dynamic zoom cannot be turned off once you turn it on.one might assume that once you activate the function, just click it again from the menu to deactivate it.how do you turn it off? i was struggling to get a page zoomed to how i wanted it to read a document and now it stays on and i cannot use the mouse scroll wheel to scroll down a page for reading.dynamic zoom just stays on. clicking it again in the menu does not deactivate it.does anybody know how to turn it off? can it be turned off?

I've followed the instructions on other posts and videos, but have had no success in getting my correct name (Kitty Norton) to come up on e-signature documents I am sending out. Instead it comes up with my old screen name, Kittastrophy Prone.I have:Logged into my Adobe Account, the profile name is correct in both Profile Name and Account NameLogged into Adobe Acrobat Sign, then clicked on my name in the upper right corner, then clicked on Manage Account, from there I've tried Account and security in the menu at the top of the page - all instances of my name are correct. And I've also tried Edit Profile from the right side menu, all instances of my name there are correct also. I can not find any instance of the incorrect name anywhere that is appearing in the e-signature documents I'm sending. Hace unos días intentaba editar un PDF y al no tener el Acrobar comprado busqué realizar las modificaciones con paginas online; entre esas paginas encontré la oficial de adobe y pude cumplir uno de los cometidos (dividir un PDF), pero los demás (unficiar los archivos y editar texto) no los pude llevar a cabo ya que aparecía un cartel de "No se puede procesar su solicitud. Contacte con servicio de asistencia al cliente".Desconozco el porque de ésto, ya que son herramientas que se encuentran supuestament gratuitas y de manera online. Despues de dicho cartel, la primer opcion (dividir el PDF) tampoco se pudo volver a utilizar. Agradecería la ayuda o consejo de alguien, ya que son herramientas súper útiles y si bien sé que muchas otras no stán disponibles, las que sínlo estan ya son bastante relevantes. Muchas gracías!

We have 5 Acrobat Professional 11 licenses, but we had them on computers that had to be formatted and others were damaged. How can we recover the licenses? Our licenses were TLP 5.0 Educational and perpetual.  

Hi, attached pdf form was sent to me by my bank.I filled it out on a computer, then printed it by printer dialogue, signed it by hand, scanned it and sent the scan by email back to my bank.The receiver said the form only can be read correctly by him, if I print the document by the "print" button embedded in the document itself (top left corner)I tried various pdf readers, some showed me 4 embedded buttons at the top of the pdf page (Foxit, if I remember corretly), some only one, and some (Brave browser) displayed that the document needs Acrobat Reader 8 or higher, although the Acrobat plugin for chrome is up to date.Acrobat reader is also up to date (ver. 24.005.20414), in each program tht's able to display the document, be it with 4 or only 1embedded form buttons, none ofthe buttons do anything when clicked.I haven't any printers installed, but at least a printer dialoge should pop up, no? (to export the filled document as a new pdf would be my plan, then print this pdf in my office)I

Can a large file containing 3 pages per document use selected text from the document to apply as a password when splitting?

Há algum tempo venho enfrentando um problema no meu Acrobat. Quando uso qualquer ferramenta de comentário e escrevo um texto que precisa ser sobrescrito, eu aplico o sobrescrito e, assim que eu clico em "publicar", o texto vai para subscrito. Já reparei o adobe e até desinstalei e reinstalei, mas nada foi resolvido.Eu preciso muito dessa ferramenta porque corrijo textos e muitos deles têm referências bibliográficas e preciso que fique visualmente correto para quem for aplicar as alterações.

