Upgraded an iMac 21.5-inch Late 2013 Intel Core i5 from MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave to 10.15.7 Catalina, then attempted to undate Adobe Acrobat under my Adobe Creative Cloud panel only to get an update failure at about 46% progress.  Tried multiple times, and on a clean user login, to no avail. The used the unistall feature to remove the existing Acrobat version to try a clean install, but same results on the install, and now I have no Acrobat at all. Have searched the posts, but very few Macintosh posts and none that are recent.

GOOD MORNING, I INSTALLED THE LATEST VERSION OF ACROBAT PRO (PURCHASED) ON WINDOWS 11 PRO (UPDATED). WHEN I TRY TO WRITE ON A PDF WITH 'WRITE TEXT', AFTER 3/4 CHARACTERS THE PROGRAM STOPS AND MAY RESTART AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES. THIS ISSUE IS OLD AND I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT MY SYSTEM IS FRESHLY INSTALLED. HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS?

Hi, Color conversions made via Convert Color tool introduces "additional" JPEG compression artefacts. It seems that Convert Color re-compresses JPEG files at a low quality setting. If the original image contains some amount of JPEG artefacts due to prior low quality compression, the result gets worse. Can we set this compression to "maximum quality" to reduce artefacts to a minimum? Thanks and regards, - Refik Telhan  

Adobe Pro (individual not enterprise)Trying to send bulk esign. Have searched  the support page and found numerous examples of people having this problem but no solution that works for me. I am able to send an individual esign but need to send about 40 so would be very tedious to send individually. I have disabled firewall, disabled all extensions and tried in Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Anyone have other suggestions 

Hello all,We're currently digitizing our new hire process. I've created a fillable I-9 form for new hires to fill out on iPads and is almost done, but as you all probably know, the digital signature boxes don't work or show on adobe mobile. How can I force a signature on adobe mobile without having to hand hold and tell them where to put their signature with fill and sign. I've though about having required checkboxes next to the signature like, but that's a bit funky, especially on government docs. Thanks!

Hello, I updated my Acrobat to the latest version at the same time as my colleagues, however it seems that my Acrobat does not have the same features. I have uninstalled, restarted my PC, re-installed, restarted my PC several times - the version I am using is 25.001.20435.0 As you can see from the below screenshot, I do not have the "Share" button or "AI Assistant" in the main menu bar. I also don't have the option to "send for comments" unless I send through a server or as an attachment via email. I really need the ability to create a shareable link to send to my clients and colleagues for commenting. Please advise.  

This is probably really basic but Ive been teaching myself Java script via Google and YouTube. I'm learning a lot but I hit a wall. I have a section of a pdf with 36 rows and several columns. (Only 4 columns matter here). The student enters each course (title) they completed in column 1. They enter how many units the course was in another column. I'm a third column is a checkbox they select only if the course was a history course. In a fourth column is a checkbox they only select if the course is a math course: I need three totals beneath the list of courses. Total History units, total math units and total of all units including those not either history or math. .afding just the the history  or math units based on the if a certain checkbox was selected in each row is  what's stumping me. Can someone point me in the right direction?

In Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (32-bit), clicking Fill & Sign crashes the program. I've tried reparing and reinstalling, no luck.

Problem started yesterday 5/22. I am able to export an InDesign file to Interactive PDF. However, when saving PDF again as a Reader extended PDF with commenting and Measuring capabilities, the program stops responding entirely or takes a REALLY long time to finish. Is there anything I should be trying to do differently? I noticed in one file it will say "consolidating duplicate page." When I googled it, it appears this, it supposedly is taking out duplicate elements. I saw other posts here talking about fonts. I do have interactive elements in the PDF to help users navigate back to the table of contents. I don't want to have to wait 10 minutes for a file to finish saving to move on with my day. My ideal solution would be to export from InDesign directly into a reader extended pdf with these capabilities. Sidenote: I understand there are other capabilities for clients to review through InDesign directly. However, I ran into an issue with a user that had an Adobe account in the past

Using Acrobat Pro CC (2017.009.20058) for Windows; I'm behind on Acrobat updates due to another issue.I created a meeting announcement form for my client with the idea that she could open the PDF file in Reader, fill in the details, and print it each month. Three of the fields are multi-line. The one that's two lines long works fine. The four-line and the 10-12 line fields do not. The fields in question are have Rich Text Formatting enabled.The problem is there's a huge space above the first line of text, and the field won't allow more than two lines to be entered. (No character limit is set.) After much searching, I found a reference to Control-e, where there is a vertical alignment setting. This can't be set in form design mode, but I was able to set it while in Form preview mode. Clicking the top-alignment icon didn't seem to do anything, though. To get the first line of text where it needed to be, I had to set the Spacing Above to -16 for the four-line field and to -68 for the long

I have a Text field that is combining multiple text fields to 1. I would like to know if its possible to have variable email as one front while the remaining be another font. I have been running Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional 8.3.1 on my Windows Vista T60p IBM ThinkPad (yes! it still works perfectly!) for ~15 years.  I'm finally biting the bullet and moving to a souped-up P-1 ThinkPad (now Lenovo) running Windows 11.  Though I have my original installation files and my activation code, I cannot use them ... because the online activation no longer works!  Nor does the telephone activation. So, I'm betting there must be some registry key somewhere that regulates this, but I don't know what it is!  I'm not doing anything other than trying to keep running the software I paid for as I migrate to a new environment, but Adobe has no intereset in helping me do that, since I'm not giving them any new money - which doesn't sound like a great customer-retention policy in the long run. If anyone has figured out a way to accomplish this, I would really appreciate the help.  I've already checked into "alternatives", but the problem i

I use Acrobat X, have for years.  Suddenly I get a pop-up when I start using a PDF that says I have too many computers using the same account.  I do not.  I have checked my laptop, and no other systems I own uses Acrobat X.  How do I correct this?

This is regarding file size issue. I am trying to add some annotation to my pdf through a Adobe plugin. But it has a weird behavior. When i add the annotation for the first time to a document, the file size increases by 10kb(obviously) .but all the subsequent addition of annotation to that file leads to size increase of 30kb per addition. Does anyone know why this happens and possibly how Adobe handles annotations in a pdf?

Easy way to change pdf document page size from US Letter to A4

I sent one version of a PDF out for comments to one person. now, every version of that PDF I open, (including ones before the version I sent for comments and ones that have been renamed) asks me if I would like to merge comments. How do I get this to turn off? I am unable to "sign in" to the Adobe Pro 2020 on my desktop, and if I sign into the web version it says I've never sent any documents for comment. Is there anything I can do to unlink this PDF from the one version that I sent for comments? Commenting is done. I just need a "clean" version to work from without the Merge comments constantly popping up. (the PDF in question is security locked and I do not have the password, if that makes any difference. Even versions where I used a cracking program to "unlock" the paper to be editable are trying to merge.
