Hola buenos días. Al trabajar con la app de móvil en mi iPhone 7s no me deja sincronizar los proyectos con el de escritorio. Siempre me dice que no tengo conexión a red. Evidentemente tengo. He buscado en las opciones del móvil y tiene acceso a internet. Que puede estar pasando? Muchas gracias!

Cant change text fonts on premiere ruah. I change it, but i returns to the same font.

Hallo. beim Versuch Videos in Rush zu importieren bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:  nicht unterstützter medientyp.Das Problem tritt allerdings nur bei Videos auf, die mit dem iPhone 16 gemacht wurden. Bei Videos die mit dem iPhone 14 gemacht wurden gibt es keine probleme. Egal wo ich es probiere. Sowohl auf dem iPad Pro als auch auf dem iPhone 16 pro kommt immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung.Sämtliche Software ist auf aktuellem Stand.was nun? Bei Google finde ich keine Hilfe! 

HiOve the last 2 years or so, I've taken a photo of a certain scene from the same spot every couple of days. I've got about 400 photos.Can I create a timelapse in Rush where each photo displays for a certain duration (not sure what, somewhere between 3-5 sec maybe) then the next pic displays for the same duration,  repeated about 400 times until all 400 images are cycled thru.Then repeat or stop, not sure at this stage. Ideally, I'm looking for some workflow whereby I can select all in order (oldest to most recent) and apply the above settings 🙂 rather than repeating something 400+ times 😞I'd like quality to be sufficient for posting to YouTube.Thanks

So I had to delete Rush from my other Android phone to be able to install 2.11.0.14.  The version I have for the desktop is 2.10.0 build 30.Is there no update for that yet? Thanks for the help.

The Adobe Company in my eyes is the gold standard for video editing, photo editing type software, and I've been using their desktop software for many many years and you're telling me that the best that this company can do for a mobile editing app is what we get with Rush??? It's been said before that if you wanna make your company better, then listen to your unhappy customers so I hope you take that advice. I hope you listen. If I were the manager over this app, I would get my team in shape and create something extraordinary. What has happened Adobe? I don't even know how they're keeping up. I have edited hundreds of videos for content creation and probably 25 maybe even 50% of those I've had issues with Premiere Rush and somehow I keep going back to it hoping that Adobe has fixed all the issues since it is the "gold standard." Using the phone app is nice for short form content because it saves you the trouble of transferring your files back and forth with a computerbut the app is missing some very basic audio EQ and Reverb effects

My app is constantly crashing just started today when i need it the most

I’m having trouble exporting the videos—when I click export (regardless of the quality), I get an error message. Also, the project isn’t saving to my cloud drive.

i've been using rush for a few years now.  just today i cannot export my project and i'm being forced to upgrade.  is there any way around this?  have i exceeded my cloud limit?  have i exceeded my free number of projects?  why am i now seeing "Buy Premier Rush at adobe.com today." with "dismiss" or "buy at adobe.com" buttons? i know they want me to purchase, that's obvious, but why now?  and why no expiration message BEFORE i started my project?  macbook pro 14" 2023 

HI,  I am looking for some assistance with Adobe Premiere Rush. I recently purchased a new Laptop running windows 11 (I'll put the spec's at the bottom) and every time I attempt to locate or add video content into a project in Adobe Rush it causes the program to crash. I was able to create a video using pictures that I could upload into Rush and then add in animations but then when I exported said video and then started a new project trying to upload that video I had just created it still caused the program to crash when selecting that video.  I have tried a few different things: - Different User on the PC- Updated PC, and verified all drivers (including Nvidia drivers) were up to date - Went into graphics settings and changed the graphics settings to select Nvidia GPU for Rush instead of allowing Windows to select when it wants to run  I use this for editing client videos for work content so I could really use some assistance with this solution,

In January I exported a video using 1080p High Quality 24fps settings. Today, I reexported that same video (I only rearranged some shots) and exported it with the same settings as before (1080p High Quality 24fps).Somehow, today's export is rough and pixelated. Is this a known issue or is there a new compression setting that I should change somewhere? Thanks! 

Hi, kwhen I try to edit my draft the app doesn't show me the fragments of my videos, it only shows the ! symbol and a red screen, I'm afraid that I lost all my job. What can I do to recover these files?   Mod note: The title was changed slightly.

I'm trying to edit training video's on my phone, but the footage won't load. I uploaded it a while ago through my phone. Some video's did load back. The first image of the videos still show on the app, so the footage should be still in adobe somewhere. I didn't change locations of the videofiles. Can somebody help?

I was happy to see a beta being pushed to my phone.  I am glad they are not putting RUSH on the shelf. Now I wait for the desktop version.

Hello! I'm currently in the editing process of making a short film using Premiere Rush on my iPad. I've been storing clips on the Apple Photos app, and everything has been going smoothly so far except that I've found that some clips refuse to be added to the project. Nothing appears to be wrong with them, they play well in the Photos app and even play well in the preview screen before tapping the "add" icon. Everything has been recorded on the same camera, and the clips that don't work all come from different sessions. The only other thing I can think of is some of the broken clips use a higher resolution, but then again some of them don't and some of my other clips of the same higher resolution work perfectly. It's also not an issue with the project itself, I've tried creating a brand new project from scratch only using these broken clips and they still won't appear on the timeline. I could do reshoots, but I don't want to go through the hassle if there's a reasonable solution to this

PLEEEEEASE add an option to change save location and allow file name change on export. I want to be able to export directly to the Files app and not default to the camera roll. Would also like the option to rename the file to something else other than the default export name for every file like "1080p_Match_Framerate". This is definitely long overdue. 

I can't share my project because Rush tells me I have used premium features, specifically advanced audio settings. I have investigated every clip and they're all set to basic. I substituted  basic (free) title for one identified as premium. 

Hello, I don't know why but today I prepared a video which I was able to download easily. Then I think I clicked somewhere and added something which is now showing me (in the app) that I added some pro features. I tried to erase everything like every editing. The only one that stayed was cropping the video. Can someone help me and tell me how can I download it?I really need it. Thank you. Best regards,Zlati
