Hi,I have created an project in rush on a IPad Pro 2018. Then tried to render it. It won’t render. I’ve synced it so I can open it in premiere pro. But it won’t open. The icon just goes grayish and premiere does not continue. Left it over night because I read it could take some time. Nothing happened. Can you please advise on what to d?

Been an Adobe user for nearly 40 years, I remember the days of big boxes with multiple discs in!! I am pretty expert in Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator to name a few. But have just today started to use Premier Rush Desktop for a Social Media video project and man! I am absolutely stumped with Rush and how it is the least intuitive software of Adobe Cloud. I have a video in a 1080 x 1080 box brought into Rush. It's a video of a flower opening and whilst that video runs I want 8 titles or bullet points to list on the screen to the side of the flower. Firstly, I can add a title from the Assets and rename what I want to appear as bullet one. I can add a second title and retype over to create another bullet which is positioned on screen underneath bullet 1. That's where the first problem arises, any attempt to add another title bullet adds the title to the left of the last bullet in the timeline, so it can only run when the previous one finishes. I cannot move that

Hi,Can anyone advice me regarding the drop in the audio after each slice part of the audio track? Do you guys have this issue?  I am quite unfamilar about audio production. I use a SHURE mic and it works well, but when i slice the audio in a single track i notice there is a huge drop (muffled) voice at the begining of the slice. This is troubleshome as the audio when listened as a single track after edit it ends up having multiple audio drops at the start of each slice. I'm not sure if i can place the sliced tracks ontop of each other along the 3 audio tracks. Would  that help? But then wouldn't it be better to have less of this issue even if we had them sliced up in a single track. There should be a need to move each slice of the track up and down. Thanks in advance.

Hi,   I observed that whenever a video project is completed in Rush (without render) and if i choose to rename the folder on the HD where the  original videos are located, Rush suddenly assumes the videos in the prohect is lost and and at the edit page all the video i edited i shown in a red exclamation ! marks. I encountered this several times. Luckily i have not redered the files yet, but just did the edits and kept them on Rush program. The reason for this is since all my footage are on 4K i assume it will take a long time to render. But this "suprise" of lost files merely due to a renaming of the folder i absolutley troublesome. I had to re-pull my videos and do all the edits again from my HD. Can you Rush be programmed to keep videos intact even if orignal localtion of the videos are renamed? Please advice.

Hello. I worked on my working PC and never got this issue there with the same mp3 source files. After setting up Premier Rush on home laptop I received such problem: When I import mp3 file from my SSD-folder into the Rush video timeline (via Media Browser) it get all corrupted, namely the first 1-2 seconds of the record get looped hundreds times into the length of the full original audio. Outside Rush the audio track is completely ok. This happens not with all audio tracks I import, but selectively. And it seems to be a random error (sometimes another track imports okay, sometimes corrupted). Especially if I import several tracks into one timeline.My Adobe Rush program's version: 2.0.0Laptops graphical card: Nvidia geforce gtx 1650 TiThe rest of system info is attached. 

I'm creating an athletic highlight video.  At the start of the frame, I'd like to circle the athlete.  Can someone help?

when I open the home page of adobe premiere rush my previously created projects do not appear. I've already searched through all the folders on my PC, but I can't find anything. can someone help me. I would like to see my previously made projects again. Thank you in advance!

I can't add and additional audio or video content need help

As with many Xperia users, I bought my phone for the camera capabilities for photo and video. Particularly the PRO-1 users   Rush Premiere support for the mark ii was rolled out in April 2021, but no moves have been made to support marks iii and iv.  I've had my 5iii for over a year now and no support has been rolled out.   When will the app be available to Xperia users? Surely this should simply predicate that a certain version of Android is on the phone. Why is the model proving to be an obstruction?

I would like to report a problem. I'm recording my videos with 30 FPS and editing with the same frame, but when I'm exporting, the video doesn't flow, it doesn't seem good. There's some problem with the exporting, even if I save the video correctly.

Premiere rush, after rendering the video on the phone, renders the video much paler than it was on the original fragments.what's the problem and how can I fix that? version 2.5 (1128)

I am continually amazed that this is the only app that I pay for and it underperforms every other app that I have.  It would be worth the money if I could use it.  How can it possibly crash so many times?  How can you not address the bugs?  How do you stay in business?  How are you not exhausted answering the same questions over and over?  I'm near worn out with it...

Are music and sound effects cleared for commercial use when edited in Rush?

I just installed Premium Rush on my Mac Studio, with the Apple M2 chip. I then installed the iOS  version on my iPhone, started a project on the phone by adding several short videos from my camera roll, closed the app and opened it on the Mac. On the home screen, the project I started on the phone was present, but when I selected it to edit, all of the component videos and frames came out as red blocks with a "!".  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I have a full adobe cc subscription but anytime I try to use overlays or anything in premier rush I keep getting asked to pay monthly for the features. Am I misunderstanding my subscription? Or is this not supposed to happen? Any help will be greatly appreciated, Jay Osei

Please, please, please add partial blur to Rush.  This is BADLY needed. 

Hey,Am trying to relocate assets such as Rush audio sound effects, any ideas?when I click to relocate for the missing audio asset, clicking audio folder will simply only offer internal storage audio, so the audio from the rush audio library is not an option ?If projects could self contain that would be ideal.

My premier rush account will load and open to the home page. But when I click on one of my video files, it takes me to a blank black screen and will not load. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, checked my storage, duplicated the videos, turned on sync, turned off sync......nothing is working! Please help, I have over 50 videos I cannot access because they will not open or load.   Windows 10 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 16.0 GB RAMOS is 19044.3208 

Hello, I'm using Adobe Rush on iPad and I simply want to move and reorder some video clips.  However when I highlight and drag over another video, the lower video does not move along and the highlighted video essesntially 'overwrites/reduces the length' of the lower clip.  I've seem many examples onlines where people move their clips and the associated timeline under moves up to accomadate the clip being moved. Any ideas?  I've got a project with 50 odd clips I need to move and its tiresome moving them to a different layer and having to shunt everything else along.  Thanks for any assistance you can give.

Video clip only plays audio, screen is blank in Rush. Transferred the clip to my older phone and Rush works properly. Reloaded Rush, same result.

I edited a video in iMovie - and imported in Rush, but I cant see it. The screen turns red - see attached file. Why?
