Bonjour,Sur le site ADOBE mon compte client est en français, mais lors du téléchargerment, mon logiciel ADOBE ACROBAT PRO s'est mis en anglais.Je suis allée dans les paramètres de language, il est marqué "choose at application startup".Je ne sais plus quoi faire, pouvez vous m'aider?Je vous remercie d'avance.

I filled out a document where adobe automatically detected the fields and allowed me to enter text on my phone. The boxes were too small for all of the text. I can't seem to change the text size to make it fit. I can change the text size on a text field that I create. I can edit the text I had inputed into the autodetected fields (and add more text to different fields on my computer). But I can't change the font or size or color (or anything) for the text in the automatically detected fields.

Hi   With JavaScript, is there a way to detect whether the user is using the new Acrobat interface or the old one?Context: I'd like to detect the interface for adding a menu item, i.e. in the Edit (or File) menu if it's the old interface, or in the Hamburger menu (which has been renamed AV2::HamburgerMenu) if it's the new one.   Also, what's the best way to detect whether it's the Mac or Windows version? app.platform or other?Because this menu change doesn't concern the Mac version.   Thank you

I have an error with the Certificate signature window in Adobe Acrobat. The “Signature validity is Unknown”. When I opened “Signature Properties” the “Signer Info,” said “Errors were building the path from the signer’s certificate to an issuer certificate. Revocation checking was not performed.” then I proceeded to click on “Show Signer’s Certificate…” the error message is shown on the bottom window “The selected certificate has errors: Invalid policy constraint”. How can I fix this problem so my signature is valid and recognized?

Within the last week or so, I suddenly can't print adobe docs.  When I select print, a dialogue box appears saying cannot print, then upon hitting ok, another box appears saying could not print because 'there were no pages selected to print".  I have tried everything and even did system restore.  I have made no changes or have done anything that would explain why suddenly I am having this problem. I want to be able to print, but it would also be nice to know what caused this.

I post comments in my doc and then when I go to look at the content of my comments, all I can see are the last few words of the comment. I can't zoom or scroll to see the entire comment content. What on earth is going on?! I know the content is there because if i "copy text" and paste it into Word, the entire comment is there. There must be a setting that needs to change so that the entire comment content displays...?

Hello,I'm new to all this but i'm trying to display user entered data in a ceratin format but in 1 RichText field.I have a text Field (Field1) which you can enter a price eg 1.99But i want to be able to display this in Field3 (RichText) but depending on Field 2 it would add £ or p.So Field2 Contains '£' Vaule pound and 'p' value pence. If pound it would be at front and if pence at end.However i need the Field3 to display the above in different font Sizes. The symbol would be 1 size and price a different, but linked in Field 3 so it can be centered no matter what price is entered.Really hope that makes sense. Sorry not the best at wording things.Any help or pointers would be great, i', not even sure if it can be done.Please see attached example of required out come

I create PDF's for my agency. I then forward the PDF to the team to use. Most times the document is fillable without issue by the team. A random team member will fill in the form and send it back to us. When we print it off, the typed information the team member inputted is typed 2 times on top of itself creating a blur. Why does this only happen to some and how can I fix this?

Hello all, My team is hoping to make a fillable PDF that can be filled twice; once by the initial user, who then saves their version, and again by a second user, who adds to the first user's version. We have made fillable PDFs that can be edited by an initial user -- using the Prepare Form tool on Adobe Acrobat -- but are having trouble keeping fillable fields intact for a second user. Check box fields and radio dials are lost after the first save. How do we keep the same fillable entries, so that the second user does not have to manually enter text boxes, and signature spaces?  Attached are examples from a patient packet which we are hoping to digitize, as they are currently printed and filled out by hand. You will see that Version A, which the patient fills out, is blank with fillable entries intact. Version B, however, does not leave the fillable entries open, which presents difficulties for the clinician hoping to complete the remainer of the forms. Thank y

