Hello, I want to know is there are a way to disable the option of see all the pdf that I have open in the task bar I mean istead of see this:Just see one (the last that i have open): But still having the other pdf files open and inside the program choose the pdf that I want using the top bar. Is there a way to do this?

Acrobat 11 on  a Windows 11 Enterprise PC stopped working, AGSService got stuck running.So I reinstalled Acrobat 11.0 WIN ESD D from the official licensing page.It took the activation key during installation.But when running it closes after a few seconds, not sure if due to a crash or something else. Any idea?

Hello, I have a user who experiences this error when she tries to share any PDF via Acrobat’s email function.There is nothing abnormal about her permissions in the admin console, and she gets this error on almost every single PDF she tries to send, so it’s not a permissions issue related to the individual file. We ran an Adobe repair and rebooted her PC. Under Security (Enhanced) “Enable Protected Mode at startup” is unchecked.These are all suggestions online we tried that did not work. Her version of Adobe is the same as the rest of the userbase yet she (and one other person) is experiencing this. 26.002.21901Any other suggestions on how to resolve? Much appreciated.

I have a user attempting to merge multiple documents in Adobe Pro, she gets an error saying “You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your IT admin for more details.". If she makes multiple attempts, eventually it does allow her to do the merge. What do I need to check? App version is 2026.001.21662

This is a lie: I have given the program the permissions it requires and almost any time I try to open a PDF when the program is already running, I get this message. If I quit Acrobat and then open the file, it will usually open it (not every time but most of the time). I am attaching screenshots of my permissions on my Mac (MacBook Pro, 2023, Apple M2 Max, 64 gb RAM running Sequoia v15.5).Never had this problem before and this is a new computer (to me—just bought less than a month ago).

I keep trying to use the preflight to make my PDF compliant with the PDF A standards.  It keeps giving me the error message saying thedocument contains an embedded file entry.  I tried sanitizing the document which did not work.  

How do I remove a stored signature? Although I have used the stored image of my signature, most of the documents I sign for the organization I work for I just type in my name.I removed my stored signature image from it's previously used file location on my computer. Today I signed a document and suddenly the image of my signature pops into the field. It's never automatically filled in the signature field, if I wanted to use it I had to go get it.I have not intentionally stored the image of my signature anywhere in Adobe Acrobat, Reader or Cloud nor can I find it in any of those apps. I will no longer be working with this organization soon and don't want my signature available for anyone else to use. Thank you,Kelley C

Users working on PDF file, suddenly we will receive the error popup, and we are not able to do anything. We need to fully end the session and reconnect.It is causing major issue in our scenario, because user will work on big file say 500 to 1000 page, while working suddenly error popups and they need to rework from the first. Kindly help us to resolve this issue.The PDF is running in azure virtual machine, all users have adobe acrobat pro license, they work the file in network drive.  

Hello, I’m reporting what looks like a Mac Acrobat Pro rendering bug affecting fillable PDF forms (IRS forms such as Form 5472 / 1120).  Problem Previously filled form fields (text already entered days/months ago) suddenly started displaying incorrectly in Acrobat on Mac:  broken/strange character spacing distorted text appearance inside form fields text looks scattered or stretched in some fields   Important observations (why this looks like an Acrobat display/render bug)  Mac Quick Look shows the same PDF correctly Print Preview shows the same PDF correctly Another PDF viewer app also shows the text correctly Only Acrobat on Mac displays the form field text incorrectly on screen  This strongly suggests:  PDF data is intact form data is intact print output is intact issue is Acrobat’s on-screen rendering of form field text   Environment / Repro context  Tested on 2 different MacBook Pros Tested with 2 different Adobe accounts Same issue on both machines/accounts

When preparing a Form-Fillable PDF I have forms with multiple Radio buttons as well as text boxes in a row. If you copy and paste these get duplicated in the same grouping. Is there a faster way to make duplicates of like radio buttons or fillable text boxes that you do not have to edit the Group name on individually? For example I have 20 questions on a page that are all Yes/No radio button answer options. I want to have 20 groupings of 2 item radio buttons of Yes and No options for each grouping.

