First of all, make it easier for paying customers to contact you! I tried the chat and no one responded. Instead, it was closed out and I was directed here. Please add email support.My company has the 10 assets per month plan, with rollover. The account is current and October has been paid for. I was using it to license images last week, and we still had more than 100 credits. Now, the credits are gone and the last recorded license on our account is from September of 2017. I licensed more than a dozen images in the past two weeks, and those images in our library also don't show as licensed. Please advise! We are working on a time-sensitive project that needs the images for which we've spent hours searching and saving.

When buying the images, is it allowed to use them in a commercial for the internet? How is the issue of rights? It would be for 12 months. On the other hand, I want know if you give us an invoice? I was buying a bunch of standard images this morning for $3 each.  I accidentally purchased a premium image.  I did not realize it was a premium image until after I submitted my order.  I only buy $3 images for my music vids.  Cannot afford a $500 image license, nor do I need it.  Help ...

I am not sure why I am not able to license any images today. I have a paid subscription and I have not had issues before but today, it is asking me to pay to license an image and showing that I have 0 images available to license...What could be causing this?

Hi all,Up until yesterday, I was able to purchase videos a la carte.  Today, I am no longer able to.  I can't change my Stock in perpetuity purchase information (account info says plan has expired).What do I need to do if I just want to use one video?  Am I required to pay a monthly fee or buy credits now, or is there still a way to just buy an image as you need it?

Do you charge for  all your services, Photoshop/LIghtroom cancellation fees as well?I think this is ridiculous, I was never  aware of this when I signed up for your services, but if this is the case I will for sure leave for good!

Adobe destroys good solutions. Fotolia did not have watermarks in the preview pictures when I was logged in. You could zoom the preview without losing quality. The previews had a description of the photo.Why?

I had over 200 credits for Adobe Stock Images. Now they are all gone. I got the credits by transferring my credits from Dollar Photo Club after they closed. Now I can't see my image credits.

They were not transferred to my Adobe Stock account after "combining" them last week.Here some more backstory and information:I did transfer my Fotolia account to my adobe Stock account on Monday last week. After the transfer nothing was shown in my Adobe account.Well as I researched there was a lag going on and things should show up later.Until now only the transactions etc were shown there and everything worked out.But Not for my credits.