Olá pessoal, boa tarde Eu estou com um problema ao utilizar o menu de comprovação. Eu preciso dele para poder converter meus PDFs para X1a, mas na primeira vez em que cliquei, apareceu que estava instalando a ferramenta. Depois de instalar e reiniciar o software, me deparei com essa tela:Ao clicar em Instalar agora eu fui redirecionado para uma tela 404 da Adobe, então não tive alternativa a não ser tentar novamente, e deu tudo certo aparentemente. Mas ao iniciar a tela de comprovação, ela deu erro ao carregar as predefinições de usuário, e não aparece nada, fica tudo em branco, como indica o print:Eu não sei como resolver isso, já desistalei, reinstalei, desinstalei e limpei com o limpador do Acrobat, deletei as preferências nas pastas e no registro manualmente, e nada funcionou. Estou sem opções, preciso de ajuda 🥺

The Acrobat Pro DC seems cannot split window vertically. In reading Journal Manuscript, we want to shift between pages of Figures and text. The 'split windows' is very efficient. However, the Acrobat Pro DC just split window horizontally. It is inefficient for reading. Is there some options to split window vertically?

Recently my Adobe Pro started all of a sudden giving me a huge cursor. Additionally, when I try to highlight a word or sentence, the highlighter highlights a massive section rather than the small word I want. I have run the repair tool, signed in and out, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried to save as a new document with a diff name. Still the problem remains. here is a pic of what happens.  

"Attempt to call a method that has not been implemented" is the error message i get when trying to open a PDF on a PC

I open a PDF and I want to sign it and these saved signatures are stuck in an infinite loop and I have no way to add or remove them. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat and the issue persists. I am om macOS 15.How can I solve this issue? Thanks.

Hi.I have created a PDF fillable form with a submit to email button. I have followed the instructions carefully, I have used the mailto: correct. The error message I receive says " An error occured while sending mail. If you are not sure how to proceed further, you can save your form and return it manually". Please help!!

In many cases, the app freezes during the "Preparing document for reading" process, making it practically unusable for our team.As a result, most of us have stopped using Acrobat altogether. We now rely on Foxit Reader or even Microsoft Edge, which both handle the same files much more efficiently. On many occasions, we've even used online PDF merger tools simply to combine files — just to avoid the sluggish performance in Acrobat.Given that Adobe Acrobat is an industry standard and a paid tool, we expected better performance and usability. Saludos, he adquirido hace un par de semanas la suscripción para el AI Assistant de Acrobat, pero estoy teniendo problema con un archivo que fue el motivo por el cual adquirir dicha suscripción. Cuando estoy analizando el archivo me dice que "This file isn't currently supported. Please try a different file". El archivo pesa menos de 25 mb y tiene 435 paginas, tenia entendido que podia usar esa herramienta incluso hasta con 10 archivos simultáneos que tengan un peso no mayor de 100 mb y que contengan menos de 600 páginas. No entiendo por qué estoy teniendo este problema, o es qué realmente no puedo utilizarlo ya que en si la herramienta solo funciona con una cantidad de páginas inferior a las 435 ?

Is it possible to pin the floating toolbar in the newest Adobe Acrobat? The enormous free space on the top of the program (to the right of the undo/redo buttons)is where I used to keep all my favorite tool for commenting and redlining documents.A well used area that is there anyways - not floating on top of what I am reviewing. I would also take a pinned vertical toolbar over the floating-on-top "solution" Everything in one place.Not like now, that some is on the top left, some at the top right, some at the bottom right. 

Did you find a fix for this by chance? My player controls won't show even after I select to show all controls.  

Hello, I have a iMAC and and HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M282nw printer.   Recently I tried a 7 day free trial for additional Adobe capabilities.  I subsequently cancelled.   Later, when I try to print something, only a small part of the document prints and the rest of the page is blank.  Sometimes, it prints a small part of the document then a second page comes out wiht the full page printed.  All other applications print fine.Anyone know what causes this and how to fix?Thank you.

Good Morning!Let me preface this with up until last week i know nothing about Adobe and JavaScript. I have a script running in my form to calulate an estimated cost based on all the selections inside the form.The end user wants to be able to override incase of an abnormal variable. So I have a mouse up action on the field to clear the Calculation and they can manually enter an amount. What I want is to be able to use the form reset button to add the script back. So there are two options but i cant make either work.Option 1:Use the .setAction to acdd the code back hoever it is a very long string of code and im honestly not very good at this. this.getField("Expected Cost").setAction("Calculate","SCRIPT");How do I enter an entire string of code in that "SCRIPT" section Option 2:I have a hidden text box in the form that retains the Calculation Script.When you press the reset button i need a script that will copy the Calulcation Script from "Hidden Cost" to "Expecte
