My organisation has an Adobe Pro subscription. Some users are getting an error when using the function ‘request for signature', including myself, and I am the administrator on the Adobe console. The subscription is a 3-year one which started in 2024. I have tried some of the solutions offered in the replies to similar problems, but it's still not resolved. Please assist.  

prev i studied for my mid term exams using the adobe student space, now as my semester exams are near i tried using it againbut now when i try to upload pdfs into the space, it is showing something went wrong!! i tried closing the webapp, and tried it many times it is showing the same result...

Hi - I own Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional.  My laptop crashed and requires complete re-install (windows 10). Where can I find the link to download Adobe Pro 8.0 ?  All links provided in this community seem to not work any more...All assistance is kindly appreciated to guide me to the right direction.Many thanksT

Hi all. I'm trying to sign a document on behalf of a colleague. When I upload their signature via "FILL AND SIGN YOURSELF" as a .jpg or .png I get "This image file is corrupt" in a red box. In attempting to do this I've now removed my own signature, and when I re-up that file, I get the same message. So it is clearly not the image files. Tried rebooting the computer (MacBook Pro) and I have also tried moving the files to my desktop... no dice. What is going on here please?!

Everytime In “Organize Page”, it keeps auto scrolling or JUMPING back to the First Page. I’ve done multiple work arounds or fixtures and even UPDATES. I have multiple User(s) affected in our area.

With this product registered through serial numbers, the devices that have it active are not visible. Besides, you talk to support and they tell you that they do not know that the email has active plans. What's going on? Is it no longer possible to see the devices that have the license activated? Are there no alternatives?

Whenever I export a PDF from Apple Keynote and try to compress it using Acrobat (Mac), the program freezes or crashes during the compression process. This happens with multiple files, regardless of size or settings. I’m now forced to use free tools like iLovePDF just to get the job done, even though I pay for Adobe. Please look into this compatibility issue between Keynote-exported PDFs and Acrobat’s compression feature.

Zdravim, resim problem s podepisovanim dokumentu v Adobe Pro. Certifikat pro podpis vydan Postsignum. Operacni system MAC OS, pocitac deskotp Mac MINI. V klicence naisntalovan certifikat a vsude je jako "duveryhodny". Postupoval jsem dle navodu Adobe a pri vyberu podpisu, naslednem kliknuti na podepsani pri ukladani dokumentu hodi hlasku: Pri podepsiovani se vykytla chyba. Opravneni vyprane pro podepsani neni platne. Viz obr., a dokuemnt se nepodepise. Ten stejny certifikat mam nainstalovany na Mac Book Air a tam vse funguje. Nevite nekdo, kde by mohl byt problem s nastavenim? Dekuji, P.

I have a user on Acrobat Continuous release version 2026.001.21563 64 bit.  Recently they noticed under the share button, share as email attachment is no longer available.If they click on Outlook as the share option, it opens new Outlook message with Adobe links automatically.  If they choose email, still no option.I checked under Preferences and Email accounts.  Neither check box is checked to force use a link.Couldn’t find any related issues that weren’t over 3 years old.Thank you

I recently updated my macOS, and I lost my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher application. Originally, I created an account and ordered the product through my university's email, which I no longer have access to since I graduated a few years ago. I am trying to re-download my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher application and need the serial number from my order. Is there any way to retrieve the serial number or get the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher application reinstalled in a different way? Thanks,

I have a multi page PDF filled with lots of JavaScript actions and calculations for various fields.  Somewhere in my code I must have a setFocus() to a field that is getting executed unexpectedly.  My PDF document will jump to a single page unexpectedly after several different Button Fields run their code.I have used advanced search to try to find instances of setFocus() in my JavaScript but it shows 0 instances.  Any suggestions???   WES 

Despite I have a subsctiption to Acrobat Studio, and an enterprise account to Creative Cloud Pro, it seems I cannot download Acrobat Pro on my computer. This seems pretty weird. I get access to Acrobat from my CC subscription, I can see that I have a Acrobat Studio too, but when I try to get to the apps, it does not allow me to get access to Acrobat Pro. I really need to work on it so I would like to understand how to download the Pro version and not the standard version

Hello Community, I am currently using Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017. My old computer's hard drive was about to fail, so I followed the official instructions to sign out from my Adobe account on that device. After replacing the hard drive and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017, I encountered an error message saying that my serial number is already in use on another computer. However, I have only ever used this serial number on this computer and no other devices. I need assistance to resolve this activation issue and regain access to my product.

I have a subscription to Adobe Acrobat on a Mac.  I'm trying to submit an IRS form via the "Submit Form" button at the bottom of their form.  When I click on the button nothing happens. Do I need to change anything in preferences to make this work?

Hello! Recently we have had a user encounter an error when using Adobe Acrobat Pro that states the following: Cannot find or create the font ‘Helvetica’. Some characters may not display or print correctly. I have manually ensured that this user has all Helvetica-related fonts installed on their device, and verified that other users are not having this issue when opening this document, so i’m unsure what else to do.  I have also repaired and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated. 

Why I can't open the file in WhatsApp?It's show : there is no printer connected to your account, please add one .I had setting the adobe acrobat as default but still cannot ? Please help ? How to solve it? Thanks 

Hi Community, Over the last month or so my Adobe Professional print keeps resetting the print preferences back to default. This can happen many times a day, even in the middle of printing. Specifically the defaut page size, which I set to A4 (based in Australia). I can print one or two files to PDF, then next minute the thrid job has printed to Letter.  Is anyone else experiencing this and found a fix?Our IT department cannot find a fix.

 How does Adobe keep getting away with their expensive products not doing what they’re supposed to? Exasperation is a common experience when using Adobe products, but simple edits in Acrobat is in a class by itself. By the way, shouldn’t a PDF doc saved from Acrobat, open up in InDesign?  “Learn More” ...someone has a dark sense of humor.   I saw no “in-app feedback form for submitting feedback”, does it even exist? For all the good it would do, anyway? Since it did not materialize for me, consider this post more of that beloved feedback.  -JW
