Question 1 - How do I create a new bullet list and numbered list? Adding a New Style1. New Style 2. Tag - ol-13. Font details entered.4. Where is "bullets and numbering"? The second option - Duplicate Style 1. Duplicate ol2. Tag - ol-1. (question - what are Tag, Class, and Pseudo Class? Do I need to learn CSS?)3. ol-1 is created below "Other Styles". Again there is no option to select "bullets and numbering" and Preview is also displaying normal text instead of numbered list. Question 2-  I am not getting the below options when I try to create a new style or try to duplicate the existing style (ol or ul) Question 3 - How do I create a new stylesheet?   

I've been having trouble with RoboHelp PDF outputs for a while now.  I was running RH2019 and my CHM files are fine but the PDF I created using the same source content didn't display TOC or index and the paragraph styles were not honored.  The TOC is in Book format and has Front and Back material configured, so that wasn't the problem.  I was told to upgrade so I just installed RH2022 and the PDF now honors styles and displays the index but the TOC only shows chatper headings with no topics under them. Anybody else run into this?Thanks,Tracy West   

Is there a way to search for all topics not in a Table of Contents? One's I may have omitted in error.

Hi,  What is the difference between Robohelp 2019 and Robohelp Classic 2019?  

where is the Bullets and Numbering option?  Where is the "Starts From" and "Continue Numbering" option?I want n2 and n3 as point -  2 and 3. please let me know how to correct the sequence.  2. I am not getting advanced formatting checkbox, level, list style type option when trying to create a new style or trying to duplicate the ol, ul style. 3. How to create numbering & bullets - level 2. the existing style ol is level 1.  

Hi,In my RH2020 Frameless Skin, I have added a few terms for Glossary. However, can anyone please let me know why those terms appear as a separate section below the CONTENTS and INDEX tabs in the output of my Online Help after a white space (refer the latter screenshot). Is there any option through which I can disable the Glossary terms appearing beneath CONTENTS tab along with a "Find Term" search box? Thanks for your help in advance.

What is "Favicon undefined is not an image"?Why the styles are not applying, especially "p"? I was trying to switch from a bullet list to a normal paragraph, I clicked on the "p" style. nothing is happening.  After upgrading, should I continue using the listed style or should I create a new one?, what is the best approach? 

Hi everyone, I'm running into a strange issue with the PDF output that's being generated for one of our user guides in RoboHelp 2020. The exact same topic ("Creating Users") is included in two guides: Organization Administrator Guide and Account Administrator Guide. In sections where there are numbered lists, the formatting in the Organization Admin Guide breaks, but looks fine in the Account Admin guide.  I've checked the Output settings for both guides and they're identical (on each tab, but "Layout" seems the most applicable): However, the Organization Admin Guide comes out looking like this:  While the Account Admin Guide (using the same topic) looks correct: I've tried removing any conditional labeling that may have been causing an issue without any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm using the latest version of RoboHelp (2020.8.34) but would like to file some improvement requests, such as:- global Find-and-Replace feature that is set to find in source view should search the entire html and not just content between <body></body>- Insert Image dialog should remember the last-used folder (like RoboHelp Classic did)- Insert Image dialog should display the "last modified" date/times for image files (like RoboHelp Classic did) Is there any easy way to do this online (a form somewhere?), or should I just use the website Chat to work directly with Support staff? 

Can anyone tell me why the subscription price for my RoboHelp subscription is going up $10/month? That's for my personal subscription, and I think $10/month is too much of an increase. Thank you,Cindy

with a certain project, after finishing an edit, I 'save and generate', and ask for 'view result' . the output is a chm file. Nothing shows up.I start over and the error appears : project.chm is open in other application.ALT tab doesn't show a microsoft html help window. the task manager neither. other projects on the same pc, with the same adobe robohelp launch succesfully.hhlauncher is in the tasklist... What's wrong here? best regards Olivier  

Hi,is it possible to set the frameless skin, in the priduct structure: products > sections > articles in a way that the producs and sections are visible as ToC tiles and articles ony in ToC view (instead of tiles)?Thanks!

