I run Robohelp 2022 on my new Windows 11 laptop. When I try to publish my project to Responsive HTML5, I get the following error: EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'C:\Users\[my name]'.  On my previous laptop, all went well. Does anyone know a solution for this? Also version 2020 has the same problem on my Win11 laptop.

RoboHelp 2022 appears to have three named releases so far:2022 <- the initial release2022 Update 12022 Update 2 I recently installed RH 2022 (today) on my macOS device. When I go to the Adobe RoboHelp menu item, there is an About RoboHelp 2022.1.187 option that displays a dialog with this same version information (along with other details). What is the correlation of a named release and its version (on macOS and Windows)? In other words, fill in the following...RoboHelp 2022 = Version 2022.?.?RoboHelp 2022 Update 1 = Version 2022.?.?RoboHelp 2022 Update 2 = Version 2022.?.? It would be really nice if the named release was displayed in ( )s next to the version number where it appears in the application so that it would be super simple to know which named release you have installed.  

When I click Help > Check for Updates, RoboHelp opens Creative Cloud to check for updates. However, I don't think RoboHelp is part of Creative Cloud. How do I diconnect that connection?

Good afternoon, We are using RoboHelp Version 2022.0.346 for the first time on a couple projects. We had been using RoboHelp 2017 with no issues but are running in to a load balancing issue with a newly generated presets done with RH2022. Is there some kind of setting I may be missing? I understand this question is kind of vague but the only thing that's changed from past successful updates is the version of RoboHelp. We have a team that is investigating the web server side, but making sure there is nothing I can do as an editor. Thanks in advance and please let me know if there is any further information I can provide.

RoboHelp 2022, Responsive HTML5 layout. How do you remove the Search bar in the Header Search Box? I managed to do it in RH 2017 but don’t recall the details.  

In search tab, if I entered any word using virtual keyboard used in our application then some suggestion will get listed. If I tried to click any suggestion application hangs. Don't know the exact reason for this hang issue.

What is the purpose of having .css.gz file for all .css files in output of responsive html5 in robohelp 2020.What is the purpose of csh-redirect.htm and csh-redirect.ejs files in output of responsive html5 in robohelp 2020.

We use PDFs to "mark up" Help topics during our review process. We keep the PDFs for our review records.In RoboHelp 2020.8.34, the "Restart Numbering at" Content Property is ignored in the PDF output. Numbered instructions across multiple topics appear as one continuous ordered list.  This was supposedly fixed in RoboHelp Update 8  (Bug ID: 10509). However, restart numbering does work in the Word output but that has other issues. I would rather go straight to PDF.Any help is appreciated.

Hello everyone, I have a question.A topic has an image with a size, but I want to get it by pdf with a size and by html5 with another size, is it possible?Currently this image is inside a div class, would it be possible from the css to use an IF function that is to say if I take out the topic by pdf has a size and by html another? I would not like to have to duplicate outputs.Thanks

I am trying to edit a framless template (BlueLagoon). I want to remove the "How can we help?" caption from the frameless template. (Note the other frameless templates have this same line.) I don't know where it is located to delete it. I can find "caption-bar" and "caption"  on the Top Section of the "Home Page," but it does not have an area to change the text.  Your help is appreciated. Regina

I generated my Robohelp Project this morning and now there is Text Displaying at the tope of page that never display there before.   I have attached a screen print of the what the page looks like.   The text is boxed in RED Is there a setting that I can turn this off? thanks Sharon

I published a project recently and the search functionality is not longer working. I just get the windows icon just keeps moving.

Hi there, we already updated on all seats and all worked fine at first. But now, after the last member in a common project started working on files we're experiencing a weird phenomenon: all preset files seem to be corrupt and are not showing in the Output panel even though the files are still there in the local project folders. And we can't create a new preset either!Looking at the XML data everything seems to be fine. What could have gone wrong here before committing and pushing the first change made in a preset file with the RH 2022 Upd 2 to our Git repository?

I'm trying to insert thumbnails into a RoboHelp project and not having much luck.I inserted a graphic into a project page and clicked on the image. I selected Use Thumbnail in Content Properties and set the dimensions to Height 94 and width 150. The preview shows no different than in Author mode. I selected Show Thumbnail for Images in the Output tab and Create Thumbnails for Images.When I generate the output, it looks like this: When I click on the thumbnail, the image looks nothing like the original (the original is dark-themed): Any ideas? My goal is a thumbnail that looks like the original but smaller and, when clicked on, expands to a larger size.   

Robohelp 2019 Classic has started crashing on launch. It worked a couple of months ago, but now it briefly shows the Recent Projects panel and then crashes. It also crashes if I pick a project from the start menu.Any thoughts on what I can do? Thanks!

Good morning,Is there a way to increase the font size in the skin for the TOC and Index? I've selected the font that's needed for the skin, but there doesn't seem to be a way to increase the size of it in the TOC and Index.

