Hello! Can someone help me with this error please? I have tried everything. All kind of browser, incognito mode, reset my computer. After two days a still can't buy a standard licence because of that error.
User Isidro is uploading low-quality assets. Coincidentally also ai-generative content. Examples:590722216 - "USA" flag has incorrect number of stars and stripes on it. 588682760 - Another "USA" flag with the incorrect number of stars and stripes on itNot that I think someone couldn't upload assets of USA flags that are stylized with less or more stars and stripes - but these are presenting as photographs with real/correct USA flags and someone could easily license them on accident before realizing it. There's also a bunch of images with anatomy that are clearly ai-generated, but I didn't want to report those because technically they could have used models with birth defects such as polydactyly and symbrachydactyly (although these assets are clearly results of low-quality ai-generative renders).
Does anyone know which licence you'd need to use a stock photo as a 'background' or context for a product image? I'd like to use a stock photo of a picture frame and greeting card as a mock up of what my posters/cards would look like 'in real life', i.e. framed on a wall, etc. The stock image would not form any part of the product at all; posters are sold unframed and greeting cards are just cards with my own designs on them. The stock images are only used on either my website or possibly somewhere like etsy/instagram, and again, the image itself wouldn't be used in the product being sold.Would this need an enhanced licence, or does the standard licence cover it?Many thanks for your help, and sorry if this is repeating lots of other questions asked before!
Hi! We are planning to make an educational product - a kids book - that will be sold by and NGO and the money will be used for its charity activities with mothers and children. The writer is providing the story for free. The publisher will publish the book for free. The illustrations need to be for free as well. Is adobe stock standard license an option in this case?Thank you!
Hey, My Mac is not working at the moment. I have licenced the files that are both avaialable in JPEG and Vector formats (AI/EPS/SVG), but when I press on download - it automatically downlads .AI only...How do I get EPS? Please help me!
Dear Adobe Team, I accidentally licensed an Enhanced image. Please remove and retore plan credits. Image #385761560
So these short videos can only be used as a background video? If I want to showcase a product, this has to be done in another app? Can one incorporate your own product/products with these clips?
Hello, I would really appreciate any help. I'm trying to download an image from Adobe Stock but keep receiving this error: I have sufficient credit available. I've checked in 'License History' and it's not showing there. I've tried logging out and back in again - as well as using an incognito window (I've even turned my computer off and on again. Twice). I've tried downloading a different image. But the problem persists. What do I do? [moderator cured topics]

I'd like to cancel my Stock abo. But everytime I try to, there's no "Next" Button. I can't finish the cancellation. Does anybody know how I fix this problem?
Ok so I have been looking thru the stocks, unreal how many trash ai.generated images are here but besides that and that my eyes hurt I found out its a place for thiefs and fraudulent graphic designers (if you can call them that ) It seems they say all uploads are verified for quality and stuff so please explain to me this :https://stock.adobe.com/ro/images/female-cat-lovers-who-are-always-invited-everywhere-suitable-for-designing-t-shirts-posters-stickers-and-others/541694543?prev_url=detail This are not his designs ,he did not own them and you can clearly see what horror show is in there Why in the name of the Illustration Gods is Adobe allowing this and even Ai.generated images ? and again I ask :What the hell is going on here ,is this the future of Adobe Stocks and stocks in general ? Supporting this type of actions ? Need to know if so I will go to pirate your suite then ,it seems adobe stock is no different from a pirate in the bay Thanks for reading my post&n
Hi, I've notieced, that there is a lot of AI images. And when I'm looking for pictures in the field of medicine, anatomy, pictures made by AI pop up, which have nothing to do with reality. The prompt is written badly, carelessly, too general and you can see that the person who uploaded such images to stock has little experience in this matter. The prompt depends on the writer. Since these pictures do not reflect the actual anatomy, they show a deformed, untrue image, then they should be separated from the rest. AI should have its own filter in the search filters so that these images can be separated from more reliable and real ones.
Hello,I tried to sign up for a free trial, but Adobe wouldn't accept my Card.I am using a virtual card, could that be the reason why they did not accept it?Could that be the reason, that I do not have enough money on my account and they charge some money in order to verify if the card is legit?
