I just went and had a look at one of my competitor websites and noticed they have simply copied the images which I paid a licence for and used it on their website. What can I do about this?

Why facebook do not let me use and upload pictures from adobe Stock?

So I made the mistake of signing up for my free ten Adobe Stock photos. I accidentally clicked on a premium photo, called support (800-833-6687) held for over an hour before speaking to Jinadh.  I explained that Adobe Stock doesn't make it clear when you are picking your ten free stock photos that if you click "license this" on the wrong photo (which they don't explain anywhere that it isn't included in the ten free photos, they are displayed all over the page among them), you will be charged $89. I explained it was in error and that I didn't want the photo and asked for a refund. Jinadh put me on hold and asked his supervisor (Sunil) if they could refund the money.  He said nope, not gonna happen.  I pay $350/year for the entire Creative Suite, so you'd think they'd be a little more likely to work with me. NOPE.Don't fall for the free Adobe Stock Photo Scam!!Wasted one hour and sixteen minutes on the worst customer service on earth.

Hi, I signed up for free trial for Adobe Stock and meant to cancel it before the trial ends, now Adobe keeps trying to charge me and I can't cancel the plan unless I pay. I did not download a single asset after the trial ended and I do not want to pay for nothing. When will my plan be automatically cancelled?

Hi,I had this subscription: Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month and I switched to Adobe Creative Cloud.I haven't used all the assets and I would like to be able to used them (remaining more than 100). Otherwise can you refund them to me? Regards

How and where can I complain about a purchased picture?

Hi, I have this subscription: Adobe Stock – 10 assets a monthI don't get them all used and I understand that up to 120 are referred from month to month. But where do I see that number? How do I know what my available asset count is?

Hi, I just downloaded 10 free audio materials (promotion) from adobe stock. I put one on the timeline of Adobe premiere pro. During compilation, the program informs me that it is demo material and there is no license. Can I legally use this audio material in my material or not?

good day!our company saw that someone is selling our images on your stockthese are our exclusive imageswe want them removed from salehow to do it?

Hello, I used the free stock photo trial back in November of 2021 and cancelled it before the trial ran out. I received an email saying "Cancellation confirmation. We’ve processed your cancellation request. Your Adobe Stock subscription will end on 01-December-2021 (PT). As a reminder, you’ll lose access to all your unused Adobe Stock downloads after your subscription ends. You may continue to use assets you’ve already licensed." I have recently noticed that I have been charged for December 2021, January 2022 and February 2022. When I access my account the free trial shows under subscriptions for November 2021 but there are no invoices or charges listed after that. My credit card statements shows adobe stock - $29.99. I am unable to access customer care or administrators through the Adobe website to correct this. Can someone please help correct this error and refund my card. I did not authorize these charges.

I've been licensing images since 2017 but have just recently started to notice previously licensed images disappearing from Adobe Stock and no longer being able to be downloaded. These are still listed in my license history, but can no longer be accessed, and has a message indicating they're unavailable for download. I expect to be able to use these images for commercial products even though they're no longer available. Some of them have been used already since I've been at this since 2017. If they have been removed for some reason that makes the license no longer valid, I should be informed of why and whether I need to take any action regarding any products that already use the licenses. Additionally, if I can no longer use the licenses, the credit should be returned to me so that I can license other images instead. These are the affected images:#110980419 by vukkostic, licensed 2017-06-23#168647332 by grandfailure, licensed 2017-11-02#229201257 by Kami Na, licensed 2019-05-

Dear Adobe, I bought FILE #: 424941717 by accident. How do I get the credit back? Thanks, Henry

Adobe Stock site says Credit Packs are best method for licensing video. Credit Pack page says 80 credits buys 10x HD videos. Question: How many 4K videos does 80 credits buy? I simply cannot find this information on Adobe Stock site ... and I cannot find a sales/contact email to query it? Much obliged.

I was browsing some stock images on my tablet. I wanted to click on an image for a preview but it seems it started to license the image. There wasn't any confirmation. I couldn't find a way to stop the licensing in time and now I have one unwanted image.  I haven't downloaded it yet.The image number 39317873

Good Afternoon, I recently signed up for the free trial of Adobe Stock.I was confused about how the licensing aspect of the website worked, and instead of previewing the photos to  view them, i was pressing the license button. I was unaware that i was able to revoke the license for images that I wasn't going to utilize. Now I have used all of my l0 assets and i'm now unable to license any further images until the end of the month, which renders this website useless for 30 days. Is there anyway to revoke the license for images I don't want? or credit my account so I can continue using this website before my trial ends? #273042565#273042528#274456550#270241334#274456890#37250308These are the images which i don't want to utilize / dont require a license for. I now understand that i can preview the image without licensing it. Thanks, James

Hi, I have accidentally licensed an image when I meant to click preview. Is there any way to revert this? Imaged licensed is #293405808

I signed up for Adobe Stock and now want to cancel it but I can't. I'm using your website, it's clear you're doing everything possible to thwart people making this request. I go around and around on the contact menus, and Adobe keeps throwing more and more options and faqs.I needed less than 10 images and now I was charged for 2 full months of this plan. How can I cancel this plan?

I accidentally licensed an image I do not want while looking around. Can I get it reversed? The license is #461120277 .  Thank you!

Hello, I recently signed up for adobe stock and I accidentally licensed the following images below instead of saving them to the library. Is there anyway to remove those licenses?IDs: #353451425#349975070#457793031#383003676#428025867#479001770

Hello,I acquired an unusable file on Illustrator. Is it possible to cancel and get a credit? This file is : #74467131Thank you

I accidentally licensed several Adobe Stock images while browsing through search results on my tablet. How can I return them? I am new to this Adobe service and have not been able to figure out how to do this from my account.

I wantet to try out somethings with vector "bubbles" to see how far i can work with that. But as my licens expired, they are not vector anymore, but weirdly cut pixel. What is the problem here? i read that this should not happen.
