Hello, when I'm trying to license anything from stock using my credit I always get an error message saying that "there was an error processing your request". I'm able to download licensed ones in the past but I can't license new ones. I've searched and tried everything but no luck. Can anyone help me?

I just downloaded some editable text effect files for Illustrator.  Most of them work easily with me just highlighting with the text tool and retyping my text.   But this doesnt work that way.  It wont let me highlight text and then when I click update text it only does the top layer.  Here is the file: 491189219Can anyone look at this file and tell me if I'm doing something wrong or it's set up incorrectly?  Thanks!!!

Every time I download an image, it is copied several times into the library. A problem never encountered before.

The "Exclude AI Generated Content" filter is bugged and not showing up in my filter settings. I rely heavily on this filter to do much of the heavy lifting of excluding AI content. It is very difficult to find quality assets on the site without the filter.

I've had a team member purchase 3 x premium images at 32 credits each, unaware that these weren't covered by our plan. To add injury to insult, none of the 3 images are now being used. Am wondering if there is a way to block premium image access from our account and if there is any way Adobe would restore these credits on the proviso that we delete all record of these images?

Hi there, I mistakenly licensed a stock photo today. I downloaded it to try to make the best of it and see if I could use it, but after viewing the large scale image, I realized it was created by AI. The gentleman's teeth do not look like normal human teeth, and the AI-generated face is not passable for what I'd need to use a photo for. Is there any way to return it, or get a replacement credit? I really want to make this image work, but I just can't. Thanks so much!

Hello, I accidentaly bought asset #202074070 thinking it was a part of my 10 credits 30-day trial. I'd like a refund. I've never used the image and I'm trying to return it from the moment it was charged in my credit card. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello! I'm currently encountering a problem, When I use Adobe stock's free image gallery, When pressing free authorization, it will not respond and cannot authorize normally. However, images that have been authorized by the original database can be downloaded normally. I can't download image from Adobe Stock.

Hi, I've started the free trial for adobe stock but everytime I try to download an image with one of the 10 credits I have nothing happens. 

It says that I have exceeded download limit, but I'm downloading free assets

After I got scammed by you to try the "free Adobe Stock trial" (thx for the dark pattern) I ended up with a monthly plan for 35€. I tried to cancel the plan but it is IMPOSSIBLE as there is no button for it. Any Help page says there is a "Manage Plan" Button which is a scam by itself. There just isn't!It has to be possible to cancel online (EU law since 2022).Next step is going to the consumer protection center in Germany. Luckily they deal with things like this. For anyone considering getting an adobe subscription: RUN!
