Hey! My video with the green screen ain't coming out in good quality on Rush! When I use another editor app my video comes out good quality. I want to use Rush cause it gives me more freedom than the other apps and it's easy to use than the other apps. Help!?

I tried downloading my video I worked hours to make and it still doesn't download to my photos

Adobe Rush continues to crash in a large projects.Making work ability very difficult and time-consuming.Sometimes it will crash, and all these all audio on project after hours have been dedicated.Possible issue with latest iOS update.Picture of completed project ready for export, but after final crash, Adobe lost all audio on clips.If I reload the clips, they reload with no audio.If I start a new project though the audio, but then I can't copy and paste my personal commentary. 

Hi, I know that Rush is being discontinued so I don't have much hope, but does anyone have any way of getting projects to export? Whenever I try to export a project (either by clicking "Share", going File > Share, or using the Ctrl+E keyboard shortcut), Premiere Rush freezes and will not respond. I end up having to quit it in Task Manager. I've had this problem for a few weeks now, but it would eventually start working after a few quits and restarts - now, no joy at all. I just want to get my finished projects out so I can move to a software that actually works and is supported! Thanks in advance.

Hey does anyone know why the premiere rush is not synchronized with your other devices ? Even though it's the same account and you restarted everything several times ?

This was bad timing as this was the best app to use for evidence in a stalking case, I can still use it just can't keep the work I've done from it.

Okay, here's the freaking thing. I'm mad because Rush is only importing the audio from the VIDEOS i'm importing in. I tried a lot of things, I even downloaded Pro, but nothing worked. I even checked, and the videos I was trying to import, definetly are more than just audio. So, thank you SO much for wasting so much of my time. However, if you have any suggestions on how to fix the problem, I'm all ears and will accept it with open arms.

I'm trying to add simple VO tracks to intro's on some gaming clips. So far I've recorded nothing more than 30s long. However, from time to time, I'm getting dropouts in the audio track. My VO is there, I can "see" the audio in the VO clip in the timeline- but I'm getting silence on playback. Any thoughts? 

The app is constantly bugging out. I see there's a new premiere version for iPhone. But android still in development?? Wth is that. I pay over $120 NZD/month for all apps to work and you drop an iPhone version at a separate time to android that's cooked. Do we get a refund/discount since part of the app package is no longer functional for android?

Buongiorno a tutti, Premier Rush non mi fa più aprire e lavorare i files, prima ancora che selezioni un file mi dice che manca il codec. I files posso importarli ma non vedo nulla e sento solo l'audio

Hello,Forgive my frustration but I have been searching and searching for at least six hours, and cannot find a solution of any kind fo a question/situation that seems to be a very common pain point for Rush users but yet it seems there is no clear solution that is possible to find. I am upgrading my computer. I will be using Rush on the new computer.I have projects saved locally on my OLD computer in Rush, I do not and have never cloud syncled them (I understand that feature was phased out anyway?)I want to move/copy my Rush projects from the OLD computer, to the NEW computer. Does anyone have any insight as to how I can do this? There are some other posts referencing flat file locations where some "database" is supposed to be - for example the "Managed Media" which is empty, and the "appdata/roaming/adobe/team projects local hub" but the files there total less than 8kb which can't possibly be what I need. The chat agent (once I finally was able to get a session with one

For some reason my Adobe Rush is duplicating my audio automatically and merging it. I don't know why this is happening, but it's taking me twice as long to fix it cause I have to re-upload the video and start from scratch. if anyone has any explanations, I would love to know what that is. thank you

This program has crashed on me four times while I'm editing video for a job. Sometimes it lengthens clips that should not be lengthened. Sometimes it's shortens clips that should not be shortened. it crashes and deletes the video that I just edited for the last 15 minutes. I go back and redo it and it crashes again. It's moving transitions, where they should not be moved, and it's duplicating, audio and merging audio. Please advise. Also, I was logged in to Adobe automatically, and then logged out automatically. Please address thank you.

I am at my wits end. I have spent so long working on a video for a client using premiere rush and not it's refusing to export. I have done all of the things... I have signed out, I have reinstalled it, I have tried saving it locally, saving it onto on a hard drive, saving it as different settings, clearing the cache, and nothing. Absolutely nothing is working and I need to deliver this video TODAY. Please someone give me an idea of what to do before I lose my mind!!! 

I need this feature cause im editing only in android phone. And I wish adobe premiere pro mobile version could release on android soon

With Rush shutting down, the Updated Premiere does not have a wide arrangements of lower thirds or transitions. Has it been removed or am i missing something, i am working on a project and i need to add titles and name placards and Premiere does not have it! Please help!!!

My edit screen for Premiere Rush on my laptop is not the same as tutorials from Adobe or on YouTube. Therefore I cannot figure out how to add text. When I click on the blue + tab 4 choices, check out my screenshot, come up on mine instead of the 3 that is on all the others I see. Also, all the titles when I click on graphics come up on the left on mine and on the others they're on the right. Can someone tell me why this is plz.   

I receive an error message, "Unsuported File Type" when trying to upload videos through Rush. Photos upload fine....but this is a VIDEO editor that won't upload videos to edit!!!! Anyone else having this issue. It only started happening the last few months.

Hi, I just got the new IPhone 16 and I started filming 4k videos or cinematic videos. Once I upload them to Premiere Rush it shows Media import error. It says unsupported media type. 1 of 1 media could not be imported.   Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.   Thanks
