Solved

Dear Adobe Support, I have been using the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan under the student pricing, paying KRW 23,100 per month. Recently, I was charged KRW 47,300 due to the expiration of my previous student status upon my undergraduate graduation. However, I have now enrolled in a graduate program and have submitted my new class schedule to verify my continued eligibility for the student plan, which has already been updated on my Adobe account. Therefore, I kindly request: To switch my current plan back to the student rate of KRW 23,100 per month. A refund of the difference of KRW 24,200 from the recent charge of KRW 47,300. Please let me know if any additional information or documents are needed to process this request. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,[******][******@******.******][Payment date and details, e.g., ******, ****** – KRW 47,300 charged]   * 모더레이터에 의해 삭제되었습니다.

I just created a Project and imported all the clips from a folder on my hard drive into it - but the clips were also inserted into my timeline.  I don't remember this happening previously nor does it seem particularly helpful - having 30-odd clips randomly inserted as opposed to being organized in an intentional fashion. Also, when I try to lasso all these clips to remove them from my timeline, the lasso does not select them.  Why is that not working? Many thanks.

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded from a MacBook Pro M2 Max to the new MacBook Pro M4 and installed all the latest software updates. While everything worked perfectly on my previous device, I’ve encountered an issue with InDesign (version 20.0.1) on the new MacBook. Whenever I select an object (e.g., text, frames, etc.) to edit it, the object shifts slightly. This behavior only occurs on the new MacBook Pro M4 and not on my previous device, even though both are running the same version of InDesign and software. Additionally, Sequoia 15.1.1 is installed on my system, but it has never caused issues in the past. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is this a known bug? Are there any solutions or workarounds to address this problem? Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi, I have a project that I've been working with for a while...all of a sudden, when I hit the space bar while highlighting a clip in the project, it will not playback. This is only happening with audio clips (music).  Now this is only happening with audio clips, video clip previews playback fine with the space bar. To make things even more interesting, if I highlight an audio clip and scrub in the preview window, then all of a sudden the space bar works for starting and stopping. I've tried re-importing, restarting, bringing the same clips into a new project and still the same problem. Also tried moving the audio files to another drive and re-importing them, still nothing.2017.1.1 v11

Hey guys, so I just got adobe 2025, but instead of updating my current adobe, it just loaded the entire creative suite as new app. Effectively I now have 2024 & 2025 installed simultaneously which is not ideal. Am I do something wrong? Is there a setting I have to change? Please help. Mac 14' Pro - M2 Pro OSx Ventura Thank you

Been hesitant to update my Mac operating system because when I did it a few years ago it made my Adobe Audition inoperable. To rectify the problem I had to go back to my original operating system which was then (and now still is Monterey.) However, now as a result of not updating my operating system I'm having other buggy problems with other applications. So, my question is is it safe for me to upgrade my operating system to Sequoia 15 and if yes, will my Adobe Audition 25 work properly?   Thank You, -Robert

The new Adobe Express which was installed on my device on two days ago is such a bad upgrade. I wish I could have the previous version. The version upgraded to is 28.0.2. This new version is so bad it's making me want to uninstall the whole app off my phone. I've been using this app to create my music project art covers.  Now with this update it's frustrating as the new version is far too complicated and I don't want my projects tarnished with anything AI related. I thought Adobe Express would be the last of us to even consider AI in their processes. As Adobe should know better with AI. As it's a whole legal issue using AI for art projects. As AI uses already existing Art.  Please release the old version again. This new one is beyond excrument.

I have a third party script installed that precisely measures color contrast. Currently to run it, I have to move my mouse up to File, click it, move it down to Scripts, click it, move it over to the script I want, and click it.  That isn't necessarily bad, but right now I'm working on developing a master color palette for my work that meets WCAG 2.0 guidelines for user-friendly readability and color contrast. That means to get the exact contrast between every combination of 8 colors (white, black, and 6 monochromatic shades), I have to run the script around 64 times. Plus a bajillion more once I start incorporating more than just 6 shades of one color. File > Scripts > The One I Want, therefore, quickly becomes tedious. I'd love to have something like one of the following I can use instead to quickly run the script:A Scripts panel.Custom keyboard shortcuts. In the Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts window, I'd love to navigate through Menu Commands > File > S

I have tried to duplicate an effect and to make it independent but it keeps on making it the same.   from the top left box i have the Project screen with the composition A. i canot drill into the compostion A.   once i double click the composition A then the timeframe screen appears on the bottom. within there is many layers.   example layer 1 has effect with text and videos.  this is what i want to copy and duplicate to keep the effects but be able to change videos and texts.   I have tried all the ctrl + D and Ctrl C and V but to no avail.   Can someone help?   [Title updated by Mod.]

While making a final proof of my book, I encountered a big problem using Indesign Spell Check. It highlighted a word ("throughout"), and I clicked on the highlighted word to insert a hyphen. After pressing the hyphen key, Indesign removed all the text in my document from that point on. A total of 40 chapters vanished in a few seconds. The pages are still visible and even contain the running header and page numbers. Text threading shows no problems, and there are no indications of there being any overset text. Only the last page is still visible. I immediately attempted to use Edit > Undo, but nothing changed. I closed out and exited Indesign and then restarted it. No changes. I tried to find an earlier backup version on my laptop and on the cloud but have been unsuccessful. Has anyone experienced this problem before and found a solution?
