How do I opt out of sharing my usage information with Adobe Acrobat?During install it defaulted and was not an option to decline. However, it said, "you can opt out after the install by going to..."

Hello Adobe Community, I’m encountering an issue with interactive form fields in a PDF document. When I try to fill out the form using Adobe Acrobat, some fields don’t respond as expected. They appear to be active but aren’t allowing me to input text or select options. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Reopening the document Updating Adobe Acrobat to the latest version Checking the form settings (everything seems correct) Has anyone else experienced this issue? Hi there, we've made a great web form with Adobe Acrobat that anyone can fill in and signed copies go to the right person to file it but how do we know that the entries coming in are real and not bots? Sometimes the time between Viewing the form and Signing the form is zero which is suspiscious. Is there secure bot detecting tech on Adobe webforms? And if not, when are they introducing this?

I used Acrobat to add pdfs to a file (the project was designed by a vendor, so I don't have access to the original InDesign). When viewing on my computer, the hyperlinks are underlined, as I chose them to be. When I upload to our website, the links are there, but the lines are not. When the original file is open on my computer:  And when viewed online: https://www.estuarypartnership.org/sites/default/files/2025-10/LCEP-2025%20Year%20In%20Review.pdf. Note that if you click "Sunnyside Elementary School" on page 2 or any of the other links, the link opens. But no one will know there are any links to click without the underline. Can anyone help troubleshoot this? 

I am working in Acrobat XI. I'm up to about 70 fields and have plenty to go. Suddenly I cannot drag a field to change its order in the field pane. I click, hold and drag, and can see the little dotted line move, but when I unclick the field remains stuck. All of the fields appear to be locked against dragging.I could find nothing in the discussions on this problem and would appreciate any help. Thank you.EDIT: I should add - I do have "sort manually" checked under the Tab Order dropdown.

Why is the Acrobat add-in for office unable to create a PDF file?   Every MS Word file I try to convert fails., even simple ones.   Microsoft's own print to PDF handles it fine.Adobe is supposed to be the market leader in PDF.  Why can it not handle basic tasks?  What are customers paying for?

I have a PDF that is fillable and we use it to print report coversheets for our clients.  I would like to create either an Adobe Form or MS Forms to get the information for this to be passed to the PDF and then the print it.  The information is Year of a return, Type of Return, Name, Street Address and City, State and Zip.  My question is how do I take the information from an input form/screen and put it into the pdf to print it.  I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro on a subscription.  HELP!

I have a landscape table where the Accessibility tags panel has the Table, TR, TH, and TD tags set correctly, but when I open the Tag Editor to add the scope to the headers it's not displaying correctly. How can I add the scope to this table?  

With the latest unfortunante update to Adobe Acrobat's request e-signatures tool, I am finding that after I send a document for signatures, inlcuding a CC, and it gets signed, I receive no notification that it has been completed. In the last multiple updates, Everyone involved in the document (sender, signers, CC) would get an email, similar to the one sent to signers, stating the document was completed and including it as an attachment. My formula:"sub total" * .0825 Error saying "Invalid Number "sub total"Basically needing to take the number I type into the "sub total" field and multiply it so that its  just automated and takes out a step when filling out the PDF.What do I need fix or input into the formula to make this work?

My workplace just updated to Creative Cloud and I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard. Previously, on the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat, I was able to insert text on top of a PDF file without editting any existing elements on the PDF. How do I do this in the Creative Cloud version of Adobe?When I use [Edit a PDF > Add Content > Text] I am able to insert text, but I am also able to edit all existing text in the PDF. I'm using controlled documents that are not allowed to be changed, they can only be added onto, and I need to be sure I don't accidentally move/delete any part of the controlled document. Basically, I want to add text as if I am writing onto a printed PDF document, because if I can't figure this out then I will have to do that anyway.

I need to print the entire list of just bookmarks so I can check them against the document. I want to be able write edits on the paper printout, not add comments on the screen.

Hey everyone So some of my client are having an issue where Adobe Acrobat crashes or doesn't open when attempting to open pdf's in general, either from outlook, or file explorer.So I have to either uninstall and reinstall, or restart the entire pc. Is this issue occuring with anyone else? If so, has anyone found a potential fix?  My current temporary fix is to open pdf's via the Chrome extension, although it doesn's seem to print properly from there. But some users are still experiencing issues when opening pdf's Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi,We are experiencing a problem with Adobe shared PDF reviews.  Some of the reviewers are reporting to me that the reviews are not loading.  This includes both the PDF and the sidebar of tools.  All the reviewers are within the same org, and also within the same network.  For some they load fine and others they do not load. Example: As originator I can access the reviews without problem.  As the sidebar tools are not loading, they are also unable to open the link in the local desktop app.I cannot see any reported issues currently on the Document cloud.  The shared reviews are uploaded under EU link paths. What might the problem be?  Or is there a problem with the cloud service currently?  This issue has occured since yesterday (13th and 14th October). ThanksJulian  

Hi everyone, After updating to macOS Tahoe 26.0.1 on my MacBook Pro (M4 chip), I noticed a major visibility problems when I recently received a PDF file. Certain beige or light background sections and text disappear completely when the file is viewed in Preview or Chrome. The missing areas only appear if I drag a selection box over them. I've tried to print the file to PDF as I've read this could help but no luck. I have read this problem has been talked about since March. Is there a fix?

About a week ago my Adobe Acrobat v25.1 just stopped opening on my Macbook Pro (MacOS Sequio v15.6.1). I have tried unistalling, reinstalling from Creative Cloud. I also tried doing the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and it's steps to delete things from Applications, Libraries, Preferences. Nothing seems to fix it. I keep getting the below error: 

I am using a Windows 11 device and I am attempting to use the request signature feature on Adobe Acrobat. The request gets stuck at 72% and will never finish. I have attempted to use the Adobe uninstall tool and follow some forum recommendations, but this did not help. I have fully reinstalled Windows on my device and installed Adobe Acrobat with a fresh installer from the website. Acrobat is fully updated. Requesting signatures on the web version works fine, but the same document will become stuck on the desktop version. Can I please receive help to fix this issue?

I’m using the PDF Services API in a larger AWS-based workflow and I’ve already hit the 500-document monthly limit. I reached out to sales but haven’t heard back yet. Is there any way to increase my quota or upgrade access directly?Appreciate any help you can offer, Joseph

I have in this account a company profile wicha has a PRO subscription, but when I use de Adobe app it seems it has any subscription at all, it offers me to start a free trial even though I´m logged in the desktop app with my acount
