Hi, Within some PDF documents, I can't see the QR code and it gives me the following error message: "Insufficient data for an image." I can click on learn more, and it'll show me a few steps I can take to try to resolve the issue, but none of these steps seem to help. (update Adobe, change a few settings etc.) If I open the same file on Adobe Acrobat (non-pro version), it works fine and I can see the QR code. But with Adobe Acrobat Pro, I can't see the QR code. The only difference I can find where the QR code does show, is the file size, but the difference is very small; 35KB~ Please advise/assist. Kind regards,Peter

Adobe updates the list of EUTL certificates regularly, but Adobe Acrobat does not sync with that list automatically.You need to force sync manually for the Adobe Acrobat EUTL list to update.It's a bug that Adobe must solve, since theoretically it should automatically synchronize if more than 14 days have passed since the last synchronization, but it is something it doesn't do.Tested on multiple computers, it only syncs manually, never automatically.If you do not update, checking for signatures issued with that certificate fails with a validation error.And certificate is on EUTL since July, 24 (this year 2024), but internal EUTL list in Adobe Reader never update, unless we update EUTL manually or install Adobe Acrobat again (in the new installation it seems to perform a synchronization) Thanks

The PDF file is not opening when I have another file open in Adobe Acrobat DC.

 As you can see, I try to sign trough the option sign in / sing out. I dont use the right Sign in because it dont bring anyting.  Then it appears the next message: Initializing registration, wait 1 minute I didnt get the activation part, but I can use the application, in my case I dont close but everyhing I trying to use sing on is not possible. What can I do for fix it the online option?

How do I disable opening bookmarks in Adobe PDF when the file is uploaded?

Years ago (pre acrobat being in cloud), the convert webpage to PDF did a great job at copying the webpage with its formatting, including showing images.  Now it is really poor and won't show photos.Microsoft Print to PDF is MUCH BETTER.Attached are two files to show the difference.Can anyone suggest how to get Acrobat Pro, convert webpage to PDF function to perform a much better, more true replication of the webpage?  Thanks.

I am trying to populate some table cells after the user selects a month from a JavaScript drop-down list and enters a year in a text box.For some reason the form is not working. As an example when I select a month, nothing happens. Similarly when I enter a year.For the month dropdown list, the user needs to select a month from a drop down list.For the year text field, the user needs to enter a year in the text field.The year entered in the text box should populate the year (column 2) in the table. My old purchased acrobat would print an 11x17 original on 11x17 paper. The subscription acrobat prints the same with a boarder.  The advanced meny shows a 1" boarder but it is grayed out and can't be changed.I can use crop and cut off the boarder. It will print properly then but this is cumbersome for multiple sheet prints.  How do I kill the auto boarder?

I installed OS Sonoma on my Imac earlier this week, and, aside from the annoying CapsLock Indicator that I had to disable, everything seems to be working fine, except that whenever I print a pdf, and I print a lot of pdfs in my job, Distiller opens up first.  The documents print, but I've never seen this happen before.  Is this just the new normal, or is there a setting I can change to prevent it?

[Image with S/N removed]   Hello, unfortunately after reinstalling I cannot use the license I purchased two years ago (Acrobat Pro 2020).- I logged in on one computer and deactivated Adobe. Unfortunately, that didn't make any difference.- I no longer have access to two older computers on which the license was activated (scrapped and stolen). What can I do now? I have a PDF document where the last page sometimes has only a small piece of content. Most of the page is empty, so when I print it, it wastes paper.I want to scale down the whole PDF slightly, so that the small content from the last page moves up onto earlier pages. Then I can remove the last page completely, since it will be empty.I don’t want to delete or hide any content — just shrink everything a little so it fits better.Is there any feature in Adobe Acrobat Pro that can solve this

I have created a pdf file and I'd like to have a field with sequential numbers. For instance, if I open my pdf now and it has number 1 in the field, 'd like to have number 2 in the field the next time that I open the file, and so on...

Hi all -- I'm trying to "digitize" a handwritten notebook. My client wants a digitally searchable PDF but would prefer to see their own handwriting. OCR does not work. I am happy to transcribe the handwriting and append it to the PDF. My next step is to try the workaround outlined here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/is-it-possible-to-manually-add-invisible-ocr-text/td-p/10366341) but wanted to know if there are any newer solutions that might be more streamlined. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yesterday while using fill and sign to edit PDF files, Acrobat started freezing and coming up with an error box giving me the option to send the error report.  I did this but each time I tried to use the fill and sign feature the same thing would happen. It's still happening this morning.  I have a lot of documents that I need to fill in using this feature in order to send them back and without being able to do this is causing some very impatient people.   Is anyone able to assist with this error??  TIA
