Hi there, I took out a monthly subscription but having used the your services for a month I've decided not to continue. Yesterday I cancelled my subscription but today I was charged for the coming month. On logging into my account today I could see the subscription was still active so tried to cancel again but now get an error message telling me 'there has been a problem dealing with your request'. As your chat is closed and the contact number doesn't seem to work I've come to the forum. Please can you ensure my subscription is cancelled? I've asked my back to ensure the payment isn't processed so a refund shouldn't be necessary. ThanksSimon

I have just purchased what I THOUGHT was a one-off, one-time purchase of a pack of 5 credits. I do NOT want a monthly roll-over.After making my purchase, I went to my account to print off the invoice. I find that according to the account information for Adobe Stock, I now have a monthly roll-over with the next payment due in mid November. THIS IS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING.Of course that could be my mistake (but I don't see how - please explain), but nowhere on my account page can I find this invisible link Adobe talks about to cancel this subscription. I can't find it anywhere at all. So how do I cancel?Everything on the Adobe site appears to go in a loop. Hello. I was trying to get the adobe flash player for free for a course I am supposed to take online, I included my card number and I would like to take it off and cancel my subscription for adobe stock. I am not interested in any of this and would like my card to be taken off my account.

I accidentally downloaded an image. I was trying to get a closer view and hit the License & Save icon. Is there anything that can be done?

Dear AdobeI have the same problem. I know that I tried to cancel the adobe stock subscription in time but now I can see that I have been charged several times without any authorization or notifications. How is this possible? I do not think this is acceptable or even legal according to the Danish Consumer Ombudsman. Will you please cancel my subscription (which is not possible online now even when you charge me money) and refund the unauthorized payments.Morten

I sign up for this because I get the first month free. I was hoping to get high quality photos without a watermark, but it doesn't seem like there is any way to do that. I have added a few photos to my library and I want to download them so that I can use them. Can somebody help?!Thanks, C.

Please explain the licencing text of the adobe website, this is confusing for me.'When editorial images are used in print, websites, blogs, etc, you must include the credit line mentioned on the Adobe Stock website and contained in the IPTC credit line field. For example, “Agency Name/Author Name - stock.adobe.com."- what is an IPTC credit line field?- is it used for banners?Thank you for your help

Hi,I work for a multinational company with several group branches around the world.My question is: If a group branch (BRANCH 1) bought an image with the standard license and another branch (BRANCH 2) wants to use the same image with extended license, who will be the buyer of the extended license? BRANCH 1 or BRANCH 2?If a group branch buy the images, will be the royalties and licenses fro their use transferred to the several group branches?All branches are independent subsidiaries ,but they are all part of the same Group.Thank you for the quick answer,Best RegardsSilvia

I have a client wanting me to modify an Adobe Stock image - changing a colour and adding glasses to a bird - they then want to use it as a logo. Can a modified image be used as a logo? I've already said no, but they've come back saying there is nothing in the terms about if an image is changed.

I just accidentally licensed three images back-to-back, thinking that I was adding them to a preview gallery. Is there a mechanism for canceling this order?

I downloaded AdobeStock_98268514. When I got into the file and looked up close, I discovered a poorly created vector, maybe image traced vector.I went back to Adobe Stock to find another image, and I found AdobeStock_139308570. Same image, different user, much better quality (blue one). This leads me to believe the first one I downloaded was a rip off of the second one I found.I wanted to report this and see about getting my credit back.

I'm trying to download some of my licensed adobe stock photos to my computer to use in other graphics programs.So far, I can only access them via programs in my CC account. (I have to open an adobe program access the library, drag image to canvas and save the file).Are they or can they be stored on my computer? If so, how can I download them to my computer?

Hi,I have been a subscription member of Adobe Stock for almost a year in which time I had built up a considerable amount of unused assets.I cancelled my subscription due to the fact I hadn't used the assets I had already paid for and I was going to continue with my subscription once I had used them.Since cancelling my subscription, you have taken all my unused assets, these are assets that I have already paid for through my subscription. I would like my assets back or the £100 odd that I have paid you for absolutely no reason.Cheers.

I'm currently subscribed to the Photography Plan which is all good but I'm desperately needing to cancel my Stock subscription.I didn't realise I was subscribed for a full year until today. Looking to cancel, but can't since it says there's a problem with my payment option despite money being deducted on the same day every month since November 2017. Money was deducted today and that's how I realised. I've updated my card and Paypal details, I still get errors. I'm desperately looking to cancel this ASAP and possibly even get a refund, since I haven't even used a single stock image since the paid portion of the subscription started.

If i get a image and i decided to cancel it later on. Would that mean the image i purchase has to be return or it my image forever?
