I am trying to bulk send something. I keep getting a :document upload problem" email saying "We were unable to create your agreement 2025 SPC Doc because we had a problem converting your document to PDF." I have sent this doc before without issue and tried three seperate docs, none will work. I have updated my Adobe and the online version is also not working. Since I know its not the doc, is there just a site wide issue. I have been trying unsuccessfully to send this doc for hours but just can't get past "processing".
I am striving to make a template for a newsletter that is accessible. I am able to get it to work within LibreOffice Writer / Word etc.. but when the file is saved as a PDF, is where the issue begins. OK so a little background info : 1) There is an image that is in the same line as a Heading/Title There is alt text in the image properties, the image wrap is set to AFTER which means the image is on the left and the text is on the right. 2) The file was exported from Libre Office Writer using the Export PDF with the FULLY Tagged box checked AND the PDF/UA box also checked. 3) this is LibreOffice version :Version: 24.8.4.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice CommunityBuild ID: bb3cfa12c7b1bf994ecc5649a80400d06cd71002CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (10.0 build 19045); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: winLocale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-USCalc: CL threadedThe screen reader is NVDA - :Version: 24.8.4.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice CommunityBuild ID: bb3cfa12c7b1bf994ecc5649a80400d06cd71002CPU threads: 4;
When saving a PDF for print file from INDD, some images and text do not show up when I open the file in Acrobat. I get a "There was an error processing a page. Invalid ColorSpace" error message. I saw this post https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/invalid-colorspace-error-pdf-file.html. and made some edits to the layout based on the suggestions, however this fix didn't stick. Is there a way to determine if there are other elements with in the document that are causing issue versus just focusing on the content that isn't showing up?
My art and production department uses an Acrobat droplet for preflighting PDFs. Two of my designers just got brand new computers and the droplet will not open after it's been set up even after going into Privacy & Security settings and selecting "open anyway." I've also tried turning off Gatekeeper through the terminal and it still doesn't work. The droplet still works on my computer but it's not new (2021) and was set up over a year ago. Does anyone have a fix for this? Or even a work-around?
Hi,I have an error message when trying to check for comments.The side panel does appear when clicking on the comment icon. It indicates that there is a comment but does not display the actual comment.When clicking on the comment icon once again we get an error message saying: '' The page has expired. Reload this page (Ctrl + R) to continue. '' Just for context, the pdf is being viewed in MS Edge in this particular case. MS Edge has been updated to the lastest version Version 133.0.3065.59. Also tried Chrome, same issue there. The comments can be viewed just fine in a desktop app when the pdf file is downloaded. Any clue to why we get this error in a web version? Thanks !
I am stuck. I am trying to search for certain words in my PDF. I see the word but CTRL+F indicates nothing is found. I am able to select the word but cannot change the font EVEN THOUGH the font is on my computer. However, if I change the text or re-type the word, I can then change the font and am able to CTRL+F and find it. If I select the text and do CTRL+C and try pasting it in "find" it displays only boxes. If I manually type the word/letters in in the "find" box, it doesn't locate anything. I've attached several images of the various messages I've recieved. At one point, the selected text said it was Times but it was clearly a sans serif font. There were are some yellow ! on some of the images and another that has a red X. I do see that some of the fonts are embedded subset but when I follow the steps on how to embed fonts in PDF's all it wants me to do is save as a PDF Setting File but then I don't know what to do with the file. One last note - I did try O

Our organization uses a custom font. When converting a PowerPoint presentation to PDF, the embedded fonts are preserved for all text except the headings that use the custom font in Bold or Bold/Italic.Using the Microsoft Print to PDF option retains these settings. However, when using the Save As Adobe PDF option, the custom fonts in Bold or Bold/Italic are not converted correctly.Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted to fix this issue?
When I fill and sign pdf forms from one provider the app displays an error message and asks to reload this then repeats after the reload. I don't have this probem with pdfs from anywhere else just this company. Is there anything that can be done?
