I downloaded the stock File#: 675457227 titled "Water electric splash 3d logo reveal fully editable template."  When I download the file using my web browser it gives me an .MP4 video. If I import using my asset library it imports a .MOV file. I have searched Google and the Adobe Community for information on how to import this file in such a way that it is editable. I only find information regarding MOGRT files which I have successfully imported/installed in the past. I attempted to import both the MOV and MP4 files using both Premier and After Effects but no luck.Is there something I am doing wrong?Is the file mislabeled/tagged?If the file is indeed mislabeled is it possible to have my credits refunded?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a stock image with one of my credits but it was clearly advertised as a vector file and was in reality a JPEG.This is the id : 519668788I've downloaded other assets from this artist and they were all Illustrator vector files so this was clearly misleading.The description says : Transport icon set with editable stroke and white background. Thin line style of bus, car, truck and train stock vector.What can I do?Thank you!

This bug has been active a few days now. When I click the "more from this series" and "see more" it just takes me back to the previous main search page. I downlaoded an Adobe Vector image and it has this flaw in it when opened in Illustrator.

I recently downloaded an image that claims to be seamless but really when tiled there are lots of little color inconsistencies. Very important while printing! Beware when downloading seamless vectors, I know from experience that converting JPGs to vectors creates these inconsistencies and I think that's what some artists probably do that results in this issue. 

I downloaded an image from Adobe Stock without downloading the preview first.  After importing it into Photoshop I noticed that there appear to be faint artifacts of other watermarks on the image.  I knew this was an AI-generated image before downloading it but I didn't expect to find these additional watermarks on the image.  This makes it unusable. Wanted to report this image for further review.   I'm not concerned about getting refunded but wanted to keep others from making the same mistake. https://stock.adobe.com/images/icing-frosting-texture-seamless-background-close-up-created-with-generative-ai-technology/598401760?prev_url=detail Also, this is kind of a red flag... I was under the assumption that the images generated with AI were using a dataset of other Adobe stock images.  These watermarks make it seem that Adobe stock is stripping images from Google or elsewhere without consent (hints the watermarks).

FILE #: 535769840 is a misleading stock asset. It says it has a transparent background but the grey checkerboard background is baked into the video and impossible to remove with After Effects. Would like those 8 credits back.

Hi. This set of icons is uploaded under two different image ID's; #641892173, only available as JPEG and #641892519, available as JPEG *and* AI (as it should be considering it is even presented as editable and an obvious vector graphic). I, of course, downloaded the first one for a project never thinking it was only a JPEG download. Then I saw the other one when it popped up after I checked [vectorized] in the filters.  The producer have uploaded loads of icon sets, so I hope there isn't some sort of hustle going on. It would be a good idea for Adobe to look through so there isn't more double files with different file numbers than those mentioned above.I also would like the credit refunded. Ich habe zusätzlich zu meinem Credits-Abo ein Credit-Pack gekauft. Sobald ich wieder Credits aus dem Abo habe, werden die Credits aus dem Abo automatisch verwendet bei einem Bilderkauf. Sofern man die Credits aus dem Abo nicht alle verwendet, bleiben die Credits aus einem Pack also immer auf dem gleichen Stand. Da sie nach einem Jahr verfallen, habe ich also keine Chance, die Credits aus dem Pack zu verbrauchen, bevor nicht alle Abo-Credits benutzt sind.Wieso kann man nicht selber wählen, welche Credits man zuerst verwenden will, wenn die schon nicht in einem Konto geführt werden??Ich kann die Lösungen, die bisher gefunden wurden (oder auch nicht) leider nicht nachvollziehen bzw. sie funktionieren nicht bei mir.

I just purchased a free trial for adobe stock, but when I login to my account, the search engine does not load any content and get to 'page not found'.  Any suggestions of how to fix this issue? 

I have not been able to load Adobe Stock libraries for a few months now. When I click on "My libraries" menu on the top right I receive the following message; Something went wrong!  We couldn’t load your libraries. Try again by viewing all libraries. When I click on "view all" I receive the following message;Could not load libraries. I have tried to login usingSafari Version 16.5 (18615.2.9.11.4)Chrome Version 122.0.6261.94 (Official Build) (arm64) I have tried whitelisting some sites for my browser as discussed in a previous discussion and I have tried clearing my cache. I really need Libraries to assist with sourcing images for our various brands - help please!

Hello dear community,I recently found a solution to a adobe stock problem that I had to deal with for months and even Adobe support couldn't help me, so here is the information.If adobe stock has extremely long loading times, crahes when searching for images and you can hardly work with it because you can neither download previews nor license an image, then try deleting the library. I had more than 1,000 pieces of media stored in my library and that assumingly was the problem. Hi, I'm trying to browse stock photos and wanted to disable AI generated ones. Previously I had the option to filter those out. But at times it's like half of the filters have gone missing? Then suddenly on a new search, they all reappear... First tests I did seemed to link it to amount of words used in the search, but later I couldn't reproduce it in that way again. Still, seems the fewer (less than 3 words) will keep giving all filter options.  I should be able to ALWAYS having the "disable Ai content" at least. That one shouldn't depend on number of words.  Had a support ticket too, but I closed it too early as I thought the filters had returned for good when I did a new search. I downloaded the vector file and it is a completely different image than what the preview shows. This actually happens quite a lot and there is no quick or easy way to report it.

I downloaded Adobe Stock Asset #646290770 as a preview first. It worked well in the video so I licensed the 4K version. The Asset was 10s of nothing. So I licensed the HD version and the asset was also just 10s of black. How do I get the correct asset or get a refund?

I don't know how to link this specific Template that I bought but I am not getting what I asked for.The template is a pitch deck in landscape format when I download it appears as a CV in a horizontal format, just a totally different file. Hello, I'm ultimately unsure if this is my misunderstanding due to Adobe documentation or if I'm doing something wrong. I have an annual contract with (2) Adobe Stock subscriptions. One for 40 assets a month, and another new one for 750 assets per month. I have listed the admin account as the user under both products to attempt to activate Stock per this Adobe help page to assign users to Adobe Stock for teams . Issue 1?: when I go to stock.adobe.com, I see plan credits instead of assets. There's another Adobe help page (under Common Questions > Adobe Stock for Enterprise and Teams, then under "Adobe Stock for Teams > How should I activate the Adobe Stock Plan for teams that I purchased recently?) that shows assets instead of credits under the user profile so I'm confused here.