Hello, I would like to use the free trial option and but I am unable to do so with my virtual or my real card. The error is payment could not be processed.I see Adobe charging my card for 0 cents and then nothing happens and it keeps giving me this error. There seems to be no way to communicate with them so I am posting it here. Thx in advance
Whlie I use -ai -generated in my search, A LOT of ai images slip through the cracks. This will serve as my reporting list thread. [Would be easier to to report a user's portfolio as I come across it.] While I have no problem with ai images, untagged AI images are disrupting workflow when I specifically want to weed them out. dreamyart: 100 pages of ai images not tagged as aiSearched "elderly happy black -ai" and got an image of messed up one eyed halloween pumpkins. rodrigo: about 16 pages of mistagged imagesSearched "elderly happy isolated -ai" and got a bunny wearing sunglasses... Karrrtinki: Several pages of ai generated portarats not taggedDefinately can see its ai generated by this nightmare lady. InputUX: untagged images and portrails of people with messed up limbs, clothing, extra fingersFor the most part I don't care about the dancing hedgehog (the dinos are messed up tho) but it all needs to be tagged correctly along with quality control. @Contributor1
Hi all, My first time posting for help here. I was looking at the image below in the Stock library yesterday (4/24/23) and was going to purchase a license for it, but I went back to check today and am seeing a 404 not found page. What happened to make it disappear from the search? How can I contact Adobe and still purchase the license? The URL it was at is below in case I can still access the image and purchase the license. https://stock.adobe.com/images/digital-painting-of-a-lonely-wooden-fishing-boat-lost-at-sea-in-storm-isolated-boat-with-strong-large-waves-surrounding-it-in-a-seascape-artwork-harsh-nature-and-stormy-ocean-with-an-empty-boat/545183399?as_campaign=ftmigration2&as_channel=dpcft&as_campclass=brand&as_source=ft_web&as_camptype=acquisition&as_audience=users&as_content=closure_asset-detail-page) Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi all, just wondering : Lately, any image (and I mean ANY image) I choose, I get a license fee for 69€ instead of the regular 1 credit. Is this normal? How come I don't have any possibility to get images for one credit like it's almost always been?Am I so unlucky, I only choose the expensive ones? or rather, do I have such good taste that I only choose the good ones?OR does the system notice my recurrent credit purchases and actually try to force me into a monthlee fee program?
The number of images I encountered recently that looked like they were from cheap stock photo sites was alarming. I started noticing this months ago; my gut feeling was that Adobe had bought a small stock photo company and migrated their photos over, but that really ends up devaluing Adobe’s reputation. There are more and more of these bad assets in your library and it’s forcing me to reconsider my Adobe Stock subscription. Some were so bad, I find it hard to fathom how they got through reviewers. If I want quality fonts, I know I can confidently turn to Adobe Fonts. I can’t say the same lately for Adobe Stock.
Hello allI have a subscription where I can download 10 images per month. (Einzelperson). Since I don't use all of them, I would like to make sure if I can use them for my employer (social media, flyers)? thank you very much for the answers.
As a preface, I do not ever want to use AI art. Too many times I'll see an image that looks good at the low-resolution preview, only to discover that (after licensing) at high resolution it bears the obvious signs of generative AI. The waters of Adobe Stock have been utterly polluted by this trend. There are "artists" on Twitter bragging about uploading hundreds of images a month and how much money they are making. This has done nothing but skew search results and create more nonsense to wade through. I've added -AI on the search bar but this doesn't filter the incorrectly tagged results. At the very least, add a "mark as AI" button to images so registered users can flag incorrectly tagged content.
I was looking for a customer service email without luck so I'm posting this here.I was doing a search for "older gay couple" and was alarmed by a large majority of the images that result from the search. Example after example of images tagged "AI Generated" in the title, which I appreciate, featuring 2 people that look like SIBLINGS. They are deeply offensive as there are more than enough anti-lgbtq+ messaging that goes around and now these give an incestuous vibe to them. I am horrified. Is anyone actually reviewing these AI Generated images for content and not just pixel count? Adobe Content Team, we need you to do better. Please correct this. If you need examples I'll be happy to provide some links. I suspect the contributors that submit these are probably not in the LGBTQ+ community.
Hello, Without realizing it, I licensed image #145415145, eating up 67 credits! I wish to unlicense this image and choose another within the standard licensing. Is it possible? Any help would be much appreciated.
Oi, Comprei uma licença estendida de uma foto com a intenção de usar em um filme longa metragem com uso comercial. Recebi a fatura, mas preciso apresentar a licença de uso específica da foto que comprei. Onde encontro? obrigado,
