I realy need help about our AdobeStock licencing (750 images/month).We have the following error message when trying to download some images and we don't understand why?"You have reached the limit of licenses available to users. Purchase additional licenses or remove licenses assigned to other users."We are sure that we have not reached the 750 images/month available.How all this is counted? or how to view the download report ?Thank you in advance if you can help.

I started using Adobe Stock today. I was very excited to be able to use royalty free music from Adobe. I was unpleasantly surprised when a claimant struck down the first piece of music from Adobe in one of my videos. It turns out that a track you have listed as "Making Her Smile" by Yigit Atilla is actually a track called "Always" by Leonel Brody. Is this a common occurrence? Do you legally back the usage of the tracks you are providing as royalty free?

Can I know why it is impossible to contact you via forum? what a poor service! I subscribed to the adobe stock subscription after the trial and you promised me 2 months for free and in the end you still charged me for the month of March and since then it's been impossible to contact you, no mail, nothing! it's scandalous!

Hi. I started free trial on December and did not know it was monthly payment. I paid January, Feburary and March and finally found out that I've paid it for three months. I did not used stock at all. Can I get a refund of those three months payments? Thank you.

Hello, I had a credit pack and accidentally licensed 7 images instead of downloading the preview. Is there a way to receive a credit for the images I accidentally licensed? Thanks.

free trial - spelling mistake in my email.Can not confirm my account, nor chancel it.Ticked Paypal as paying method, if I don´t cancel after 4 weeks.  Will I have to pay for a non-funcitoningn account now? Does anyone have any idea why this has suddenly started happening today? I just want to go back to  the way it has always worked in the past, where I click on an image in my search to get a closer look and it enlarges and then collapses back down with all the other previews when I've studied it. Its now opening a new browser window. I have 900 images to source in a couple of weeks and if I have to keep closing the new window each time it's going to slow me down considerably! I'm using latest Firefox browser - 87.0. Thanks so much for any help!

If I have 114 available images to download, but want to cancel payments for any future months, will I lose my 114 available images, or with those always be mine?

Hello I allready contacted the support buy phone and they told me to send an email with the needed information. But I never heard from the support again. I want to transfer the credits and the images from a standalone/individual Adobe Stock plan to a Adobe Creative Cloud for teams environment. I know this can be done (support told me) but my questions are: 1. Hi! I purchased a license of footage for use on an project a year ago but was looking to use the same clip for a separate project - does the license ever expire? If I want to use it on a different project do I have to repurchase the clip? Thanks! 

Hi,  I downloaded over a hundred items today (just on time to end my Stock subscription tomorrow, without losing my rights to these already paid-for assets), but at least 2 items are of bad quality and can't be used. How can I get a refund (= credit for 2 new assets)?  See attachments:1. First image has a different colour in the download (too dull to use) than in its preview (vibrant orange)2. Second image has a typo ("Servey" instead of "Survey")I can only check the rest of the items (e.g. Illustrator and Photoshop files) on Sunday. Adobe should have done all quality checks before making assets available. Can you please confirm that there's no time-limit for refund requests when there are issues? Thanks, Carin

We love the images they are using on our blogs and social media, but we want to make sure that when that the licensing transfers to us as well. I purchased the 4K video and found that the image quality is very unclear, and there are obvious masks on the video. Does this require a refund? It cannot be used at all......

File # 391629682This image is supposed to be a vector. As soon as I opened it and saw that the artboard was 319x519px, I knew something was wrong. Resized it for use in a poster and it was crazy pixellated. Turns out it's just a bunch of very low resolution images in a vector file. Completely useless for any modern print or digital application. I would like this refunded and this submitter's other assets checked for these shenanigans.

I'm having an issue with several stock images that are AI files. When I bring them, or the jpg file that I also downloaded, into Photoshop they are appearing with the checkered "transparent" background showing and they are also very small. But it isn't transparent or on a layer that can be deleted. The ones that are doing this are file #'s 414993987, 99068828 & 238921664.  I was able to work around the last 2 to make them usable, but the first one I just can't get it to look right on the banner that I'm working on and it's the one that I really need. Is there a way to fix the transparancy? Thanks, Sabrina

We already subscrobed to Adobe Stock Please advise in writing how to buy all the copyrights for a specific photo and be the only sole user for it and how much it will cost. please answer back in writing so I can pass it to my boss with very clear terms and conditions and help me how to make it on your site.
