Ich habe zusätzlich zu meinem Credits-Abo ein Credit-Pack gekauft. Sobald ich wieder Credits aus dem Abo habe, werden die Credits aus dem Abo automatisch verwendet bei einem Bilderkauf. Sofern man die Credits aus dem Abo nicht alle verwendet, bleiben die Credits aus einem Pack also immer auf dem gleichen Stand. Da sie nach einem Jahr verfallen, habe ich also keine Chance, die Credits aus dem Pack zu verbrauchen, bevor nicht alle Abo-Credits benutzt sind.Wieso kann man nicht selber wählen, welche Credits man zuerst verwenden will, wenn die schon nicht in einem Konto geführt werden??Ich kann die Lösungen, die bisher gefunden wurden (oder auch nicht) leider nicht nachvollziehen bzw. sie funktionieren nicht bei mir.

I just purchased a free trial for adobe stock, but when I login to my account, the search engine does not load any content and get to 'page not found'.  Any suggestions of how to fix this issue? 

I have not been able to load Adobe Stock libraries for a few months now. When I click on "My libraries" menu on the top right I receive the following message; Something went wrong!  We couldn’t load your libraries. Try again by viewing all libraries. When I click on "view all" I receive the following message;Could not load libraries. I have tried to login usingSafari Version 16.5 (18615.2.9.11.4)Chrome Version 122.0.6261.94 (Official Build) (arm64) I have tried whitelisting some sites for my browser as discussed in a previous discussion and I have tried clearing my cache. I really need Libraries to assist with sourcing images for our various brands - help please!

Hello dear community,I recently found a solution to a adobe stock problem that I had to deal with for months and even Adobe support couldn't help me, so here is the information.If adobe stock has extremely long loading times, crahes when searching for images and you can hardly work with it because you can neither download previews nor license an image, then try deleting the library. I had more than 1,000 pieces of media stored in my library and that assumingly was the problem. Hi, I'm trying to browse stock photos and wanted to disable AI generated ones. Previously I had the option to filter those out. But at times it's like half of the filters have gone missing? Then suddenly on a new search, they all reappear... First tests I did seemed to link it to amount of words used in the search, but later I couldn't reproduce it in that way again. Still, seems the fewer (less than 3 words) will keep giving all filter options.  I should be able to ALWAYS having the "disable Ai content" at least. That one shouldn't depend on number of words.  Had a support ticket too, but I closed it too early as I thought the filters had returned for good when I did a new search. I downloaded the vector file and it is a completely different image than what the preview shows. This actually happens quite a lot and there is no quick or easy way to report it.

I downloaded Adobe Stock Asset #646290770 as a preview first. It worked well in the video so I licensed the 4K version. The Asset was 10s of nothing. So I licensed the HD version and the asset was also just 10s of black. How do I get the correct asset or get a refund?

Hello, I'm ultimately unsure if this is my misunderstanding due to Adobe documentation or if I'm doing something wrong. I have an annual contract with (2) Adobe Stock subscriptions. One for 40 assets a month, and another new one for 750 assets per month. I have listed the admin account as the user under both products to attempt to activate Stock per this Adobe help page to assign users to Adobe Stock for teams . Issue 1?: when I go to stock.adobe.com, I see plan credits instead of assets. There's another Adobe help page (under Common Questions > Adobe Stock for Enterprise and Teams, then under "Adobe Stock for Teams > How should I activate the Adobe Stock Plan for teams that I purchased recently?) that shows assets instead of credits under the user profile so I'm confused here. I recently downloaded this photo, and it appears to be AI generated, but it was not labeled as such, and I always turn on filters to exclude AI content. This artist is taking ai generated images and throwing them in live trace and calling it a day. There are major issue with extra fingers an such. How are these vector images passing quality control? for example they are not marking their stock as AI gen nor bothering to fix errors. thier galley is filled with this. apparently we're supposed to PM adobe to report an image, but the message wouldn't send when I tried to PM an adobe employee (is there an official avenue to report images?) this is the image: FILE #:  588716402It is marked as Safe Search even though you can see their private parts. that is all.

I just downloaded an AI image and when I looked at it closely it is distorted. How can I get a credit refund? This has happened before is there a quick way to return them when they are incorrect e.g. the womans left eye in the image today is distorted. I cannot use the image. 

When searching for an image, upon attempting to download it, it asks me to log into the account but I'm already logged in. It then launches a new window with no user at all and no option to log in. Te back button goes back to my "logged-in account" and keeps doing this over and over, preventing me from using Stock at all. How do I get rid of this unusable loop?

Hi there!I'm writting here because I've found an image in Adobe Stock that I think is inappropriate. I've already reached the user assistance to tell them the problem. They took note and scaled the issue, but they also encouraged me to come to the forum and place it on record. I'm not totally comfortable sharing the reference of the images, but it's the only way to report them. The reference of the first image I saw is 721771487. As I was copying the number for referencing it here, I saw other photo in the same series which I think has the same problem: 721771275. The keywords we were using for the search were "día del padre comida", which stand for "father's day meal". Here at work we all think both images and descriptions are definetely inadequate and reportable. And also, look at the images' description, there's clearly an intention!Hope something can be done. And we definitely need a tool to flag content like this in an easier way...
