Have been trying to submit a document I received via https://secure.echosign.com/public/hostedForm?formid=xx Upon submission, I am getting an error: Error message: Unhandled Error: 250622071037399.webapp-prod-a-4 I cleared caches/cookies, tried incognito mode, I checked on both Chrome/Firefox, Safari, and even tried on Mobile. No luck, same error!! Very frustrating!!

Hi,I'm generating a Hebrew-language PDF using iText 7 with the PDF Calligraph (Free Trial) module.The PDF displays correctly in Adobe Acrobat Pro — the text is shown RTL as expected, and copy-pasting the text outputs it in the correct logical order.However, when I use the "Compare Files" tool in Acrobat Pro to compare it with an older Hebrew PDF, the Hebrew text from the new file appears reversed (left-to-right) only during the comparison view.Even though:The PDF itself is valid (shows correctly)The language and RTL direction are set (e.g., he-IL)"Compare Text Only" is enabledThe comparison engine seems to render the new Hebrew text character-by-character in reverse order.I tried the following:Disabling/enabling the new Acrobat UI ("New Experience")Enabling "Compare Text Only"📌 Acrobat Pro version: 25.1.20531.0 (fully up to date)Is this a known issue with RTL languages in Compare mode?Is there a way to force logical RTL rendering for text during comparison?Thank you!

On both my main Mac (a 2023 Mac mini with Apple M2 Pro chip) and my just purchased MB Air, I'm running Mac OS Sequoia 15.5. I've been running Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 v. 2020.005.30774 on my main Mac. However it also says "2020 Release (Classic)" but I thought Classic was for Intel Macs with Rosetta. I don't understand any of that. 😉 LOL For consistency, I'm trying to install the same Acrobat on my travel mac, my new MB Air, but I get directed to a version of Acrobat 2020 that asks me to install Rosetta which my Mac doesn't like. Would appreciate help. Which download to use? Which plan should I have? Thank you.

I always use the feature fill and sign to simply fill out a document, why am I getting a post here when trying to fill it out??

I'm not quite sure what to call it, but I'm using the highlight tool for the first time & every time I highlight the text, a little palette appears with a colours selection thing & a bin, just below where I've highlighted & covers up the next thing I want to highlight! A total pain. I mean, I get why it might be useful to have this nearby, but can I move it, the way I can move (or switch off) the coordinates box in Photoshop? If not, that needs to be added in.

Hi all, My user is facing a weird issue. The "Get Started" window always appears when she opens the Acrobat Pro.Also, the "Get Started" window will appear when she saves the PDF or opens a new tab in Acrobat Pro.I tried to reinstall the Acrobat, but it still appeared.Is there anyone who can tell me how I can solve this issue?

Hi! I had a free trial subscription to Acrobat Pro, and I canceled it on the same day it ended. At the same time, Adobe tried to charge my bank account 23.79 euros, but I didn’t have enough funds. My question is: do I still need to make that payment, even though I didn’t use the app afterwards? The transaction still appears in my banking app, and they’re asking me to deposit the correct amount of money to complete the payment.

I'm the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administrator at my comany (having recently switched over from Citrix).  I have a location where users are must use the Fiori side of SAP for their work.  When generating .PDF Files which they need to save, the users click the save button and the Fiori session freezes and a save dialog is never presented.  We use the Edge browser.  We've done several things to troubleshoot this.  We set Edge to always download the files, which fixed the issue for about an hour then the lockups started happening again.  In Acrobat Reader, we've tried changing the registry key AcroPDF.PDF.1 Edit Flags and also turning off Enhanced Security features and we still have the issue.  I have one more thing I'm going to try with them (set Acrobat Reader is default app and add the Adobe Acrobat Extension for Edge).  I was hoping someone else may have seen something similar and be able to help me with suggestions.  My thanks in advanc

At least once a week my starred files and recently opened files list is cleared without me asking it to be cleared. Today I opened Acrobat Pro DC to start work and the files were there then they just vanished. I use the same base files every day, and it is starting to get annoying to have to go back and set up my starred files again for easy access. My recent files list is set to 100 so I'm not sure why they keep disappearing. Is there a setting somewhere that clears the list automatically that I can turn off? Or if I get logged out does it clear my starred files? Thank you for suggestions!

 I am a writer and artist in the genre of horror and Science Fiction comics and was hoping to be able to use the AI assistant to get things like quick outlines and synopsis of scripts that I receive from other writers in acrobat format. as I have noted I work in the genre of horror and science fiction both of which contain action scenes and R-rated film level violence at times. your guidelines make a product that I paid money for completely unusable and I need a refund or a way around those.  it's ridiculous that you would offer tools like this but then hamstring their use with these prudish ridiculous user guidelines. what point will it end? at what point will Adobe start trying to say that if we use an adobe product to edit our content that content has to fall Within adobe's  user guidelines? heaven forbid someone need to edit a horror film using premiere... or art for a horror comic using Photoshop. where does this end or is there a way around this ridiculous constrai

When I open a pdf attachment and then save, it adds AcroBrwEx(filename).tmp.tmp.pdf.  How do I stop this and just save filename.pdf? This

Do you have any tips for installing it on Windows 11? Greetings,I had to sign some legal documents the other day. They had to be verified by a notary. Since I'm currently living at an SNF and have no car, too ill at the moment to travel to the attorney's office. So They use peroof.com an online video conference where at the other end is a Notary Public whoo's company proof.com has a registered digital signature that should be in a way attached to each document I signed, and there were several and when these PDFs are open in Adobe any user looking at them can find out inside Adobe if they were digitally signed. The problem being so far at least for whatever reason Adobe doesn't automatically recognize proof.com's digital signature. Every one of those documents opened in Adobe at the top in a blue strip reads: At least one signature has problems. There's a way to take proof.com's trusted certificate and add it to the first one of two IdenTrust Global Common Root CA 1 into Adobe repeat steps 6 - 9 and add the second  IdenTrust

I keep having the "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Adobe Acrobat DC" when the file is not open.  I have to completely close adobe to be able to delete/rename/move the file in question.  It's been happening more often lately.  I save the files to my creative cloud folder if that makes a difference.  Thank you

Several of our users are unable to highlight .pdf documents using Adobe Acrobat DC in various colors.  They've given up and are now highlighting their documents by hand!  Please help.  Thanks.
