Our office has chosen NOT to upgrade to Windows-11. Will future releases of Adobe Acrobat Pro be able to continue to run (properly!) on Windows-10?

I cannot send a document for e signatures. When I enter the email address is shows authentication failed. I originally had the same email address under a work Adobe account and that was closed out on 10/24/25 and then I opened a personal/individual account with the same email address on 10/27/25. I did not have this issue when it was under the work account. I think there is an issue on the back end. I checked and I am logged in correctly. 

When I close a PDF (saved to my hard drive not cloud), pop-up box asks if I want to save. Sometimes the answer is no. However, recently it is saving anyways and screwing up my document. This happened previously and there was a fix for it online, now I can't find it.Does someone know what it is or can Adobe FIX IT!!!!

Each time I try to insert a photo into a page, it causes the program to bog down, run slowly, and sometimes stop working.   Even after waiting a long time, you cannot easily move or manipulate the inserted image. I have tried this on multiple files, multiple sessions, and have tried repairing the installation.     

A lot of us present decks in Acrobat, paging through PDFs exported from InDesign. It would be great to have more robust presentation tools in Acrobat. For example, I share my Adobe Acrobat screen from our Teams or Zoom meeting (on a Mac). I'd love to be able to add presenter notes to each PDF page, that only I (presenter) can see when shared, plus a preview of the next page of the document. This would be a game-changer!

A week ago I printed everything just fine. But now, after a MacOS update, the "Poster" option is greyed out. When I checked to see if "Print as Image" was checked, it's also greyed out and says "Only Print As Image is Supported on MacOS14 Beta". What can I do? I need to print these patterns asap. 

Hello all, I am trying to add a math formula to a Fillable pdf and I am running into some issues. I have taken a formula from excel and need it to work inside of this pdf with no luck. I've got this portion of the formula to work: G29*((G30-G28)/(G30-G31)) I need this equation taken to the power of 0.54. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

I have a legacy Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 License for home, and a Pro DC subscription for work.I wanted to use a signature that I use for work, so I made the mistake of logging out my home license and logging in my work license. Big mistake. When I tried to go back to my 2015 verision I couldn't since it made changes and now required a subscription. I uninstalled and reinstalled so I could get back the 2015 version. After 7 days - it is now saying my "trial is over"- but when I put in the serial number again, it doesn't activate. I bought this version from Adobe, it is on my products page- but Adobe can't "find" the license. Has anyone had a similar expreience and fixed it?

After selecting redactions and pressing the apply button a small grey windows with a blue spinning circle appears indefininately.   If I click on the window it makes the standard windows error noise. I have found pressing escape goes back to allowing redactions to be selected but they have not applied.   I have restarted, reinstalled and repaired the application and the issue persists.   I have replicated this fault across two different machines, with different users.   I last used this feature successfully around 2 months ago.    

I have a number of PDF forms created in Adobe Acrobat that have a required drop down list.Originally I had been adding a blank option to the top of the lists (by hitting the space bar in the Item Name and leaving the Export Value empty), so that the form displays blank when opened.However, we had a series of forms submitted (using Adobe Reader and a "Submit a Form" button - the built-in one that comes with Acrobat not a custom javascript button) that some of the required dropdown lists have been left blank.I then realized that because the "blank" option in the dropdown is not technically "null" or empty but a space that the Submit a Form button is not catching it as being empty and allows the form to be submitted.1) Adobe: Why is there not a true "add a blank" option to the dropdown list properties that passes a "null" value so the Submit a Form button form works properly???2) Since there isn't such an option, how do I keep the forms from being submitted when the dropdowns are left bla

I get the following error: "Unable to Import the Action 'xxx'.  The file is either invalid or corrupt. -The file is a .sequ so I know its valid.-It is living on my local drive, not cloud based.-I know its not corrupt. Any ideas how to fix this? 

Hi.I was filling in a form pdf, its nearly finished and one of the lines needs my "signature".I inserted one using the "insert of draw a signature" function (mines a different language so I'm translating it the best I can), but then I reaslied a typo in previous response.But then I realised after "signing" the whole pdf it "locks" and I can't edit anything, and now I have to do the whole form all over again. Why would you have this stupid design? I searched all over the web and all I get is electronic signatures, which doesn't apply to my case.

I have Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Version: 18.9.20044.I'm trying to edit an existing PDF file, but I'm not able to write numbers at the beginning of any field.Adobe Acrobat Reader flips it to the end of the sentence.Ex:If I'm writing an address like this: 9999 Test Street, CA. it put the numbers to the end of the text as below:Test Street, CA 9999.Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have a fillable form that requires signatures. During testing with my signature, I found that the signature will not "sit inside" of the text box, but falls behind it....behavior reminds me of layers with signature layer need to be "brought to front."I have tried both signature inputs as a Text Input field and a Signature Input field and the results are the same.See screenshots. The first one is where I want to place my signature, the second is what happens when I try to do that.Help!

I have Adobe Acrobat DC professional version, i am facing a challenge with numbers while i am editing a PDF. Whenever I entered a number it types into Arabic font / version, strange part is on that computer all my setting is in English keyboard (US International). How can i fix this issue.Please advise.Ali

I am using the latest enterprise multi-language Reader installer and making a few changes in the registry via the customization wizard. The Reader multi-language package installs fine, and everything works as expected. However, when I install Adobe Acrobat afterward, the registry key changes that were applied to Adobe Reader are now applied to Adobe Acrobat. I am not uninstalling Reader before installing Acrobat since Acrobat uninstalls Reader. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Converting pdf files to anu microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint or JPG doesnot work 

Every time I download a PDF from Microsoft Edge version 141.0.3537.99, the PDF automatically opens in Adobe Acrobat after downloading.I would like the PDF NOT to open automatically in Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Edge when it is complet downloaded.I want the PDF only to be saved under 'Downloaded Files' so that I can manually open it when needed. How do I fix it?

I have a licenced, full cost version of Acrobat Standard XI which I want to install on a replacement laptop.  I have deactivated the old version on the old laptop and installed on the new one. It's saying it won't activate because there are too many licences already active. But this is not the case.I have gone around and around with Adobe support online who eventually suggested posting on this forum.Anyone have any bright ideas?

I have the full adobe suite through work and i cannot send a document for signing to my manager. It say's its not working right now but there are no outages reported. 

Need help for FigJam Compression for larger file types for client presentations. Files can be too large and need to compress down to keep clarity and to not have a file over 25mb for email size.

The pop-up message "Turn almost every file into PDF" keeps coming on every Adobe Acrobat lounch and file opening. There is no "don't show this" button available so I wait every time when opening document for that message to appear so I can close it. Please help how can I remove the message.
