I signed up for the free trial of Adobe Stock today and am now attempting to cancel my subscription. When I attempt to cancel through "Manage my account." An error message appears. I am told to contact customer care. Unfortunately Adobe informed about technical problems. please, if possible, quickly cancel your subscription remotelyHow do I go about contacting customer care to actually cancel my subscription?

hallo ich habe die 30 tägigen Testversion von ADOBE STOCK in Anspruch genommen ich habe mir 10 Bilder heruntergeladen und da ich nur ein Kleinunternehmen habe und nicht so viele Bilder brauche ...habe ich es wieder gekündigt jetzt die Frage kann ich nach Kündigung der Testversion meine 10 heruntergeladenen und lizenzierten Bilder für Facebook und so weiter trotzdem benutzen obwohl die 10 Bilder mich nichts gekostet haben in der Testversion und ich gekündigt habe ?

Ich möchte ein Stockfoto in einem Katalog (Print) für einen Designweihnachtsmarkt verwenden. Auflage unter 500.000 Stück. Auf das Foto will ich unser Logo und unser Produkt platzieren. Reicht die Standardlizenz?

I'm in the safety industry (OSHA, NFPA, etc.). My safety searches return international results. How can I keep my results to US based images? Is there a language option?

I tried to search "American Football" -soccer , but there are still images of soccer in the list. I know its a problem with translations, but there must be a solution for it. Can anyone help me finding the correct search pattern?

Hey guys,it feels like i have to write 100 mails to the support to get a serious answer, i will try here again.I want to buy a logo, but want not only the extented license, need the copyrights for this.So i wrote some mails but the answer was:"We apologize for any inconvenience but we do not provide contact information of our members. Unfortunately we are not allowed to send them any type of messages or requests either."What is the reason that I can't make contact with the seller?We fly to the moon and back to earth, and you wanna say me its not possible to contact this seller?? What is the fix?  I'm still having the issue?  This is what I get when I click download or nothing at all:

I want an enhanced license for a stock video shot, and the enhanced license check is greyed out at the bottom. This may be a really basic question, but does that mean the enhanced license is included, or does the greyed-out check indicate that the enhanced license is not available for this piece of media?

I downloaded 28156348 - a ton of silhouette icons - and when I open them in Illustrator, they don't look right.  OR, maybe that's what they are SUPPOSED to look like?  I had no way of knowing they would looks this way though if that's the case since they are so small.  Please look at the attached photos.  One is the original file when opened and the other is at 34000%.  Notice the square wheels on vehicles?  ...the square basketball?  That can't be right....I'm more of a Photoshop guy than an Illustrator guy though, so maybe I'm doing something wrong?  Any help (or refund) would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hello everyone.I googled my name, and i run into a website called Europoster. They print posters from our original pics. I think they buy our pics on Adobe Stock (since the sample pics are with Adobe Stock watermark) and than they resell canvas with our credits but without our permission. I wrote to Europosters asking to remove immediately my pics, may I suggest to do the same and make a search. Is it possible to do something? I do not want that anyone could resell my pics, since I do sell canvas of my pics too. Is it even legal?Thank you,Roberto Cosentino

So, you're saying that a semi nude couple photo be used just like it is on a steamy romance cover? And if so, why is a photo you can buy if not for a romance cover?

I am looking to download an .AI file from stock and need to send the layered file to an artist. However, I do not have access to Illustrator. I am getting an error message in Adobe Acrobat when attempting the download. Is it possible to download a layered file in order to just email it to an individual with Illustrator?

Hi,So I thought I had cancelled my Stock membership as I found I did not use it as much as I thought I would during the first month, so it wouldn't be worth it for me to pay.But it turns out I did not.I just had the money taken out of my account, on a Saturday, and have cancelled the subscription. Is there any way I can get a refund on that?I really don't want to use Stock right now but would want to use the CC in the future. But this is a problem for me now as it took nearly all my cash from my account, leaving me with around 2 Euros...I would greatly appreciate if there was a way to get a refund on this month's payment, considering it literally just started an hour ago and I have not used it at all.Thanks,TomPS: I know this is the forum, but there's no support at the weekend...

Hi,I have a subscription to adobe stock but somehow I can't see it in my adobe premiere pro-library and I can't use it to download stock videos.Any idea why?

My card got blocked and I couldn't pay adobe stock fee.I want to add it again but i get an error adding the card. Despite errors, Adobe kept charging me 1€ every time i tried to add my card (8€ total).Can i get refund for that? And i still can't add my card for payment. Tried PayPal, error as well.Thanks.

Trying to search for images and sometimes page not found appears, and when I do get a page of images the next button doesn't work, just reloads the same page 1 of imagery.!!!!!

Just downloaded two file's and I can't open , it keep's saying could not be opened file is damaged or use a file format that preview doesn't recognize , I'm on a Mac am I doing something wrong  , what am I missing to make this work .ThanksRick M

I am enjoying my subscription to Adobe Stock. However whenever I do a search I notice that virtually all the images feature white people. Why is this? Don't Adobe think it is important to have a more balanced representation of society?

Dear Adobe Support TeamAs I am unable to find another way of contacting you I am now using this forum. I bought the 1 Year monthly payed Adobe Stock subscription yesterday only to realise that this only gives you access to stock images and nothing else. This is not what I needed and I then purchased the asset I need as an on demand option.This however leaves me in an unplesant position. I did not want a subscription which lasts a year (I did not see that when I bought it) and also I did not want stock images.I have seen that adobe stock customers can get a refund in the first 14 days of their subscription.So I ask you adobe support to please:Make sure that I have canceled my adobe stock subscription (I think I did but I am not quite sure)Refund my purchase such that I do no longer have to pay the about 30 euro, every month until next year.Thank you very much for your timePhilipp Hadjimina
