Adobe Stock Attribution.I'm thinking of purchasing one of your images with the Extended License option.The image will be used on T-Shirts which will be advertised for sale on my Website.Can you please confirm what Attribution requirements, if any, I need to adhere to 

Can I use stock images in a outdoor mural.  Do I need the extended for that?

I have logged out, logged in, restarted my computer, tried a different browser... at this time (28 OCT 2022 - Noon EST), I am unable to download licensed images (or free previews!). I'm able to download regular images from web pages, and I'm able to download files from e-mail, etc. There appears to be some sort of proble with Adobe's servers at the current time.

Based in Sweden where Adobe's "customer support" is a joke (= bot chat or a series of old school voice phone button selections where the final answer is "sorry we don't offer phone support for that Adobe product". If someone solves my issue here, I'd be really surprised...

Dear staff, i tried your stock service and i decide to do not renew the subscription BEFORE the trial ending period.This was two months ago.I was back on this site today and i clicked accidentally on the blue button inside a preview photo and the subscription period STARTS AUTOMATICALLY without any warning or confirmation request, downloading the image on my computer. I tried to cancel the subscription and the system ask me a 100 something amount and this is totaly unacceptable cause i don't want the image or a professional subscription that i will never use in my life cause this is not my work! I kindly ask to talk with a human being in order to resolve this issue.Thank you for your support.

Dear Adobe, I registered to use a free trial for a month ($29.99) on August 28th. I noticed that Adobe deducted money from my bank account on Oct 20th because it ended the free period. However, I haven't used your service since last month. I cancelled it right away when I saw the deduction.I would like to know if I would get a refund for that If yes, how? ​I tried to contact you through customer care chat, but it didn't show me how and asked me to post on this forum. How do I download my entire library history from Photol Stock? Instead of one by one?  

Hello all, I work at a design agency and belong to a team plan that does NOT include Adobe Stock. I started a trial Adobe Stock subscription but no longer have a need for the trial or subscription to be active.  Naturally, I use Adobe services with my work email. When I started my trial, it started as a "personal" subscription, rather than as a team—but with my same work email/account info.However, when I go to the account portal, there is no option for me to cancel my "personal" work email stock subscription—it only shows the details of the team plan I belong to (which does not include Stock). In short—I cannot access my "personal" account portal, only view my plan as part of my team.  Anybody have similar issues and find a work around on your own or w/ the Adobe team?

Was looking for an image of a pumpkin for Helloween and went through 30 pages of crap. Some images look like they were made in Paint by a 5-year-old. Guys, come on, delete images which are obviously crap and nobody is going to download them. I don't want to spend hours and hours with browsing every time I look for a picture.

Da ich die letzten Tage nun vermehrt zu einem Thema recherchiert und favorisiert habe, wollte ich mir alle zusammen nun einmal anschauen.Leider ist die Bibliothek "leer". 0 von 0 Dateien wird mir angezeigt.Wie kann das sein? Bin ich auf einen falschen Button gekommen (Meine Bibliotheken)? Ich/wir nutzen einen Unternehmensaccount - kann es daran liegen und dass ich dann erst das Konto wechseln muss, um die Ergebnisse zu sehen.Ich bin verwirrt, hoffe aber noch, dass die Recherche nicht umsonst war.Danke und VG 

I just licensed image 206165896. It is supposed to have a transparent background, but, when I download the EPS/AI version, the "grid" background is part of the image, not indicating a transparency. I do not have time to correct that on the image to use it. Please refund this image and remove the license.

I started free trial with stock at end of Sept to use one photo. I have since tried to cancel trial, but no record of plan or freetrial exists on my account so cannot cancel. I received no email confirmation or any other way of cancelling trial. Now adobe is taking money from me. There seems to be no way of stoppin them just extracting money from account on the basis of a free trial that it impossible to escape from. Anyone help?

I purchased a 100% editable text effect thinking I could change the text. So is there no way to change the text? Why advertise that it can be changed? Very very misleading!!