I have a fillable pdf form I e-mail to clients. Depending on several variables I need to fill out some of the blank spaces they intentionally leave blank after they save and send the form back to me.Once sent back to me I am unable to then add data to those blank spaces and am unable to change data in some spaces they completed. 

[For the "did you search?" trolls, yes I've searched for answers and I have gotten nothing even close to what I'm searching for.  I'm at work and can't spend precious time searching more and this flaw is killing my productivity thereby impacting my ability to support my students.] I am going MAD with Acrobat moving the window and resizing the window every time I open a different PDF file.  I have my APP windows in certain places so I can see multiple things and transition between them quickly and efficiently.  BUT, every time I open a new PDF file for another student, for unknown, illogical, maddening reasons Adobe keeps moving the window to another location and resizing it. No other apps do this.  I have temporarily found a workaround for the resizing by setting the default to open @ 100%, but what I would REALLY like is for it to let me set the window size and location then when I open PDFs it opens them right where I set it instead of it deciding t

Hello friends, I would like to distribute Adobe Reader DC via Workspace One and in order to do that I have to get the installer to start in the silent mode.I have tried several commands like /s, /?, /help, /sAll, /qn, /quiet.... etc. and all of them just start the .Exe normally. I also found an Msi file but that one just has the 32 Bit Version.So my question is, how do I start the .exe silently? Anyone could help me there?

How do I tell acrobat to remember the window size?  I am running Acrobat Pro version 2021.001.20149. Mac High Sierra. Example: open pdf. Resize window. close pdf. open pdf. I have to resize window again. 

Hello,  In both Adobe Pro and Adobe reader we use stamps in order to create an area where staff can sign a document\add a date and any additional comments. Users are able to paste the stamp, but when they try to place there signautre on the stamp, it goes to the layer behind the stamp. I've been unable to find a way bring the signature to the front. I figued flattening would resolve this, but it does notthing.  

Hello,  I am setting up a MacBook Pro. I have a Creative Cloud subscription which includes Adobe Acrobat Pro. Based upon the research that I have done online, I believe that Distiller should be somewhere within the Acrobat Pro app. If anyone knows how I can open Distiller please provide very specific instructions (screen shots would be appreciated). I need to convert a postscript into a pdf. Thanks.

 I posted this question but tried to edit the title which meant I had write the question all over again. I changed to a new computer. Installed Acrobat but and deactivated my old copy I received message that the serial number was already in use and I must deactivate it (which I had already done)So trying again, can someone reactivate my copy of Acrobat please.  Martin Briscoemartin@mbriscoe.me.uk          

Hi Folks,sorry, I posted this concern before but without any results. That’s why I'm trying again since I need Acrobat and diminishes my workflow and, after all, paying for it. This happens for about the last half year.Here is a description again:Acrobat stalls when starting a job - stops completely - clicking on anything makes it gray out -(program not responding) difficulty to even close it (gray window - program not responding - closing?)After a repair, it is responsive/fast for a day / a session ... then same problem againHere is what I did:applied Acrobat cleaner tool, uninstalled also with Revo and removed all traces, reinstalled from online source (as suggested previously), unchecked “Protected Mode” in enhanced security (as some suggested) … works fine for a day, then reoccures.Everything in this system is top notch and works fine, always updated, Intel i9, 32GB Ram, all SSD, GForce RTX 4070 Help Please!!

Hello everyone, I’d like to ask a question:When I open PDFs using Adobe Acrobat, I’ve noticed that signatures created with DocuSign have become invisible. However, these signatures are visible when opening the same files in browsers like Chrome or Edge. This issue occurs regardless of whether the PDF was sent by a colleague or downloaded and opened locally. The problem only started happening after I switched to a new computer (I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC via the Microsoft Store).When opening these PDFs, an error message appears: "An error exist on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem."Thanks for your help.

I am experiencing different behaviour with a standard PDF dropdown field when using Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows and Android.The dropdown is configured as follows:• Standard PDF choice/dropdown field• Combo option enabled• “Allow user to enter custom text” disabled• No JavaScript• Predefined values arranged alphabetically from “A - Alpha” to “Z - Zulu”Steps to reproduce:1.