When bringing up the 2023 version of Adobe Acrobat Pro or Reader in Windows 10, the hamburger icon is not visible in the upper left corner or anywhere else in the Adobe interface.   So far, I find no menu option or setting that would or should display the hamburger icon (presumably in the upper left corner of the Adobe interface). Searching community posts, I find no instructions or steps that would enable me to display the hamburger icon in the Windows (10) version of 2023 Acrobat Pro or Reader. Question:  How can I display the hamburger icon for the first time in a new Windows 10 installation of 2023 Acrobat Pro or Reader? Thanks so much!Robert

I have a PDF that I was editing recently that got bigger after I edited it, but the edits should have kept it relatively the same size. The changes included replacing a page (put in the new page and deleted the old page, and the only change on the page was changing the word widow to married), and then updating the page #s in the footer (the page # footer was already there. The ultimate size of my PDF increased from 3.3 MBs to 4 MBs, which I know is not large, but these are for new employees who have a 5 MB/doc limit on where they upload their training docs, so size matters, and if those small changes increased the size that much, then the next time we have to edit the document could potentially put us over the limit, and make us have to start all over at the beginning for managing our docs.So, my primary question is, why is the file getting bigger if I am seemingly doing a 1 to 1 replacement? I've seen a couple of similar posts to this without any resolution. I have this issue with two people, any pdf exported from AutoCAD causes adobe acrobat to go into not responding state. Here are a few of the steps I have tried after reading various other posts. I have repaired installation, uninstalled/reinstalled acrobat w/ cleaning tool, disabled enhanced security/run in appcontainer, cleared recents, and repaired all microsoft visual c++ installs. Is there any other options to try fixing this? 

I have a form that was originally for written communication but it was requested to make it fillable on the computer.  I have tried javascript but I haven't been able to make it work.  I think because I have multiple form fields but I only want it to auto-tab on 2 of the fields.This is part of the form. As you can see, I have multiple form fields (and more that are not showing).  The only section I was wanting to auto-tab on is the 3 lines for "Note".  I know I can change the format to have one text box with the multi-line setting, but I was hoping to keep the form as close to the printed one as possible.

I am trying to create an Adobe Acrobat Action that sequentially numbers pages in a pdf. The pdf will have sets that will have repeating numbers 6 times. Once the sixth page has been reached, the numbering will move onto the next number in the sequence. For example, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 and 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, and so forth. This will repeat until the end of the pdf. This PDF is around 13,000 pages. Can anyone assist me with the script needed to complete this action?

Greetings.After MUCH searching I fired up the OLD laptop, deactivated & removed serial number from that machine, and STILL cannot activate on my new laptop. If I run on the OLD laptop it goes straight to the Activation window- which I do not execute.How do I get past this? Its TERRIBLE that this is so common and there is little or no support for it

Hi - I am used to use Adobe Pro and I am now using Adobe Acrobat at my new job. I can't seem to get the highlight fuction to work for me, even when I OCR the pages. Is there something I am missing? 

Hi all, running into a formatting issue when using Adobe Sign. I have a branded PDF form with custom fonts for the editable fields. Opening the PDF from the desktop preserves the custom fonts. However when you do Fill and Sign, the fonts dfault to whatever Acrobat's default font is. The customer text colours remain. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

Is it possible to have an Adminstrator obtain the secure password for the signed document in order to unlock the PDF and redact?

Hi there, I have attached a pdf I am working on that if you click the plus button a new image appears and then a new page is spawned up until 12 images. However the spawned pages aren't deleting when I click the minus button. This is not real? Do you know that people from 2022 were complaining about redo/undo button? Why is it even featured and displayed when it's not working ?Your only solution is to check for updates, so sorry to break it to you, mine is always up to date, it's 2024, almost 2025, you're not fixing a thing.So many features and you can't fix the very important one.What a shame!

Is this a feature that can be added. I was able to change the color of everything except the signature. The text name, the date and then the signature comes back in black after they signed it, we defeated my whole purpose of changing the color.  

I am using the Send for Comments (on the Adobe cloud) feature in Acrobat and the first go around workd fine.However, it is not obvious how to resend the PDF for Comments after the original document has been updated based on the reviews. Any ideas on how to send a revised PDF for review and the reviewers still have access to the prior comments?Thanks,
