Ich habe ein Bild (852813411) runtergeladen und die Qualität ist unterste Schublade. Der Fensterrahmen ist sehr unscharf und dann eine Vektordatei (493387723) - das war leider eine Bilddatei. Wäre toll wenn ich die Credits wiederbekommen kann. LG

Ich habe zwei Medien mit den Nr.  1050447954 und 1093446786 in der Rubrik Vorlagen heruntergeladen, die beide als "fully customizable" angeboten wurden. Es handelt sich jedochb lediglich um Filme, die nicht veränderbar sind. Der Fehler ist mir leider erst nach dem Kauf aufgefallen. Die Videos sind unbrauchbar und haben in der Rubrik nichts verloren,

I pay $79.99 a month for my plan, i have plenty of asset credits and have always in the past downloaded video for around 6 credits each. All of a sudden, every single video i try to download, I'm being charged $79.99 for. I've also looked through a lot of different videos and they all say "enhanced" and none of them are available for credits anymore.

I purchased the following file and downloaded it as an .ai file, FILE #:  211486587. I'm so bummed and honestly can't believe I encountered this after using the stock library with decent frequency. It was made with a false checkered transparent background and is completely intertwined with the design. It would take hours to separate the background from the grass design. Any notes on how to contact Adobe to get this situated?  

1) Why doesn't adobe stock allow you to zoom in on the watermarked preview? It would help eliminate 99% of issues regarding bad quality stock images.2) Why isn't there a report button to flag bad images? I wasted a download credit on this file number 667284388 – when I downloaded it and zoomed in, the poor child's teeth are HORRENDOUS. I can't use this image as-is. I know it's AI generated, but it shouldn't cost credits for something this terrible. This isn't something I could see on the thumbnail preview before licensing. Very frustrating.

First time I have had results where the search engine came back with this kind of result.  This is mostly an FYI for Adobe but if anyone knows of a way to improve my results let me know.  I'm looking for veterans with injuries and while I and get some positive hits I'm seeing mostly veternarians with animals that have injuries.

Moreover, this is not an Adobe font and the versions I see online for download are not for commercial use. Stock vector images should have all fonts converted to outlines

I keep coming acroos bad quality stock on Adobe. The preview image is not always clear enough to identify a bad quality vector / misleading stock details. This is very frustrating, as I end up with files I cannot use but have still spent credits on them. Without a way of reporting poor quality files, there is no way to prevent other users from following the same path and end up with unusable stock.  Please enable an option to report poor quality stock. In the meantime, I would like to report the following two files:ID: 1387218524 (and potentially the series as they all look poorly live traced)ID: 764016529

Hi everyone, especially the guys at Adobe, I'm a creative cloud monthly subscriber and I've signed up for the regular Adobe emails. Over the last few weeks I've received several emails purporting to provide a 'free' Adobe template for one of the Adobe Apps, like Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. but when I click the link to download the 'free' template a paid subscription box pops up so I can't download the 'free' template, it's not free, I have to pay for it. Why send emails puporting to have a 'free' template when it is not actually free. Seems a bit unfair and inaccurate. As the screenshots below...   

Hi, I keep getting ai generated images in my results even though I exclude them in filters. I dont know where the issue lies; the creator or adobe. It's costing me an ever increasing amount of time to inspect every picture. I've purchased marble texture collection (nr 603681032), with "supposted high quality", but when i opened the file ... photos weren't embed, i lost credit ...could i report problematic file? 

I would like to report image AdobeStock_828358129.aiIt is advertised as an AI/EPS and JPEG file type, but upon opening it, it is actually just a jpeg image embedded in illustrator, completly unusble for the purposes I need it for.

Is there any way to get in touch with someone about a spelling error in a video preset? I found the perfect video for an out scene but noticed that the word, "subscribe" was spelled: "subscirbe."
