Running Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2019.010.20069.  I select Create from scanner.  I select my scanner.  I click Scan.  I get the error message: "Please input some valid page dimensions."  The scan tab includes:Scanner: And I have selected my PaperStream IP fi-7300NX scannerPages: Front SidesColor Mode: Drop down is disabled.Resoluton: Drop down is disabled.Paper Size: Drop down is disabled, as is the Width and Height input fields.Quality: Optimize Image Output: Create New PDFSo the application is telling me to input page dimensions, but those fields are disabled, so I cannot enter page dimensions.Why is is the application asking me for page dimensions but then not letting me enter them?Until this is resolved, I cannot scan from Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

I can not get adobe acrobat off my computer. I have researched all the troubleshooting for this and I am still comming up empty handed. I was able to uninstall and remove all the cloud apps but there is still one left (adobe acrobat). This issue all started when I downloaded the desk top app onto my computer and it kept crashing everytime I opened it. I did the suggested troubleshoots for this. deleting credentials and went to delete the app as a last resort and reinstall it. but this is where a second issue occured. I can not delete the app. I keep getting the error "No valid sequence could be found for the set of patches." I did the adobe cleaner and followed the directions, (did this several times just to confirm I was doing this right). I still an not able to remove it from my computer. I thought it might be a glitch on my computer and restarted it and attempted to redownload it and reinstall it. when the install screen appeared it just opened the glitchy app that crashes a few sec

I have a PDF in acrobat pro that I have been editing with text boxes, however, the text box appears on every page rather than just the one I am trying to edit. Do I have a certain setting activated or is this a glitch?

I've disable auto-update but I notice every time Acrobat reinstalls itself, my computer practically comes to a halt.I've looked everywhere to disable this option but can't find it. Is this some sort of spyware?How do you fix this? 

 When I use the rectangle, oval and arrow function it does not appear in the sent copy; the only thing that appears in the sent document is the text boxes.  I have seen in previous threads that you said to turn the touch mode to never in the settings; I have done this and they still will not appear when I send the PDF in an email. 

Creating a global variable when writing JavaScript in a file is is straight forward and obvious, but not when trying to set it in Acrobat via the Use JavaScript tool in Acrobat. This is infuriating. I had functional JavaScript code last Friday that doesn't work today on the same file. See "How to show/hide single layers in browser with JavaScript?" Been on the 'net for about an hour trying to make this error go away.  ALLOWED access to all URLs.  Even turned OFF Advanced Security.  Haven't found the answer.  (Acrobat DC).Have a PDF with hyperlinks converted from MS Word.  The hyperlinks refer to files IN THE SAME DIRECTORY, with some in subdirectories.  Most are PDF files themselves.  Currently on an SD card.  I want to be able to give copies of the SD card to OTHERS and NOT have ANY problems opening the links.  Cannot for the life of me, figure out why the hyperlinks are SO hard to follow.  I don't want recepients to have the same problems as I am having.  Evidently this is an ISSUE on Acrobat READER as well.How can I make these error codes go away and allow users to open the hyperlinks without encountering errors?  They will mostly be using Acrobat READER, I'm sure.  Can I bulletproof the files?

I work for a law firm and the last update has messed up a BUNCH of our medical records. We download them from a medical portal. The Arial font is being converted to Symbols... I have tried downloading them again but the end result is the same. Even old records are not affected and the paralegals cannot review the medical records. I need to report this as a bug. We looked at the different versions installed as the files work on some computers but any of us that have the newest update - the fonts are not converting correctly.  Any help GREATLY APPRECIATED! I cannot go page by page to fix the fonts when some of these records are several thousand pages. How do I send this to adobe as a bug?? I cannot figure out how to roll the udpate back. There used to be a way to do that but I cannot find that option either..... Example:

Hello! Is it possible to make changes to multiple PDFs that have the same dropdown menu option? I have a dropdown section that have the options YES or NO. For those PDFs that were previously selected with YES, I would want to change them all to NO and vice versa. Is it possible to do this without having to manually change each one? Thank you!

