Today, the same thing happened as it did last week. I went to open a document I was working on today (a book) and yesterday, and both disappeared as I was reopening them. I didn't do anything different. And just like last week, I was saving everything multiple times. When I asked for assistance last week, someone from their IT tried to get full access to everything on my laptop to fix the problem. I wouldn't allow this and asked them to walk me through it step by step. 15 minutes passed, and the person was still hassling me to give access through constant prompting. Right at the end, when he wrote that the matter needed to be escalated, my book appeared again. It just came from nowhere, just as it disappeared. Something is wrong with Adobe, or someone in their company is hacking my work. I pay for a subscription, and this isn't fulfilling the requirements I'm paying for.Because this is the second time this has happened, I would like to report a breach and escalate this matter to be inv

I have a 10 page pdf that I want to convert to a jpg but keep it as one document.  It always separates the document into 10 separate jpg documents. Is there a way around this?  I only got this program so I could do this. Thanks....

Ich nutze seit kurzem den Acrobat Pro 2020 und habe folgendes Problem:Wenn ich eine Datei speichern möchte, wähle ich "speichern unter", suche dann den entsprechenden Ordner und speichere die Datei. Möchte ich dann weitere Dateien im gleichen Ordner speichern, wurde mir in einer Vorversion der vorherige Speicherort (Ordner) angeboten, jetzt sehe ich immer nur den Ort, von dem aus die Datei geöffnet wurde und ich muss mich jedes mal wieder zum Zielordner durchklicken. Kann ich diese Einstellung ändern und wenn ja, wie?(Ich hoffe, ich habe es verständlich erklärt, bisher habe ich nirgendwo auch nur den kleinsten Hinweis auf eine mögliche Lösung gefunden...). Vielen Dank schon mal!

 I am currently experiencing an issue with a toolbar that occasionally shows up when i use file explorer on Windows 11. most often i see this toolbar when i log in after locking the computer or it sits long enough to log out by itself. the toolbar is non-functional and clicking the different buttons does nothing. the only thing i can do is right click on it which pulls up the menu shown above. when opening a new file explorer window, the new window does not have the toolbar. please help me know how to remove this completely. 

For years I had a version of Adobe Acrobat 9.0 (that I paid for) that I ran on my Windows machine and worked pretty well to modify PDF documents.  Well the geniuses at Adobe got me the other day.  Somehow I managed to agree to an update and now the program is GONE and I no longer have the ability to edit PDF documents. Every time I try I am pay-walled.  Totally sucks.  And on top of that, I now have worthless McAfee on the machine.  Thanks Adobe! I am going to try to reinstall it but if I can't, there is no way this Darth Vadar of a company will ever get one cent out of me forever.   Edit: Found the installation disk and am back up and running with my old-school stand-alone desktop version that doesn't require a subscription.  Ha ha.

After updating MacOS to Sequoia 15.4.1, I'm having some issues with Adobe Acrobat (as it appears many others are as well). I'm using the Acrobat continuous release version.  My main issue is that the "Share" function in Acrobat is no longer available. When I click on the "Share" button, I get this empty pop-up window:An error message also pops up indicating that there is a problem. I've seen many mentions of these types of errors online, but haven't yet been able to resolve the issue on my end. I've restarted Acrobat, checked for and installed the most recent Acrobat updates. Still not working.... Has anyone found a resolution for this yet?

In Adobe XI after I place a stamp on a document I want to add a text box with a reference number, then move that text box inside the stamp.  Currently when I do this the text goes behind the stamp.  Even if I go into edit photos and text and select bring to front for that text box.  Please help.

My pdf files will not print.  When I choose print, although my Epson printer is the default, the Adobe printer dialog box always opens up with "Microsoft Print to PDF".  When I change to my default printer, it doesnʻt do anything and changes back to print to pdf.  All other types of documents print on my printer, just not the saved pdfʻs.  I tried printing a pdf while on the browser, Microsoft edge, and the pdfʻs print!I am using a paid monthly version of Adobe

I have a form that has data entry field called SW (setup as required, number to 1 decimal point) then results field (SW6, view, number to 1 decimal point) simplified field notation 45/SW, the form does the calculation but i get the error "the value entered does not match the format of the fieldSW field will only have possible entry of 1 thru 8In the same form I have another data entry field AW (setup as required, number to 1 decimal point), then another results field (AW6) which does a simplified field notation AW*45, which does not get the error.I've tried various things like removing required, or view, does not make a difference.  Not sure what to do.  Why does it work in one spot and not the other?

I am having trouble combining files in Acrobat. When attempting to combine files, Acrobat freezes up and says not responding. I have tried the steps found when using a google search such as checking for updates and repairing the installation. I have tried to reinstall Adobe 2020 and it still freezes everytime I try to merge files.

Every time I open a pdf document in MS Edge, it's zoomed out too far to read, wasting screen space on the sides.  I have to change the zoom to "page width" every time.  How can I adjust the default zoom level?  (note: I'm not talking about the default zoom level for all of Edge, only for pdf documents)

Need some assistance editing an incorrect email using the Adobe Sign tool in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I have the latest Adobe Acrobat Pro installed on my Windows machine. 

I have just bought a new printer a Epson ET8550, driver v13.26 (should be the newest).I use a macbook pro with Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93).My adobe pro version is updated yesterday. The problem is that my PDF files are printed with too thick lines. The text looks like it's bold when it's supposed to be regular.The same PDF file prints out just fine with my Canon Pixma ix6850, but that printer is too expencive when it comes to ink. I tried to print a document from Safari, and there the text and lines was how it's supposed to be. I've been googeling for days, watched a lot of youtube videos, asked in the Epson printer group on fb, but I just can't figure out what the problem is.  It's nothing wrong with the file, and the printer works fine from Safari, so somewhere between acrobat pro and the printer there is a problem.  Please anyone, do you have any idea how I can fix this? Thank you very much.

I would like to create a pdf  with audio files. After I have inserted a mp3 file and try to play it, a pop up menu appears in which it says that I should install the flash player. However, this has not been supported for some time. what can or must I do to play my audio files?  many thanks in advance.

I was using Acrobat to create fillable forms. Its a breeze with it and great options. I have successfully create a few forms for our HR group. I was creating yet another one ( in prepare form) and about to add an action to a button when I noticed that the "execute menu item" choices dialogue box was empty. It was populated last week and not is empty. Is there anyway I can repair or troubleshoot it so the choices are populated again?ThanksMH

Since converting our individual licenses for Acrobat Pro to a team account I am no longer able to locate the settings/signature preferences that allow us to force recipients to use the "Draw" signature option to handwrite their signature.  Is there a way to force the "Draw" signature option in an Acrobat Pro team account?  

I have a signed document, but Adobe indicates that the byterange is invalid. This is because the document has a structural error, which Adobe fixes in memory, causing the byterange to not match. I had the same problem in a previous document, and it was due to missing spaces in the Xref lines, but in this case, I haven't been able to find the problem.Any recommendations on what it could be, or what tool I could use to analyze it that would be more specific about the error, since I've tried Acrobat and QPDF without success

Ok I have a fdf file that has a pdf template that should be pulled from the pdf file hosted on our website. Problem I am having is when I open the fdf file it opens adobe then opens microsoft edge then just redownloads another copy of the fdf file that Iam trying to open. Here is the top portion of the fdf code. I'm seeking assistance creating a custom label which includes autmatically filling in that days Julian Date (L5106 for example) and then a separate field which contains an expeiration date 420 days from that day. I've used the below script in previous labels for the expiration date, but have never calculated a Julian date.
