I would like to subscribe a monthly plan but I need a clarification about these two points:- I will download mockup images of product (coffee mugs, t-shirts etc...). I'm not a producer of coffee mugs and t-shirts, I'll buy these products from a reseller. The only purpose of my mockups is to give to my customer an idea of the final product.What kind of licence I need? Do I must considerate this project as a "derivative products based on an asset"?- Can I use the same photo for different customers and different projects?thanks in advance for the reply

I would like to lodge a complaint with you in regards to the assistance request ADB-4274023-G7G1.In October 2017 I subscribed at Adobe Stock, as many others, with the tricky trial of 1-month free. I contacted support via chat, asking to cancel my subscription and I was told it wasn’t possible to cancel it without losing all the credits I paid for. So I was sort of forced to pay the annual subscription.Before it was too late to avoid the feared renewal, I contacted support and they suggested me to not cancel my subscription, but just to stop the annual subscription renewal. And so I did.The last days of my subscription I tried to download my 98 resources (which I paid about 400€ for) but an alert reported an error for a payment problem, even if I’d already paid all the subscription billing and you assured me I had the chance to download my images until the actual end of my subscription.I lost 98 resources just because of that platform error in the last chances to download the images. I have a question. If you are not allowed to use the stock videos here for Youtube videos, or in anyway someone could reuse it,  for what purpose and how would you use these stock videos?

I am trying to use a photo I purchased as part of a state license plate. What is the protocol for this, as I will need documentation / permission to use the photo/image.

I used a photo for a background image.  The only modification I did to the background image was cropped it to fit my image I placed in there.  I am still required to do the photo credit with the artist/Adobe Stock, correct?  I am sharing the image I created on social media.  I will not be making a profit from it.  The photo credit is not on the image, but in the text.  Is this acceptable?

We want to use a  stock video on our website and want to know if we can host on YouTube or Vimeo, then link to it on our website? And if that is not possible, do you recommend a WordPress plugin to protect anyone from downloading it from our website if we host on our server? Your licensing agreement is vague. Plus, we have an enhanced license to use a video on social media. Do we need to add our logo or watermark of some sort to be able to share it on our Facebook or Instagram?

Hi All,Just need confirmation - Can i resell Extended Licensed images as Wall Posters/Artwork on Ebay?Meaning i would print out the image on A0/A1/A2 Print Format and sell the printed image for profit, which i purchased from Adobe Stock (Extended License)??Is there any limitations to this? I see many others on Ebay selling Adobe Stock photos so i assume this is fine with Extended License purchase.Also - Once i purchase an extended license for an image is it mine forever? do i need to renew the license?

Hi All,I'm looking to purchase a standard image of an interior of a house, i will then edit the image to showcase my product within the standard image i will purchase, which i will then list on Ebay.I have an attached an image to show you what i mean more clearly - Where it says "my image goes here" is where i will display my product for sale (which is artwork), i will only use the stock photo for background purposes on Ebay and not to sell the image.In this case can i purchase just a standard license of the image, or do i need to buy the extended license for it?

Hi There,It's seemingly impossible to get in contact with anybody at Adobe that can answer this question... help centre is useless.We manufacture personalised chocolates for B2B clients. The personalisastion is by means of a bespoke wrapper around the chocolates/chocolate bar/box.Some of our clients will be reselling the products, some will be giving them away. They will always be sold at least once; from us to our client/intermediary.We'd like to know if a standard Adobe Stock licence would cover us to use an image in a wrapper design for our clients, to be printed in numbers of around 100 units?An extended licence wouldnt be feasible for us to buy at those quantities, so its either a standard licence or we find another way to do it, we're not just trying to save money, this is 'make or break'.I have read the licencing terms and I just wanted to check as the image wouldnt make up the main value of the product and I think this is a bit of a grey area.Does the situation above breach the

It would be much easier for everyone (users and Adobe employees) if there was a way to quickly and easily report bad images in the stock.adobe.com search results. Currently the only way (as far as I know) to report bad images is to come to this forum and create a new post, which is a hassle, and doesn't facilitate very much quality-control. It would be much easier to remove bad photos before anyone (or anyone else) buys them if we were able to quickly report them.For example, check out this monstrosity. It looks fine at first, until you look at Michigan and the surrounding states. And there are multiple versions of it. It would be trivially easy to quickly remove images like these if you had an image-reporting system in place.Fortunately I didn't buy it yet, because I've seen this exact image on ThinkStock and Shutterstock too and knew to be careful.

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Stock, didn't find it that useful. I couldn't figure out how to cancel it, then we had a bereavement and I forgot about it, so ended up paying a month's subscription inadvertantly - never mind, my fault.  I just came back to have another try at cancelling and I now have to pay an AUD $186.26 cancellation fee? I had no idea I was getting myself into an annual contract, or that there would be a penalty for cancelling! I would never have signed up!What on earth do I do?

I also had this issue where I can not cancel my 10 images a month. I was charged and would like to cancel and have the charge refunded, else I will be issuing a charge back.

This may be a stupid question.. but how do i know what the DPI of the images are?  I want to blow one up and I can't find the information anywhere.

I downloaded several AI Font effect and when open with Adobe Illustrator the fileis not layered --I can't get any of the letters. I believe I downloaded TONS of this artist items and none of them are layered and working. I can't use any of them. Can i get a credit back. Or maybe this artist need to check his/her items. If I do the adobe stock images trial and put images on my website, then decide to cancel later on can I still keep the images on my website legally? Any advice is appreciated.
