He visto que ha sido un problema recurrente entre los usuarios, hoy en la noche trataba de buscar imágenes  de referencia cuando por error cliqueé  UN solo botón y la compra se hizo válida ADB110772009CL . Entiendo que debí ser cuidadosa pero esto es un problema de la página y el método de confirmación de pago ya que es una imagen que nisiquiera usaré. Me hace sentir desconfiada sobre el uso de la página, creo que cae en una acción fraudulenta, sobre todo en tiempos de pandemia cuando los gastos que realiza una persona no son impulsivos. 

I have just gotten billed for adobe stock. I cancelled my plan some time ago and was under the impression, that Stock also would be cancelled. Now I see I can't even cancel it, this is very disgusting and outrageous behavior coming from such a big company like yours. I've tried to contact your support chat in half a hour and haven't gotten any answers. This is such a big inconvenience in my day, it's really disgusting. I've read about this and it's not the first time someone has experienced this. I've used Adobe since 2015 and this is the first time I've run in to this problem and probably the last time since I'll probably deactivate my account. Unless you give me a refund as I think i deserve for this inconvenience.

I was scrolling through to find the right picture but accidentally clicked the license button instead of the preview button on #33277340 today... I couldn't find the answer to make it unlicensed but found many people have had the same experiences more than me. I really think a second level of confirmation with the license button is needed or it may need to be placed further from the other buttons.Thanks,Joe

I would like to use AS images for a book that would be sold commercially.  The images would support the content of the book rather than being the primary focus (like images in a textbook).  I've read through the contract information regarding licensing and it is a bit unclear to me.  I have also read through a thread from 2016 which I feel answers my question; however, as it is 2 years later would like to re-verify the answer in the event something has changed.From what I understand, AS images can be used in a book under the standard licensing agreement as long as printed copies of the book do not exceed 500,000 copies.  If I wanted rights to print unlimited copies I would have to purchase an extended license or purchase another standard license if printed copies exceeded 500,000.Thanks for you time in answering my question.

I was browsing for a period of time, got a little lax on where my mouse was hovering, and accidentally clicked on License of an image I did not want. While I can appreciate the option of licensing from this page, I also think it's way too easy to just click on License without some sort of confirmation that you do want to license an image. Also, the ability to switch Libraries from the dropdown menu would be nice feature. Or an indication of which library you are going to Save To, Instead of having to go to Library page and select the Library you want to start adding to. Maybe I'm the only one saving images to different libraries constantly, but this is an inconvenient flow to have to switch libraries.

I have only been using Adobe Stock since yesterday and I accidentally pressed the "License" button in the pictures # 191670242 and # 277589352 but I didn't download them and didn't use them. Is it possible to remove them from my account and refund?

I accidentally clicked on a photo and used up one of my licenses is there any way to undo this? Or am I stuck with it? I haven't downloaded it or done anything at all. Thanks for your help!

I want to cancel and refund my Stock Membership, this is a service that i havent ever used, however it is informing me that i'll have to pay a large amount for a fee if i do cancel,my first payment charge happened yesterday, i would like my money back, is there any way i can get that and cancel the subscription without paying an ammount i cant afford right now

HI can I use adobe stock images purchased on a standard license on scrapbook pages that I make to promote my digikits, the scrapbook pages are for promotional purposes only and are not for sale.

I'm interested in purchasing a logo to be used for my company such as "br Logo" photos, royalty-free images, graphics, vectors & videos | Adobe Stock​ where it actually says Logo in the title.  I understand that an extended license is probably necessary.  According to the site, and extended license allows: "Create merchandise or products for resale or distribution where the main value of the product is associated with the asset itself, such as a coffee mug or t-shirt."The known issues page however (Adobe Stock known issues and limitations​) states that I cannot use licensed images as a logo or company identity.  What is right?  It seems as though many different logos are available to purchase that may supersede the know issues section.

When trying to connect to Adobe Stock we get an "Error 503 No healthy backends" message. Is there a problem with the Adobe Stock site?

About images downloaded.I activated the free 10 images one-month plan and downloaded 4. When downloading I chose the option "acquire license and download".I then deactivated the subscription and received an e-mail confirming this. The email contained following indication "you can still use the resources for which you acquired the license".But I have no message whatsoever confirming the license for the 4 downloaded images.Can I use these freely? (in this case, they would be showed on a company website)How do I check whether I have the license or not? Whether I am allowed to use them?Thanks a lot for any info.

Ist das richtig?3.) Wenn ich zu dem Foto Text (z.B. Infotext, Werbetext), muss ich dann auch noch ein Copyright-Hinweis hinzufügen?

Hey all, I purchased CC for the first time recently and found out they charged me for adobe stock which turned into a subscription after the first free month. I was under the assumption that it had been cancelled and only my CC was being charged. I just found out that i've been paying extra for a service that I thought was terminated. I tried solving this with customer service but to no avail. I also have the case number if this helps. I was wondering if people in my position can offer me some guidance on what to do. Much appreciated.

Klicke ich auf 'Abo verwalten' erscheint eine leere Seite und es passiert nichts weiter.Will ich den Kundenservice kontaktieren, klappt es auch nicht! "Chat ist momentan geschlossen", Telefonisch kann man nur bis 17 Uhr anrufen, und dieses Forum kann mir so schnell auch nicht weiterhelfen, da dieses Abo HEUTE noch gekündigt werden muss, sonst zahle ich jeden Monat...Toller Kundenservice, echt super! It seems like I misinterpreted this information "Adobe Stock images are available in JPEG, AI, and EPS file formats. " I was hoping that the jpeg of interest would be available in EPS file format after purchase. Apparently not.Is it possible to cancel this purchase?

I just received a mail saying: "We see that you’ve uploaded 1 assets to sell on Adobe Stock, but may still need to index and submit them. It’s fast and easy — and it’s also required for selling your work. As soon as you index and submit your assets, we’ll be able to review them for approval." What do I have to do?