Hello - I want to create a dynamic stamp where the date and time update everytime I stamp a document. I created a custom stamp by following the "Create a custom stamp or custom dynamic stamp" section of this website, https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/acrobat/using/adding-stamp-pdf.html, however it shows me the creation date/time and it does not change. The stamp is saved on my computer in this area, C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps\ENU. I have tried saving the stamp under the different headings available (dynamic, reviewed, approved, etc.) but they still result in the same. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi allPlease can you help.  I want to create a "Submit Form" button that when clicked, prompts the user to add an email address; basically adding the pdf as an attachment to an email.  The form won't be sent to the same address every time and I'm struggling to find a solution. Thank you 🙂

I have made af pdf, where the customer have to fill in som fields.It works fine when I keep the form text field visible (so that you see the blue field).But I want to make it INvisible. When I do that I also loose the opportunity to write in it… WHY? I simply can't figure it out.Please help!

Hello, I have issues with some of my fonts after I save them in MS Word document as PDF. These issues can be solved when I choose the Print as PDF option but that is something I would like to avoid because it is more time consuming for me.  I am using MS Office Professional Plus 2021. I have downloaded some .ttf fonts (namely Rubik Light and Exo Semibold) and installed them as admin for all users. The issue arrises when I want to make some of the text bold. After I choose Save as PDF, the letters in PDF are not bold, they appear normal instead. I tried to embed it via MS Word option but it did not work. Tried to use different combinations of saving (standard vs minimal size) without any success. Also tried to use different fonts weight (like Rubik, Rubik Bold), without any success.  Interestingly everything works with pre-instaled fonts like Arial or Cambria. I have searched through this forum but did not find any solution that would work for me. I'm attempting to add crop marks to an entire PDF document, but I keep getting a dialogue box that says:"Printer marks may overlap artwork. You may need to expand the Crop box using the Crop dialogue."This doesn't mean much to me... can anyone help? I don't really understand why pages with bleed graphics aren't getting the crop marks.Thanks!!

The new Save As is clunky and takes way to many steps to do a simple Save As. Is there any way to get rid of it and use the standard Windows one?

When I produce a PDF from InDesign that contains internal links to specific sections within pages (not to just the pages, but a specific heading or other specific anchor point within the page), Acrobat respects the user's zoom level (i.e., inherit zoom). Hey, does anyone have experience with Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack? I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro for a year now and after reading the description of the Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack description, I don't really see any difference except in the price (the PDF pack is twice as cheap). I mostly need it for creating contracts: combining and organizing PDF files and gathering digital signatures. So just wondering if with PDF back it would be enough. I'm only using the program maximum of once a month so looking into other options and perhaps changing to DocuSign as they have monthly plans and not annual like here in Adobe.   Thanks!

I have two list boxes:  Environment and Services. In the "Environment" list box, I have P, N, S as options.  I would like the "services" list box to be disabled if they select S as an option.  Is that possible? If not, do you have any advice as to what I could do instead of using a list box for the environments?  It must be possible to multi-select so I have considered checkboxes, but I am unsure if a calculation can be used on a checkbox.  Please help.  Thank you so much for any assistance.

how to find out the changes made to the PDF file before receiving it 

I am trying to send - or distribute - a form via our Sharepoint server but I can't seem to figure it out?I have entered the SharePoint server url then it just opens a new window and the only option is gives me is 'cancel' at the bottom? Im not sure what I'm missing or doing wrong. If I press cancel it returns to Acrobat and I get the error "Default Document Library could not be created. Please contact the administrator of the SharePoint site."As far as I know, all the shareing permissions have been set to 'anyone'  Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Hello, I bought and downloaded AI picture generator, and it seems that since I did this my AI assistant is not working. It just sits in processing document.  I have gone in and cancelled my subscription with the AI picture generator, but it doesn't seem to have helped.  I've tried multiple pdf's and it's just sitting on processing document.
