Hi all,Up until yesterday, I was able to purchase videos a la carte.  Today, I am no longer able to.  I can't change my Stock in perpetuity purchase information (account info says plan has expired).What do I need to do if I just want to use one video?  Am I required to pay a monthly fee or buy credits now, or is there still a way to just buy an image as you need it?

Do you charge for  all your services, Photoshop/LIghtroom cancellation fees as well?I think this is ridiculous, I was never  aware of this when I signed up for your services, but if this is the case I will for sure leave for good!

Adobe destroys good solutions. Fotolia did not have watermarks in the preview pictures when I was logged in. You could zoom the preview without losing quality. The previews had a description of the photo.Why?

I have just agreed to migrate to Adobe Stock from being 10y+ user of fotolia on a ongoing 50 downloads subscription that allowed me for 100 1/2 downloads every month with accumulation of unsed credits to use in the futureMy questions are1. how do i download 1/2 of licenses from Adobe Stock so I can keep my 100 downloads in the 50 full licenses plans ?2. will my unused credits keep collecting for future downloads ?CheersMike

hi, you have credited 10 images, but my credit was over 390 photos. I am baffled by the total inefficiency of the solution to the problem!

I had over 200 credits for Adobe Stock Images. Now they are all gone. I got the credits by transferring my credits from Dollar Photo Club after they closed. Now I can't see my image credits.

They were not transferred to my Adobe Stock account after "combining" them last week.Here some more backstory and information:I did transfer my Fotolia account to my adobe Stock account on Monday last week. After the transfer nothing was shown in my Adobe account.Well as I researched there was a lag going on and things should show up later.Until now only the transactions etc were shown there and everything worked out.But Not for my credits. HI, Thank you very much for you help   I'm a little confused on how Stock works with team members.I would like to use Stock for teams. I currently don't have any adobe products and neither do my employees.So let's  pretend I buy an Adobe Stock for Teams subscription just  for me and I become the administrator.Question: Can I invite my employees to join my team and give them access even if they are not paying for any adobe products?I guess what I am saying is do my employees have to be adobe paying customers to be able to join my team and access stock photos?Thanks again

The template I bought was for a 'fairy dust' credits yet the one that shows up Premier Pro is like an atom burst. Please either send me the file I bought from the preview or refund me the money paid. For $20USD I expect what was in the preview.

I am not able to use ID or PS, I want to download only images that are JPG, GIF, PNG   How do I do this in Stock?

HI, have purchased a number of line drawings such as: 178617145 From RetroColoring.com (this is not a live website but author name)My question is are they available as a simple single line path, when I go to adjust them the setup seems to be far more complex. If not is there a way to convert them to a single path?Secondly I would like to use them in after effects and  have them draw from left to right, I can see some are available as videos but not all. Is it possible to purchase video of the ones not showing in Adobe Stock and if not is there an easy way to automate the effect I'm after?Can't find any contact into on Adobe for the illustrator or company who did them 'RetroColouring' to ask.Thanks in advance.Leigh.

I am thinking about purchasing an Adobe stock subscription for a year, but I want to know if I can keep the photos I download after the year is over and the subscription is ended. I guess that would be 120 photos for the whole year with the $29.99 a month subscription.

Seriously I paid that subscription fee every month and now I lose the images as well.  Seriously this is disgusting.

Hello!I would like to know how I could buy an unique image on adobe stock with the proper license for enterprises.My account already is for enterprises, however, if I click on "buy license and save...", it automatically comes with the correct license?I've read the terms, but I didn't understand where I should click to buy the image with the enterprise license.Thank you,Jéssica.

I'm really upset about this, I've just noticed charges on my card and have tracked it back to Adobe Stock. I had so many emails and banners telling me to use my 10 free images, so I logged in and downloaded 10 images, now apparently I have a subscription?! I'm always very careful about cancelling free trials in time but I didn't see a single warning that this would happen, and I most definitely didn't get an email to say my trial was ending, that payment would taken or that I was signing up for a YEAR on monthly payments almost double what I pay for creative suite as a student. I'm gutted and I do not want this service. Please can someone help me.
