Erworben wurden für einen Kunden Standardlizenzen. Dürfen diese von mir gekauften Bilder an den Kunden weitergegeben werden?Dürfen die freigestellten Bilder an den Kunden weitergegeben werden?Muss der Kunde selber diese Bilder kaufen - Account machen und lizensieren und archivieren?Darf ich mit Adobe-Bildern die der Kunde geliefert hat arbeiten, für seine Produkte etc...?Darf ich das Bild für einen weiteren Kunden nutzen?Danke & LG

I bought a file (317831857) that should be a pack of 5 seamless patterns.When I opened the file in Photoshop, it only had the front page (as it is on the website).I'd like to obtain the 5 images separately. Anyone to help me?Thanks.

Hi, I'm new to everything copyright so I just wanted to make sure: I downloaded some pictures from the free stock and I saw they could be used for commercial purposes; but do I still need to add the source somewhere on my support? I am doing a marketing proposal for prospects so do I need to add the credit (adobe stock free) on my documents?  thanks!

Hello!I am not 100% sure if I understood right the licences and I want to be sure. I want to use Adobe Stock mockups (e.g. https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/mock-up-frame-in-boy-nursery-with-natural-wooden-furniture-3d-render/355964699) and put my own design poster in the frame to use it like product picture on my website and to make advertisement on social media. The poster I put in the frame is my own design and I dont want to sell the mockup picture of the e.g. nursery room.Can I do so with the standard license? Can I use one mockup as a background for different posters buying only one standard licence? Can I use the free trial period images, too? I understand it like: “if the background image is NOT the product I sell, neither the product I sell will be bought mainly because of the mockup picture, I can use the standard licence”. I am new to illustrator and trying to get up to speed. My question is if there is a way to tell prior to licensing files in Adobe Stock if they contain compound paths for the text? It seems to be a real pain to find a file you like only to license it and find out you now have to go through the trouble of deleting all the compound paths and replacing the text with your own fonts.Maybe I am missing something but in my head I want to be able to find a file I like, open it in Illustrator and quickly edit the text, colors, etc. and then use the file as I want to. I currently have an adobe stock trial that I wish to cancel, but the option to do so is not available. I think it is because I have a student adobe account under my university's plan, but I paid for the trail outside of my university plan with my own debit card so clearly stock doesn't come with it and now I am unable to cancel it. I have no interest in the trial and am hoping to get this issue resolved.

Is this possible?I'm new to Adobe Creative Cloud, am supposed to have 10 free images but have given up on that since it seems you are forced to buy a subscription to get those free images. Can anyone outline the steps to purchase one image only? No subscription?

Hi there,   I've seen in several forums that people who've accidentally licensed images from Adobe Stock have been given credit back. Is there any other option, to cancel those licensed images, or could I have credit back for those 6 images? They will not be used for any projects, so my credits are wasted if I can't get that credit back. Thanks,Steve

Just used Adobe Stock on my phone for the first time. Clicked on an image to view and instead it told me that I had licensed image #159257772. No comfirmation, no warning, just took one of my licenses. I conacted support and they said, don't worry, you still have other licenses. I was happy with this product until know. If I can't look through images on my mobile device I am way less productive.

Hi, I would like to ask. I use Adobe Stock images on websites. I have a standard licence. As I read I have to add copyright [author name] / Adobe Stock to each image.Need to be copyright visible? For example: image is aligned to center and as screen sizes changes, only part of image is in view. Then copyright isn't in view, but when you open image in new tab and image is viewed in all his size, you can see the copyright. Is that in accordance with terms?Please can someone help with this?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to download and licence music from Adobe Stock to use in Premiere, but even with my account and current subscription, I keep getting error messages (pics below).   I've logged in and out of my account, refreshed the Stock page, closed Premiere and opened it again. Hello, I recently signed up for a one month free trial, and am now being charged $32 a month for a serviceI did not sign up for.  There is also a $158 fee to cancel.  I'm outraged.

I downloaded an .AI file (https://stock.adobe.com/images/rectangle-puzzle-4-pieces-tabs/165535941?prev_url=detail_) and when I open it in Illustrator it opens at 932% and the font size is 1. I updated the document with my content and saved it in Hi-res, but when I add the PNG to my InDesign document it imports a 2 inch photo. When I tried to make it larger, it only gets grainy. Please help!

Hallo!Es gibt bei den premium-Bildern zwei Bildgrössen zur Wahl: groß und klein. Haben beide Bildgrössen als Auflösung 300 dpi oder hat das kleine Format nur 72 dpi. Danke für eure Hilfe!Mareike
