Hello,when I try to subscribe to a subscription plan the form does not show all the spaces where to enter the data and I cannot continue, I have tried from different devices and browsers but nothing, I cannot go on. How can I do?

When I receive a newsletter from Adobe offering free assets (templates etc) I go to that article and when I click "Open in App" Photoshop opens, but doesn't shot the template. I also looked for it in My Library, but it's not there either. It happened to me several times now while I didn't have problems with it some time ago.

Oops - I inadvertently downloaded a template (#346241979) when I was just trying to view it.  Is there a way to cancel/credit this?Thanks!

Hallo zusammen, meine Partnerin und ich sind beide im selbstständigen Online-Business tätig und nutzen regelmäßig Adobe Stock.Wir besitzen kein gemeinsames Unternehmen, wie bswp. eine GbR o.ä.  Dürfen wir laut Bedingungen auch eine Teams-Lizenz als quasi zwei Privatpersonen abschließen oder können wir nur unseren beiden eigenständigen Abos weiterführen? Besten Dank vorab für die Hilfe.

Hallo,die "Künstlersozialkasse" diskutiert gerade mit uns herum, dass das Erwerben von Lizenzrechten an Bildern bei Adobe Stock unter die KSK falle. Stimmt das? In den Lizenzbedingungen und bei einem amerikanischem Unternehmen kann ich mir das eigentlich nicht vorstellen. Hello,the "Künstlersozialkasse" is currently discussing with us that acquiring licensing rights to images on Adobe Stock falls under the KSK. Is this true? In the license terms and with an American company, I can't really imagine that.

Hi, I accidentally licensed FILE #:  65656991 while browsing images, thinking it would provide licensing information. I believe it was deducted from my allotment. Is there any way to reverse this error?

Hello,I think I exaggerated with the amount of saved favorite photos in the library and the photos stopped showing me. Have a window with pops up: "failed to get library item".  I have 2358 saved ... What can I do to make them appear so that I can separate them into several folders? Thank you.  

I found many wrong photos in the "ophthalmic examination" section.On the pictures the doctor use a defected trial frame with missing parts. Its so funny...Please find the attached pic with comments.

Paid for a licensed image and can't download. I contacted support the day I purchased. 4 times since have contacted support who assured me 24-48 hours to resolve the issue, it's been 9 days! They are unable to fix the issue and won't issue a refund so I can buy another image.

I have 18 assets as we pay for 10 standard assets a month and the breakdown states "What can you buy with your credit packs?" - 8 credits for HD Video but when I try and buy said video I can't seem to do so and it asks me to either pay $75 or upgrade my plan. I don't want to do either as I want to use the credits on my plan paid for.  What can I do?

There is clearly pictures labeled HDRI-s but only download option is .jpg ?

I have a freelance client that I am working on a PPT template for as well as matching Word Doc templates. These are for company use, not being resold or anything by them and I would say that really the assets would be use for a title slide or as part of a cover page. Meaning the value of the templates will be the information the client adds in (copy). My question is, can I use a standard license to download assets to help with this project? I've read through a lot of the terms and it seems that because the value isn't in the assets and they aren't being sold by the company, so the standard license should be ok as long as it is only used for one client?

Hi Adobe Support Team, I am having troube with an invoice, as it only has my name on it, but not the company name. Agora foi-me cobrada a primeira mensalidade porque me esqueci de cancaelar a subscrição. Can I put a small image on the cover of a book under standard licence? Print run of 200, and the image just illustration to the detailed text? Image would not be full page.
