There are images that are misleading / inaccurate in what the content is (example: Betsy Ross 13 star circle, but it only has 12 stars), or AI images with inaccuracies (example: American flag with 38 stars). Is there a good way to report these issues, or have warnings that there may be inaccuracies in either design or the description? (I mean, its fine if you really want “1776” surrounded by 12 stars.. but don’t mark it as 13.)
I need to provide proof that AD5BW5.jpg was licensed from Adobe Stock in 2020. We only include images on our website that are licensed from Adobe Stock. Could you confirm that an image with prefix AD will have been licensed from Adobe Stock?
I licensed two powerpoint slide templates. I thought I was just saving content like I do in Adobe Express but the term “licensed” popped up in blue and I am worried I purchased something through my agency, and I do not have permission to do so. I was hoping to look at the templates in Powerpoint, so I clicked download--I was not aware that this would license an asset to my agency and wish to undo this.
As global platform administrators, we are responsible for creating Developer Console credentials and distributing them to each sandbox administrator. These credentials are intentionally configured with the minimum permissions required to perform the requested action.Today, when a sandbox administrator requests access to a capability such as Data Ingestion, we can find the API documentation that explains the available endpoints and how to use them. However, we cannot find clear information in either the API documentation or Experience League about which specific permissions are required for each operation. For example, the documentation may describe a method such as POST – Create a new batch, including the request format and usage, but it does not indicate which AEP permissions must be assigned to the Developer Console credential in order to execute that operation successfully.Requested improvement:Please add, within each API method or endpoint documentation page, a small highlighted sec
Hello Adobe Stock Team,For about six months, I have not been able to submit any photos to Adobe Stock.I understand that some of my earlier submissions were rejected, but many of my photos were also accepted. However, since then, my account has not allowed me to submit any new content, and I have not received any explanation for this issue.I believe six months is an unusually long time to be unable to upload new submissions, especially considering that only some of my previous files were rejected.Could you please review my account and let me know why I am unable to submit photos? I would appreciate any information or assistance you can provide.Contributor ID: 213094155Thank you for your time and support.Kind regards,Adi
Hi,I've licensed an image but have realised I actually need the larger resolution file.Would it be possible to cancel or credit my original licence so I can purchase the larger version instead? If there's an upgrade option, I'd be happy to do that. Thanks!R
At least for teams. Needed 5-image equevalant credits ($49.95) becuase we are not seeking any subsriptions. To my surprise, email confirmation showed that it will be renewed annually. Chat support told me they can cancel this renewal once we use our credits. This was not disclosed on Adobe's Stocks for Teams page. As a matter of fact it states that we would have to renew manually. Adobe sure knows how to get "creative".
I found this image while looking for stock images and I would like to report it. Discretion is advised#382334403

Hello, I used a plan credit for a stock file that was listed as vector, but is not. The file number is 2003840624. Is there are more efficient way to report files that are not as described and can I get that credit refunded?
I purchased Adobe Stock #321169282, good vibes text effect template with 3d bold type style and retro concept use for brand label and logotype by Fuadi Alhusini False Advertising. It is NOT Editable!!!!!
I downloaded this image: Teal abstract wavy background design element with energy flow, graphic design Stock Vector | Adobe Stock and thought it was going to be a simple process to remove the words. It wasn’t, because it looks like the creator used image trace (paths that are not drawn correctly, etc.) on an existing asset, so the words are part of the actual vector graphic. Why do we get charged crazy amounts of money for a subscription service, when we get stock images that are really poor in quality?
I have a Creative Cloud license through my work. I use Adobe Stock regularly primarily for images. When I tried to download an asset today, I noticed that the interface was different in that it took me to a kind of checkout page once I clicked to download the image. Some of the images said they were included in the plan and others wanted credits to be able to download when I never had to use credits prior. Then, even if I have an image included in my plan, I get the following error stating I cannot download the selected image. Thanks for your helpCliff
I found an image I would like to report and am wondering if this is the right place to do so.
How do I stop Adobe Stock images from syncing to my library? I just want to download them to my desktop. The answer to this question no longer works, as I do not see those toggle options when clicking “Manage”. No toggle available to turn off syncing
Hello,I am a new Adobe Stock contributor and I am looking for advice on how to improve my illustrations. So far, every illustration I have submitted has been rejected for "Quality Issues." Since all of my submissions received the same rejection reason, I suspect there may be a common technical issue in my workflow or drawing style that I am overlooking. My files are:PNG format 2500 × 2500 pixels 300 dpi Created entirely in Procreate Original artwork (not AI-generated)I have attached three rejected illustrations. All three were rejected for the same reason: "Quality Issues."Could you please tell me what common technical issues you notice? I would especially appreciate any advice regarding edges, brushwork, sharpness, rendering, or any other aspects that may not meet Adobe Stock's quality standards.I am eager to learn and improve, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could point out specific areas in the attached illustrations that need imp
When asked to verify my phone number to access the Adobe Stock Contributor dashboard, the country code is locked to "United States." I can't change it. When I force it to be changed to Indonesia and enter my phone number, an error message like the one below appears.
Adobe Stock really needs to implement a Ratings System so WE can provide feedback on Bad Stock Images, so others can avoid downloading the same file. The Ratings Systems a simple 5 star system with comments section would serve to help the monthly subscribers, but also be a warning to content providers that you can't just upload pure crap. I run across so many vectors that once you download and open the file you can tell it was nothing more than an image conversion from something already on the web. We download vectors from Stock assuming it will be an original. AI has only made things worse, many files are not at print resolution and should be labeled as such or at least with ratings I could read the reviews. There is no way Adobe can monitor the quality of the ever growing library, we should have a way to help police the quality. Ratings are such a common things, not sure why you have not implemented it already.
I was chatting with someone else about this issue and then they referred me to you because apparently we have an Enterprise Teams Plan. We have a multi-user subscription, and recently there was an employee transition over a month ago. As part of that process, our IT department updated the subscription today so it is now associated with my name and email address.I'm not sure what changed, but I am suddenly unable to download images. The system indicates that the following assets were successfully downloaded and that credits were used, but the files never actually download to my computer:#1892227483 #276928017 #254156968To troubleshoot, I have tried multiple browsers and had several coworkers log in using accounts that share the same credit pool. They were also unable to download the images.I was able to download images successfully on June 17, but since then I have not been able to download any assets. We have tested several different images to rule out an issue with a specific file, an
If I try saving a stock image in my Library, it gives me error: Something went wrong. The action could not be completed. (Red snackbar error screenshot attached). If I try accessing my libraries of stock images, I get an error for that too (screenshot attached).
Regression breaking annotation group binding and mouse interaction in Classic ViewProduct / Version: Adobe Acrobat Desktop 26.1.21677.0Interface Mode: Classic Menus Enabled (Modern Layout Disabled)Operating System: Windows / macOS (Enterprise Managed Environment)Issue Summary:A critical regression introduced in a recent software update completely breaks the physical bounding box and coordinate synchronization of grouped drawing annotations. While the Group command applies the metadata tag successfully in the background backend ledger, the software's active layer fails to bind the shapes spatially. The mouse pointer treats elements as individual objects, and attempts to ungroup trigger a severe interface rendering freeze (ghost selection loop).Steps to Reproduce:Open any unflattened PDF document using the Classic Menus interface layout. Select the standard Select Tool (Pointer Arrow). Draw multiple vector comment shapes (such as lines, rectangles, polygons) on a single page. Draw a sele
Image AdobeStock_2013091340.svg is raster, not vector. I’d like my credit refunded and for you to please check the other images in this series to guarantee they aren’t raster as well.
