI frames and they show no such artifacts, as well as when previewing the video in Premiere. It would appear that, despite the file location not changing, a whole heap of media sssets for a project have gone offline. Atempts to relink them, replace them with the file or otherwise change them all hit a "importer has had a generic error" message. Any ideas what on earth is going on. THe files are in OneDrive, acceissble to me, and manipulatable. I've lost about 10 days work. 

I've been having an issue where my mask tracking completely disappears after I use render and replace on a clip. I have the mask tracking all set up and working fine, but once I render and replace the clip, the tracking is just gone.Has anyone else experienced this? I tried checking the "Include Video Effects" option but the mask tracking still doesn't seem to carry over to the rendered file. Is there a workaround for this or am I missing something in the render and replace settings?

Hi guys! This isn’t new: Premiere’s Project Manager is basically unusable. No matter what you do, if the project is even slightly complex, it just doesn’t work. I’ve been using PlumePack for a long time. It’s honestly depressing that I have to rely on it, but it worked for me… until now. The free version has started adding project limits, and it also renames all files by appending something like “plumepackfree”, which creates a whole new mess on my side. Does anyone know what I can do about this? It’s horrible that I’m having so many problems just to move the whole project into the folder I want and archive/close it properly. And the paid version of PlumePack is almost $100, which is a bit too much for me right now. Thanks a lot in advance!

In Premiere Pro, in the Source Monitor under "Editing," there used to be an option to animate opacity from four directions: top-down, bottom-up, left-to-right, and right-to-left. (This was great to reveal titles gradually.) I no longer see this option in Source Monitor. How can I bring it back?
