If I'm using a licensed illustration from AdobeStock as a component of a logo, is there a restriction on that? Nothing in the licenses seems to indicate that stock used as a component is off limits.

Hello, I am the author of a non-fiction book that is using images from Adobe Stock. I have an urgent and important question: do I have to credit each image with the photographer's name / Adobe Stock, or it would just be a plus, out of courtesy? The information concerning this issue is a bit ambiguous I find on Adobe Stock website. There is no doubt that an 'editorial use only' image has to be credited this way, but it seems that all the other images are not required to be accompanied by a credit line.Am I right?Many thanks in advance for your help, we are about to finalise the file for the printer, would not want to make a big mistake 😉 All the best elodie

I licensed the 4K by mistake - I wanted HD ( FILE #: 524340724). How do I get a credit? There should be a way to make HD the default.

A few months ago, I downloaded a bunch of sample clips from Adobe Stock for a video, and now that the client has finally approved all of the footage, I can't seem to find one particular clip anywhere. I even searched using the ID number in the filename. 426514474 to be exact. Is there another way to retrieve this? Is it gone forever? Is there a way to track down the series of clips that it might have belonged to and hope to find a different clip / angle of the same subject? Some of our projects sit in development waiting for client feedback for months. Before we finalize everything, we use these watermarked clips. This client is SUPER picky and technical about footage choice, and unfortunately, this clip that I can't find was one of the hardest to find in the first place!

Hi, I have a problem with Adobe Stock. I accidentally subscribed Stock membership on Beginning of August  , I have noticed that I subcribed something that unessential  then I tried to cancel this plan but Adobe was going to charge more than Double of the actual price for the product that I did not use ,I did not want to buy, I did not want to subscribe.How Could I get my refund ??

I upgraded my personal account to a team account.   At the time of the upgrade, I owned 100 assets that I had saved up over my two year subscription, and had licensed roughly 120 images +/- 5.   Upon upgrading, all of my assets were removed, and my previously licensed content was switched to a team account, requiring me to use another asset to acquire them.    This was not presented information at the time of upgrade. Adobe chat support has ghosted me over ten times, and I have spent hours on the phone about this. I am told I "canceled" my account, when I did no such thing.    More strange is that at this same time, i get two random charges from adobe that are inconsistent with the normal fee. I believe a prorate. Nobody from adobe support chat has been able to even locate these charges. I'm not sure if they are connected, but somehow I lost all my assets, all my licensed content, and got mystery charges from upgrading. This really has me regretting my dec

Hi, We've got some pack credits and plan credits and the pack credits expire soon but we don't have the option to use them. It's only allowing us to purchase with plan credits so we can't use up the remaining pack credits. How do we use these please?

Hello, We are trying to create an API request to buy Adobe Stock assets (images) but we need to generate a Barear token and add it to the authorization header to do so. We are following the guide found here: https://developer.adobe.com/stock/docs/getting-started/03-api-authentication/#generate-an-access-token but it seems to be outdated as it is missing some of the information and contains old links, for example, https://www.adobe.io/content/udp/en/apis/cloudplatform/console/authentication   For complete information about creating access tokens, see the Adobe I/O API Authentication Guide . Here you will also find examples of creating JWTs using Java and Node.js.     Could you please help with the details that are needed to generate my Barear Token, what data I need to pass and to which endpoint or link to the existing guide, please.   best regards

Hi, I have a subscription to Adobe Captivate.  Where can I find images to download for captivate?  Is Adobe Stock included with a Captivate subscription?

I downloaded a jpeg version of https://stock.adobe.com/images/minimalist-financial-planner-bill-debt-payoff-log-monthly-weekly-budget-saving-income-expenses-account-credit-card-goal-calendar-pages-templates-collection-set-of-vector-ai-eps-10/401112554?prev_url=detailIt was perfect, but a bit low quality for my purposes; I downloaded it again as a vector, and rather than the whole image coming through, it only gives me the bill tracker sheet. I've searched and searched in my AI to see if there are other pages in the download and there aren't. Does anyone know what the heck is going on? Is this common with the 'package' images? 

When downloading the grunge/distressed border file at https://stock.adobe.com/images/set-of-grunge-style-frames-black-on-white-background/289095065?prev_url=detail I was sad to find that the file it actually downloads is a set of arrows. While they're lovely arrows, they are not what I need to complete my project, and there doesn't seem to be a way to just report through the stock site that there's an issue with the image. Any advice would be great because I'm sure my manager would appreciate our image credits being used for images we actually need. Thanks! 

I have never heard of a more shady business model in my life. I signed up for a free trial, only to be told I cannot cancel without paying it. Today I received a call saying they would like payment for the first month and second month. Even though I haven't paid for the first month in the first place. So they have you locked in and keep charging you monthly for a service you can't even use until you pay to cancel. If you have been screwed by adobe please email me at [removed personal info]I'm putting together a case for a class action lawsuit.

I started on December 21. According to my order history, just for trial, the Adobe Stock -10 images a month (one-year) plan. The first month it is free. I've been charged for over 6 months without my knowledge, and I want to cancel that plan. The plan does not appear in Plans & Products when I log in to my account. There is no confirmation email of cancellation, I even talked to their online CS chat, and they're not helpful at all. As a result, I cannot cancel that plan. Can someone for the sake of god help me out on this, I feel like I am dumping money into the water as I m not using the plan at all.

It would be great if we could hit a follow button in adobe stock for creators we really like, especially in audio where there is no real way to save the works one is interested in without downloading the asset.  Thank you for your consideration!Axel

I'm an Adobe Stock subscriber and find that I'm unable to preview audio assets on the CC My Library site (running the latest version of Firefox (103.0.1) on a M1 MacBook with OSX 12.3).   On the CC site I'm able to preview all the assets that I've ever saved (licensed or unlicensed) EXCEPT for the audio. I only see icons with titles and have no ability to play them. Same issues exists with Safari (both iOS and MacOS).   Of course I can search for the titles again or find the preview files in my finder, but that's hardly expedient. Is this a browser or an audio licensing issue?   I'm also having issues previewing comp audio saved in My CC Library within Premiere Pro but will ask that question in the appropiate forum.  

Hi, does Extented Licence allows POD usage without modification such as RedBubble, Amazon Merch etc?

There are two options for video, 4K and HD. The 4K version is the default selection, so I licensed this by mistake, which has taken the majority of my credits. How can rectify this?