Using RoboHelp 2020.8.34 with Indigo Skin with Responsive HTML 5. When I'm on the home page and I click the header logo or the header title, the homepage is shown in a frame in frame in a topic page, as can be seen on the screenshot. I believe this happened after the update to Robohelp 2020.  

Using RH 2020.8.34. I want to get rid of the bullet that's visible when you clicked on a topic on the TOC of Oceanic skin. I tried to search for it everywhere within the skin, but can't seem to find it. How do I get rid of the bullet? Here's a screenshot of the bullet I want to get rid of:

I've been using Azure DevOps for RH2020 projects for a while now and would like to use GIT.I have never been able to get RH Collaboration to work correctly from inside our corporate network. It only works when I work from home. The workaround was to use Visual Studio to handle the version control of the RH project folder.I'm now switching from DevOps to GIT, but I have the same problem connecting to GitHub as I did with DevOps. I can connect from my home PC but not the work PC.I have installed GIT on both machines, and on the work PC, I can successfully use git bash to clone a repository. To get that to work, I had set the forward proxy with git config --global https.proxy https://<proxy>:8080. That triggered a pop-up prompting for username, password and 2FA code, etc.I created a RoboHelp Connection profile using https://github.<account>/<project>.git and supplied the same username, but RH times out when trying to clone the repo. I would like to place two images side-by-side with captions on each. For example, "Before" on the left, and "After" on the right. And I would like the images to be centered on the page and the captions to be center under each image. Everything I try seems to place the images vertically (as if I had hit carriage return between each image). Furthermore, I tried clicking on the image and using the "Figure Caption" button, but that left-justifies the caption. I am an html/css newbie so I don't really want a solution which require me to edit the html each time I do this since I plan on doing this quite a bit. Any suggestions?I am using RH 2022.0.346 and using a frameless preset.Jim

I am using RoboHelp 2020.6.76 to generate frameless help output. Earlier this week, I and/or RH somehow generated two URLs that appear to have included a non-breaking space.  I don't know how this is possible, and I cannot reproduce it (at least not intentionally).  I didn't notice this issue until sending the URLs to marketing for a release notification e-mail.  Both URLS contained %C2%A0.  I tested the links, verified that they worked, asked internally if anyone thought that might cause an issue, and got no response--until after the e-mails went out and customers started contacting us to tell us the links didn't work.  In fairness, it looks as if the marketing e-mails embedded the links in longer links, probably meant for tracking purposes, and appear to have stripped out the percent signs.  Even after I put them back in, the marketing-generated links did not work.  When I looked at the topics in the help project, there appeared to be a blank space

Search function does not work in chm output file. Can this be fixed?

Hi everyone, hope you all are doing ok. I need to export topics from RoboHelp (2020, last version) to a format that would allow me to repurpose the content on another platform. After some searching online and in this forum, I decided to use the "Content Only" output, which I thought would export my topics in XML format. Then I configured the output as explained in the Robohelp manual and I exported my topics. The results is that RH has generated only a few xml files that contain basically a list of resources, but my topics are stil exported in HTM format... Am I missing something? I need all my topics exported in XML format (or in some other standard formats that can be imported in another system, such as JSON, XLSX, and so on). Thank you all!

Hi, I have two folders - one contains source file and another one is a output folder that contains responsive html and chm.I have chm reference in one of the topics. (The idea is, the end user can download the chm file from the responsive html topic.)I want to add a hyperlink. Please let me know the steps.As of now..this is what I have done.1. Sourcefile - Select the chm file name example abc.chm2. Click on Hyperlinks > Local files. Add file:/// abc.chm. click Link.Is this correct?             

Hello communityIn my RH project I am using a css where I defined the styles that should be applied to all the pages, but after generating the output I check that not all of them are being applied. These are the steps I followed:I built a css file that I added to the assets/css folder of my project.I added the needed images to the assest/images folder of my project.I setup the master page of my project to use this css file.I generated the documentation using Frameless output preset.I found that some styles, such as font or font size were applied, but others like h1 title were not.What can I check? Is there any test I can do to find where the error is in the css? Thanks in advance

How to change the topic layout. The whole help file uses another layout but somehow one topic has a different layout selected. How to change the layout? I did check the content properties but I am unable to find the option to select another layout
