The Stock program opens for just a second, then the screen goes white blank, same thing after a reboot. Has this happened to others and is there a fix?

Hello Adobe Stock Community, I found an AI-generated image on Adobe Stock that looks exactly like me. I never uploaded or gave permission for my likeness to be used in any stock content. It’s now appearing on multiple websites, and I’m very concerned.How can I request a review or removal of that image?Thanks

adobe stocks venía en mi plan estudiantil, no le di importancia ya que era una prueba gratuita. al renovar el pago del siguiente mes, se me cobró un dinero extra y no sabía por qué, al revisar, me di cuenta que se me estaba cobrando adobe stocks ademas del plan estudiantil, esto es algo que me tiene bastante disgustado debido a que por un error involuntario ahora se me cobra más dinero, y como estudiante muy ocupado en la universidad, a penas tengo para costear todos mis gastos ademas de este cobro nuevo extra. al momento de intentar cancelar el plan, me dice que se me cobrará una multa bastante elevada por no cumplir con la suscripción del año. esto me tiene bastante molesto debido a que si me está costando tener dinero para costear el stocks junto con lo demas que tengo en mis gastos personales, menos podría pagar esa multa. quiero cancelar adobe stocks y continuar con mi plan de estudiante pero no se como hacerlo, además de ser un cobro injusto desde mi punto de vista. por favor pid

I purchased and downloaded file # 487466113. I first downloaded the preview and it worked. Then proceeded to download the actual file and when i brought the file into AI it was a completely different file. It's totally unusable. The preview in the library shows the correct or advertised file but when you drag it in, its completely different as well. Ive added screen shots for reference.

Tengo una cuenta de Creative Cloud que incluye el uso de Adobe Stock. Al accesar el servicio me informa que mi plan no tiene cuota disponible. Ya hemos reseteado la cuenta. Mi administrador ya aplico el mismo procedimiento, pero sigo sin cuota. Hace algunas semanas todavia funcionaba sin problema el servicio para mi.

Hey, I am new to this. I got 10 free stock assests when I started the trial, I let the account charge me for the next month a few days ago but I never received anymore assests. Am I confused about how this works? Why pay if you dont get more every month? OSX 

Hi guys, I have an Illustrator subscription plan. The issue is, there is also an Adobe Stock subscription on the side which I did not purchase, therefore I am getting charged twice, once for £21 and another for £23. Is Adobe Stock an automatic subscription, or is there something wrong?

In my search for Haitian images, I came across a series of portraits of Haitian people.  In the midst of them was a chimpanzee in a Hawaiian shirt.  https://stock.adobe.com/images/chimpanzee-in-sunglasses-and-hawaiian-shirt/1196098776?prev_url=detail. Including a monkey among portraits of people of color is offensive. Please determine how this photo is tagged and remove those tags. 

Unfortunately, more and more images generated with AI are appearing in the ADOBE image search! Hi, I use a company account and when I try to filter a video search by a specific word using the License History feature, it shows no results. It is working fine for images but not for videos. I used to do this filter search in the past but for some reason is not working anymore. 

I'm almost positive this is a silly question, but my company has strict AI limitations.  I recently created a brochure that contains images that probably had some AI filter applied to them but they are not the generative AI which would draw from the separate 1500 credits.  Dont know why this is even a question because all the designers here are blocked from using the generative AI.  But, I received a note saying we cant use ANY AI, even the AI that comes from a traditional AdobeStock download.  I would imagine this would get very difficult, or even impossible, to determine.  For instance, some art has obvious filters applied to them, but may not be technically true "AI."  So, my question is quite simply,  if an image is downloaded in the traditional sense, are there still special restrictions to them?  No, right?  I've just been going about my daily routine downloading images as I usually do.  So, that limitation is just comin

Je souhaite l'annuler et même la précédure indiquée par Edobe n'est pas visible sur mon compte.Je trouve cela très abusif et clairement cela ne défend pas les créatifs qui essayent de vivre de leur métier.J'ai lu que plusieurs personnes ont rencontré ce problème.
