Hi,I am noticing an issue in my Responsive HTML5 output footer. We have copyright information (2 to 3 lines) defined in the master page, properly formatted and aligned and applied on each page in the help. When we generate the Responsive output the alignment of the content does not look the same as in the master page.The master page has it centre aligned but the output shows one line from the footer as left aligned. Also on some pages the footer portion is seen partially and rest is hidden. Any idea why this would be happening? Any tips to fix this?

I'm working on a RoboHelp 2017 project, and want to add my project to a version control system. However, the recommended PushOK software leads me to a dead end. Hi allI am using Robohelp 2015 and have created a project with roughly 100 topics. There are some png product images, but I have reduced the size of these as much as I can.When I export to Word, the document is almost 60Mb, which is much too large. It needs to be capable of being mailed to consultants who will cut and paste sections from it. For this reason, PDF is not acceptable either.Can anyone provide any pointers, hints, answers to this please? Are there any other formats I could consider that would meet our requirements?Many thanksLaura

Hi all,I recently upgraded from RH 2015 to RH 2019 Classic.In the Topic List pod in RH 2015, when using the Details view, I could choose the columns to show, including columns for topic-level tags and content-level tags.How can I do that in RH 2019 Classic? When I use the Glossary Hotspot Wizard to create links within my topics to the terms, I then generate the project using the script (because I want to use popups instead of having the text display in-line). I did not edit this script before running it - do I need to? If so, where does the script reside? Any suggestions would be appreciated so that I can get this working as intended :-).

Hi,Using Robohelp 2019.5 version, i got an error trying to connect my TFS server (on premise).The collection used is not the "DefaultCollection" and has a "space" in it's name.Visual Studio Team explorer 2017 installed on same machine and TF.exe folder added to global path variables.Error message (in french) :-Impossible de trouver le fichier TF exécutable. Assurez-vous que TF est installé et que le chemin spécifié contient le nom du fichier.-Does anyone have any help or used to connect Robohelp to TFS ?Thanks

Hi, My team is working on multiple Robohelp projects (around 10) and generating Repsonsive HTML5 output for each project. We have a conditional build tag applied to each project such that we can use the filter to select each help.Now, the filter works fine for Table of Contents but when it comes to Index and Glossary, it is not getting displayed in the Online Help even though they exist in RH in the individual helps.Any thoughts? Please let me know if more information is needed.

We currently have a template with specific heading types and fonts/sizes saved. However, each time we add a bullet note, the font changes to a different size and font. How to I customize the template so the bullets remain in the chosen font/size we have everything else set to?

HI,Iam using  Robohelp 9 version , when we search the "text" in webhelp output in IE 11 and it shows the results and when we click the results on the left side it displays the content, after clicking the content in left side and and the result is displayed on the right side , but in the TOC it does not show where actually the content is located and navigation tree in the left side is not expanding.Please help on this issue

Is there a way to resize tables in RoboHelp 2019? There are arrows that appear around the table borders, but not working for resize.

I have been a solo tech writer for some time using Robohelp 2017.  We are now bringing on a new writer who will be required to access and work on the same Help file at the same time as myself.  How can this best be done?

I am trying to capture the strings of text that my users are searching for, as well as the results that are returned to them (or at least the number of results). Is there a way to access robohelp's search's code so that I can modify it? this would just require me to use a few lines of javascript, but I cannot find where RoboHelp's search logic occurs. In similar threads people have recommended inserting Google Analytics code to master pages, or replacing RoboHelp's search with an external product called Zoom Search. But I'd prefer not to do either of those. Does anyone have experience with this?

I have a new Windows10 computer, and I'm using RoboHelp 10.The icons on the workspace are tiny.  I can change the display settings in Windows 10 - "display" - "scale and layout" to adjust the icons slightly.  Even when I used the "advanced scaling settings" and went up to 250%, the icons in RoboHelp remain relatively small compared to other programs.  The text within the editing and "User Defined Variables" panes continue to increase as I increase scale, but text and icons in the rest of the workspace do not.Is there a maximum resolution for RoboHelp icons, or is there another way to make them more visible?

We are experimenting with upgrading our current RH projects to 2019.  They have scripts in the body of the topic, and it seems that, unless you move them to the footer (one by one, for hundreds), they are wiped out when you do the upgrade.  Is there any way we can avoid this?  We use FAR HTML, so if anyone knows a way to use that to move them, that would help too.Thanks for any help....Marion

TCS 5 User (Frame 12/RoboHelp 11)I have a FrameMaker source book linked to a RoboHelp project with a named paragraph style, "Note." In FM Paragraph Designer, "Note" specifies a line (or border) above and below the paragraph (via field names "Frame Above Pgf"/"Below Pgf").  These frames/borders are defined as graphics in the FM reference page for the book.In the past, when I've synched the files from FM to RH, the above/below paragraph border for this Note style did not get converted at all in RH, meaning in RH, Note text is not bordered with a line above or below, which is fine.  TCS manual specifically states that graphics that are not inside anchored frames do not get imported, and these borders are inside graphic frames, not anchored frames. However, I recently edited the FM files and synched them to RH, and suddenly the above/below borders now appear in the RH file.  I don't know why, as I have not updated my software.  The problem is, they are not aligned prope

The master project, once compiled, does not contain an index.htm file but a project_maitre.htm file.If I compile this same project using the robohelp interface, the master project contains an index.htm file.I would like to understand why the project compiled using the command line does not generate the same files and especially if a project placed on servers can be read without index.htm file.thank you very much .Etien

When will command line capabilities be available in the Rh 2019 'Release'?  It is available in 'Classic', but I have been waiting to use Release until command line support for builds is implemented, as that is how my organization builds and deploys Rh content.  Update 5 came out a short while ago and still nothing...  maybe I am missing something.Thanks in advance,David
