I signed up to a free trial of Adobe Stock, since I just needed few images for my project. I had a plan to cancel this during first month and logged in to manage account and opened manage plan as instructed in online manual. Page was totally empty, so I mistakenly assumed that it is already cancelled and nothing to worry. I even refreshed a page multiple times. However, notice from my credit card company woke me up that Stock account is still active and 44 usd charge was posted. After few trials, I noticed that this problem was related to Firefox Quantum browser (default settings) and with Chrome everything works normally and cancel account option is easily available. I swiftly canceled my plan with Chrome but maybe too late?According to me, this is not a great way to create satisfied customers. Of course, stupid of me to expect that free trial would somehow cancel itself automatically to avoid unnecessary cost. Does anybody else had same kind of experience with Firefox?

Hi! I tried downloading several images where it's indicated that they're available in ai and eps, but the eps never downloads, only the ai. How can I solve this without Adobe Illustrator (which I don't own a license to)?Thanks,Daniela

I cancelled my 10 images per month (yearly) subscription earlier this month. However in order to download the remaining images I had left on my account, Adobe had to restart my account. I have been calling and chatting to cancel the account (again). I have had no answer!! Now I have been charged an extra month and another yearly subscription! Please refund the charge made on December 27, 2017 and cancel my subscription for good.

I have been using the creative cloud subscription with adobe stock for over a year now. In this time i have built up credits that i haven't used on adobe stock. I decided to downgrade my CC subscription to not include the stock as i had loads of credits (that i had paid for in my subscription).I figured it would make more sense to buy as i go in future once i had used all my credits. Now they all seem to have disappeared? I would like to know what this glitch is and i would also like them to be added back to my account immediately as i have already paid for them! I licensed and downloaded stock #119809819. The downloaded file turned out to be even smaller than the original preview image. I can't use it for anything. Is there a way to fix that? Or get my credit back for downloading it?

The cancel option is not available due to an 'issue with your payment details'.  There is not issue.  The Credit Card works perfectly fine.Please cancel my subscription ASAP.I have been waiting to reach the renewal date (22 Dec 2017), and now it seems I cannot cancel it?  Very clever.  I do not wish to be charged any additional cancellation fees please.Please confirm this has happened.

When I login it says 117 images available, is that how many I have that I can download or is that saying that is how many I have already downloaded?

Cancel your Adobe Stock membership When I click on Manage plan in my account, there is always only blank page.Tried to call customer service, unfortunately, couldnt reach them. I tried many ways to cancel my account but couldn't find the buttons on my manage account plans to cancel at all, and the hotline is either not manned or the other contact options are not available. Leute,nur als Hinweis: Ich wollte gerade meine Credits konvertieren - aus alter Gewohnheit über das Fotolia-Portal - und das scheint (im Moment?) nicht zu funktionieren. Ich bekomme als "Schritt 2 von 2" eine Seite angezeigt, auf der ich (wie bisher) die konvertierbaren Credits sehe, darunter dann aber nur ein Drop-Down-Menü, in dem ich zwischen Paypal und Moneybookers (die ja "eigentlich" gar nicht mehr so heißen!) auswählen kann. Sonst aber nichts. Kein Eingabefeld für die Mail-Adresse und auch keinen "weiter"-Button. Ich habe stattdessen über die AS-Site konvertiert und da war alles, wie es soll, aber ich dachte, ich sage trotzdem mal hier drin bescheid.

Today I got the one month free trial for Adobe Stock that was supposed to include 10 free stock photos. While figuring out how this works I downloaded an image that I was lead to believe would be free (due to the whole 10 free images thing), and after downloading it found out that 309€ had been charged from my bank account without me ever giving my consent to this. I would like to get a refund for this. I have tried to contact customer service about this for several hours and the only answer I got was that the image was a "premium image" with no further explanation as to what this means and how this affects my case. 309€ is a huge sum to pay for an image I do not need and was not aware of purchasing. What can I do in this situation? Very disheartened with the whole thing and disappointed in Adobe right now.

Hallo, nachdem es momentan ja bei Fotolia nicht mehr so richtig funzt, habe ich mich zusätzlich bei einem Mitstreiter angemeldet.Meine Frage: Wenn ich jetzt Vollex bei Fotolia bleiben möchte, ist denn dann gestattet, aus der gleichen Bilderserie ein anderes Foto bei der anderen Agentur hochzuladen? Hat ja dann auch eine andere lfd. Nummer, aber das Motiv wäre ja sehr ähnlich.Danke schon mal für eure Antworten (obwohl ich Adobe Forum eigentlich nicht mehr nutzen wollte, aber ein Anderes, das auch weiterhin von meinen "alten" Mitstreitern genutzt wird, gibt es ja noch nicht).

I bought a motion graphics template from Adobe Stock, downloaded to my mack and started using it. Everything worked well, I encoded a rough edit and when I came back this morning, I was missing one of the asset files. I cannot figure out how to reconnect that media. Any ideas? Any idea why it would have disconnected?

I signed up to Adobe Stock 14 day free trial back in October 2017. I signed up and instantly cancelled due to there being issues with the images and there being a watermark. I couldn't find away around the watermark so i decided to cancel. I cancelled on the same day as I signed up. However, I have just checked my bank account and noticed a charge of £23.99. I checked my bank statement and can see that i was charged for October and November of this year. The email I used was one that i don't access regularly and I was not getting the emails you were sending so only just realised now. I have not even used the system since the day of signing up and cancelling and would like to get a refund for the TWO months i have been charged for and for my membership to be completely cancelled. Here’s my story again:Some months ago I strarted a supposedly free trial of Adobe Stock. At the end of the free month you just took me 30 euros + vat without my consent and gave me 10 more images, so it was 20 images I could download. I told me ‘Ok! You were rude to just steal money from me [and I wrote you about that in Italian at the time, you just did not understand, how shameful for AdObEe the ‘greatest’ company for creatives artist that does not have multilingual customer care] but it’s fine if I get 20 stock photos’. Fool me: at end of the 2nd month I had only downloaded 4 images, and I discovered that my other available downloads were gone.After months of complaining about this problem, some week ago you finally gave to me a refund. And there is the main problem: Your refund case number 0223640457 is closed but I did’t actually received the money, I checked multiple times these days.(I find shameful that I have to write some info like my number case in this pitiful public forum

I used to be able to save a preview to a library but now I have 'License & Save' or 'View Preview", is the save preview function gone?
