I'm logged in and trying to download a preview, but the the message, "Good News, looks like you already have a plan." Yesterday, 12/11 it seemed to have fixed itself, but today, 12/12 it's doing it again. Please advise!Today, 12/13 it still persists.Today, 12/15 it still persists.Today, 1/17: I've discovered that it ONLY works when you are on the specific image page. Otherwise, it still gives the error.

Was bedeutet das und wie kann ich ihr wieder alle Bilder zugänglich machen?

Unfortunately, I forgot to verify my teacher status in time, and as a result I was charged the regular (higher) price for the past two months.I was eligible for the education discount during this entire period, and I have now successfully verified my status as a teacher. downloaded a PNG file from Adobe Stock. File consists of multiple vector icon images. When opened in Adobe Illustrator I couldn't select the icon image to use in a project. Layers panel shows no grouping or clipping mask withih the panel. How can I select the icon within?

I downloaded two separate Reeded Glass effects from Adobe Stock and neither of them work. This is from https://stock.adobe.com/templates/reeded-glass-refraction-image-effect-mockup/1394985931 And this is the image it created. Not at all like reeded glass. Second one I tried, https://stock.adobe.com/templates/reeded-glass-texture-image-effect-mockup/984722752 just looks like a glass overlay. There's no instructions, but the files both look straight-forward. Help or refund?

Greetings! I have a confusion. I am concerned about it. I found that the RGB value of my deisgn's background in EPS file mismatch with the adobe dashboard preview image's RGB value. as for exampe, one of my design's background's RGB - 156, 226, 177; where adobe dashboard preview images' RGB - 161, 211, 174. (this same design's dahboard preview in another marketpalce shoes similar RGB value like adobe stock). On contrary, i crosschek two diffrent designs (diffrent background) but found only +1 variantion in RGB vales. So, shall i be releivd that my software seetings is OK, likewise, my process of EPS handling/uploading EPS is OK? and I don't need to be worry??  Thanks

Or, ce matin, je viens de me rendre compte que je suis débitée 35,99 euros depuis août 2025 ! alors que j'ai les preuves de ma résiliation. i'm trying to change my subscription from paying monthly to paying annually. i have the 10 assests a month plan. for the life of me i can't figure out how to simply change that in the account manager. the closest i've been able to get to doing this is going to "change your plan" under "manage plan" & attempt to change from adobe stock – 10 assets a month to adobe stock – 10 assets a month but with the "annual, prepaid" commitment selected. i keep getting this error message: Sorry, we could not change your plan. Please retry. i assume it's b/c i'm trying to change to the same plan i currently have (except the payment sub is different), but cannot say for sure since the error message is so vague. any help is greatly appreciated.

I suddenly can't download anything - I just keep getting the message " Welcome back. Good News, looks like you already have a plan." when I click the button to download. If I click the x or the OK on that message it just takes me back to the search screen and does it again if I try and download. Can we fix this please? I have had this account for years, and am paid up to date. I have an annual plan paid monthly for Adobe Stock and have a Creative Cloud account also. Please fix asap, busy work time for me - Alix Wood

Hello,I have a subscription to Adobe Stock photos, but when I go to download an image I only get the options "try the free version to purchase this image" or "buy extended license to purchase this image". Why do I get these options when I already have a supscription, and should be able to download images? Hope someone can help me 🙂
