Hi, trying to download maps of Colombia and the preview is correct, but the linked file is Croatia: https://stock.adobe.com/images/colombia-map-with-regional-division/317695247  

Today I found another person with art that is not properly labeled. This was the one that caught my attention: https://stock.adobe.com/contributor/201693502/vladischern?load_type=author&prev_url=detail&asset_id=... I licensed it because it was exactly what I wanted, but I'm annoyed it's not labeled correctly. (Due to the complex nature of some of these images I would believe that they might have combined images made from AI to get their final result, but aiornot.com lists it as 100% being from AI. @Contributor1

It looks like it was enlaged at least 500% from original source file. It might be usable on 20% or less of original size, but then you shoud mention it's 1000x570 px image, not 10000x5604 (by the way - file I downloaded was 5000x2802, so the size in description is even more absurd). I cannot understand how such a low quality standard can be tolerated. Dear Adobe, plaease, take look at this contributor's material and withdraw images that do not meet quality standard.

Hola, me descarge una foto, en concreto la imagen 572971492, y al imprimir en gran formato me he dado cuenta que en la parte inferior se observan unos recuadros que hacen la foto inservible, deseo que se me abone la dicha imagen y expresar mi queja al servicio tecnico que no supo resolverme el problema cuando llamé, me parece fatal que una empresa como Adobe te haga perder tiempo para el reclamo de una simple foto defectuosa. 

@Contributor1,   I found the same asset in the database as a vector (also offered as a JPEG and a PNG) and as a PNG (also offered as a JPEG). I agree... I just used a credit on 617483979.  The poor children are deformed and one looks like she has meth mouth.  I want my credit back!   [moderator detached this thread from an unrelated post]

I have noticed a bug that happens when a customer sorts search results... Here is an example   - Search the following keywords "beach destination dune face fun funny happy nature portrait relax sand"   - The result is 3 images.   - Change the 'Sort by' from relevance to 'most recent' or 'downloads' and the Premium images disappear from the results leaving only one image.   Looks like a bug to me, any ideas?    

I needed more Adobe Stock credits for a big project I have.  I went from the $29.99/10 credits a month to the $49.99/25.  My credit card has been charged but I still have the same amount of credits.  Am I supposed to wait for the next billing cycle to see all of these credits?

Hey,we bought a on-demand artwork on adobe stock and paid it with credit card. We got a invoice without VAT (situated in Germany), but paid the price with VAT. We contacted the support 2 month ago and they told us, that payment is being done by a subcontractor and that they reimburse the VAT asap. Nothing happend since. Support chat does not seam to understand the problem.Maybe nice to know: The AMEX/Credit Card used is not the same Payment we handle our other adobe payments. Furthermore the AMEX/Credit Card is from a different person than the adobe-account it was bought from. All of this due to companys internal invoicing structure.

I purchased an extended license, but it is not showing up in my License History.  The credits were deducted & I received the AI file, however I have no proof of my purchase.  I need to provide proof that the extended license was purchased.

I suddenly got an email saying my Adobe Stock account was cancelled which means I lost all my credits too?  I did not make this change and no one else from my company did either.

With the image I want, I click on the button next to it that says, "Download free with trial." This directs me to a series of windows. The first one directs me to select a monthly or annual subscription, even though I've already done that and I'm signed in. The next popup says, "Good news, looks like you already have a plan." Yeah. I have added the image to my library, but no matter where I click or what I do, I can't access the license for the image. Help~:)  

Hi, I've just activated my 7-Day free trial with Adobe, which includes an Adobe Stock plan.I am able to download and run apps such as Illustrator & Premiere, but I am unable to download HD video assets from Stock, even though they are labeled as "Free with Trial"  When I click on videos like this I am presented an option of downloadinfg it as part of my free trial! Because this is exactly what I would expect to see as part of a free trial, I attempt to license the clip using this "payment method" but then am met with a very strange message.....  I have no choice but to click "ok" but when I do the clip remains undownloaded and it is not recorded in "License History".There is no workaround.Though my free trial should have strarted, I remain unable to access the stock. What kind of place is this ????

I have trouble downloading any content, which is usually not the case. Tried to troubleshoot by using different browsers, login off and on, double check my cookie setting or anything that would block a download. Other sites work fine to download, just Adobe Stock is funky today. Anybody else coming across this issue? Any idea how to fix this? 

Hi,   I have licensed 1 premium images by mistake. Could you please undo it? I won't be using it.   The photo image number is 244030975.   I share the credits with my whole team. So this is troublesome. Thank you.    Rachel

I photoshopped it out but WTH? Image needs to be removed or edited by author Andy Dean. Hate most of these AI generated images but this one wasn't too scary. Except for the hump back of Notre Dame...