I paid for Acrobat Pro, downloaded it, created a password and all that, and then it is requiring a code from my email, except no matter how many times I request it, I do not receive the email. The email address is correct and working. I cannot utilize chat, because I cannot sign in because I cannot authenticate my account, because I do not get the authentication code. I tried what was suggested in help which is to return to the sign in screen and chose another sign in method (SMS) and that is not an option on my sign in screen. Everything I attempt to do to get assistance just brings me back to the authentication email, which I never receive.Thank you
Hi, I've just installed Adobe Acrobat Pro so feeling my way around. I've got a set of Architects drawings which i've added my own measurements (both linear and area measurements), which appear in the comments area - how can I collate these together and export to an Excel spreadhseet or .csv file - I did somehow manage to do it half way through completing my measurement, didnt get what was expected, so carried on completing my take off of areas, then went to do the same process when completed but couldnt find the option to export to .csv.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I would like to create a conditional equation in Acrobat.Something like:If check box # is checked, perform this equation: (Number in field A * number in field B) / 2And if is not checked, don't divide by 2.I've tried cobbling together some scripts from different questions to get it to work, but it's just not going for it and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've never used JavaScript before and it's not being specific enough to tell me what exactly the problem is. It seems like it doesn't like my else statement, but when I remove it just to get it to go through it acts like there's still an error there EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO LINE 7 ANYMORE. Baby's first JavaScript is as follows:// Relevant Field References var TS = this.getField("Check Box5"); var OG = Number(this.getField("Text3").value); var CP = Number(this.getField("Text13").value); var PT = if TS.value = "On") event.value=OG*CP/2;else event.value=OG*CP
Hello, I'm experiencing a significant issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro (version 20.005.30574) on Mac OS Sonoma Version 14.3.1. Whenever I try to change the font from Helvetica to another font in any document, Acrobat Pro immediately crashes. This started occurring after the latest software update. My attempts to resolve this—cleaning, deleting, and reinstalling Acrobat Pro, and ensuring I'm on the latest version—haven't fixed the problem. OS:Mac OS Sonoma Version 14.3.1Adobe Version:20.005.30574Actions Taken:Reinstalling Acrobat Pro, checking for updates. Does anyone have any insights or solutions to this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your assistance!
Hello, I recently bought a key with kinguin for 3 months subscription for the acrobat reader standard edition but I don't have any idea how to use it. Any tips?
The commitKey property event is briefly documented in api reference and give the 4 values (0, 1, 2 or 3) that can be returned in accordance with the way the field loose focus.https://opensource.adobe.com/dc-acrobat-sdk-docs/library/jsapiref/JS_API_AcroJS.html#commitkeyI personally always used this property in Custom format script as on the example of the api reference. On the web, I found a file using commitKey in Validation script with a strange syntax: if (event.commitKey=13…) With a single “=” symbol and with 13 which seems to be the ascii character of the Carriage Return.And that work!!!I tried to change with "if (event.commitKey==2…)" and that doesn’t work anymore!Does anyone have an explanation?Is there a more detailed documentation for this property?Thanks
When trying to create a PDF from Autodesk Revit (2017) using acrobat DC or Acrobat XI using the print to Adobe PDF function. The file destination is on a second hard drive in my PC, not the root drive (C:) The first attempt usually does not generate a file, PDF, at all. The screen does flash and shows a progress bar, nut nothing is created. On the second attempt a PDF is usually generated and the progress window shows the sheet count as they are created.I troubleshot this issue for 2 hours with Autodesk tech support. We installed all updates for Revit and Acrobat. Results are the same.Please Help or help me escalate this issue, I waste a lot of time not generating PDFs.
We have an older installer (6/12/2024 Version: 24.2.20687.0) for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that we use on our Enterprise Network. We install it and then have the user's login with their credentials at their conveinence, normally installing it ahead of time before the user picks up there computer from us. The new installer (2.14.0.35) won't let us proceed with the install without authenticating an account. Is it possible to get access to an installer that doesn't need to be authentication (like the old installer we use) or edit the new installer to bypass authentication?
I finally upgraded to Acrobat Pro DC after keepinf Acrobat X Pro. Now I really wish that I hadnt. The OCR speed is ridculously slow compared to Acrobat Pro X. Is there any way to improve the speed of OCRing with this newest version as It is seriously affecting workflow.