We recently upgraded from Robohelp 2020 to 2022.0.346. This broke our previous outputs presets, so that was a bummer, but the new options seemed like enough of an upgrade to deal with rewriting the template for the new style. I'm having several issues, the largest 2 being the following: No layout applied to Front Matter page, making it the wrong sizeI have a topic with a proprietary warning in it that is the 2nd page of my PDF and is meant to print on the back of the cover when doing dual side printing. I'm in the US, so I print things letter size. I have ensured that every page out in my template has the same size settings, but the proprietary warning page always come out at A4 size in the PDF. I assume this is happening because it is a Front Matter page, but not one of the formally designated special ones and perhaps the Common layout isn't pointing at it correctly. I added text identifying all my page layouts and ran an output and that page doesn't appear to use any of the

Does anyone have experience with SharePoint online publishing issues with Netskope security enabled?  We've identified the issue which requires some support from Adobe. We have an open ticket, but Adobe support has become non-responsive despite being very helpful early on. Any guidance would be incredibly helpful.   @adobe support, we would love your continued help here.   Thank you very much.

I am trying to build a chatbot output preset after generating the JSON for the DialogFlow, but I am getting this error in the log:'7 PERMISSION_DENIED: IAM permission 'dialogflow.intents.create' on 'projects/xxxx' denied.Does anyone know how to add IAM permissions to allow my user to create intents? 

Hi - I have what may appear to be an odd request. I'm using RH2017 and I was wondering if there's a way to modify the href attribute in anchor tags without using javascript. The reason I'm asking is that we're using the ZoomIn Product Documentation Center to host our documentation. I created a test project to see if I can dynamically build the href attribute with the associated product name and version number using javascript. I found out that when ZoomIn processes the uploaded bundle (zip) of the documentation project, it strips out any existing javascript for whatever reason. I then tried to use a RH variable for the project name and version but that doesn't work either. Does anyone know if there are any work-arounds in RH that I could try? We have both a development site and a Production site on the ZoomIn portal. Hello,  I am using new RoboHelp 2019 and have just created an index. When I build my help file only two topics get displayed. I have tried a few different outputs and still the same. I have checked that my index entries actually link to topics but they still don't display. It's really odd that just two topics display. I've checked their properties but can't see anything unusal about them. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

My colleagues & I need to collaborate on the same Robohelp 2019 project. I created a site specifically for that purpose on SharePoint online, made my co-workers co-owners of the site, and the default doc library on the site inherits permission from the site. I was able to successfully establish a connection profile, upload a demo project and edit it, check it back in and so forth. However, neither of my co-workers are able to establish a connection profile. They get to the screen where you paste in the SharePoint site URL, and when they click Login, they get the message shown below.  When they click Back to app, they land on an Adobe login screen. We verified that the apps Adobe recommends whitelisting are whitelisted for all of us. I have a feeling this has to do with the fact that my RH license may be associated to my personal Adobe ID, while theirs might be associated to the company ID. Hi I am attempting to implement a chatbot for proof of concept. I am now in a place to generate the JSON after creating a Security Key as described in various Google Cloud Help pages. It mentions 'Service Account Keys could pose a security risk if compromised. We recommend that you avoid downloading Service Account Keys and instead use the Workload Identity Federation...' Has anyone used Security Keys to generate the JSON? And if so, have you experienced security issues?Has anyone used the Workload Identity Federation route, and if so, does it work with RoboHelp? Thank youMichelle

Hello Robohelp-Community, at the moment we are struggling with the usage of other fonts in our published project we created in Robohelp.We have the company standard font "TitilliumWeb". This is the path of the published project:\\srv-cas01\OnlineHelp\TestDE Where do we have to create the font.css (or is it "fonts.css) ?We tried to create this here:\\srv-cas01\OnlineHelp\TestDE\assets\css We also moved the font to this folder in "css". The content of font.css is the following:@11220649-face {font-family: "TitilliumWeb";src: url("TitilliumWeb-Regular.ttf");} When we now open the HTML Page as "WebView" there is still another font used. We don`t see the configuration problem. Bonjour,Je travaille avec la version 2017 (13.0.0.257) de RoboHelp.Toutes mes rubriques ont un ID et un numéro de mappage.Dans une de mes rubriques "Paramètres" (ID de mappage 2004), j'ai un tableau avec environ 100 paramètres différents avec leurs explications. Exemple :001 Nom de la société002 Adresse de la société003 Taxes...Je souhaiterai utiliser un sous mappage, du style 2004/002 pour indiquer que je souhaite l'aide de la rubrique ayant l'ID 2004 et à l'intérieur de cette rubrique, aller directement à l'information 002 du tableau.Actuellement, lorsque j'appelle l'aide à partir de mon application, j'arrive bien sur ma rubrique des paramètres, mais ensuite je suis obligé d'aller sur le paramètre souhaité en utilisant l'ascenceur. Est-ce qu'il existe une possibilité pour réaliser ma demande ?Merci
