I am in this same situation! I have tried for some time to get the Stock Photo portion off my account, with no luck. It does not show a cancellation button. I didn't even realize I signed up for it as I thought it was part of my CC program as a perk. I never intended to buy it in the first place. PLEASE help me as the support links do not allow me to call Adobe, chat or email! 

I have a Fotolia account where I still have credits to buy pictures. I cannot go to Fotolia anymore as the site is redirected here. But I cannot login here with my Fotolia credentials. How do I get the remaining credits transferred to Adobe. I never received an e-mail or anything how I should deal with it, so I'm a bit lost now in the world of Adobe.

Hello,I signed up  for the 10 pictures per month plan and have not used any of the stock footage for several months and now. I will like to download 60 photo's for a project I have coming up am I able to do this without being charged extra.Thanks for clarification,Raquel

hi,Im hoping you can help, I've managed to get myself in a real mess, I bought adobe stock because I was told i needed it for my visa application and viewing pdf's (I now know that's stupid!).i have never used any licences but I have gone over my month trial period and now have to pay £200 for a service I have never used or needed.I know I should have been paying more attention but I'm not great at this stuff. I purchased this 3D item 187362789   and it won't allow me to place a decal on its surface. Its most likely a UV error on the model. If this can't be fixed, please can you credit my account back the £15 I paid? Thanks.

Hello, I am unable to purchase video credits for my account (akil_ja): "We are unable to process your transaction at this time. Either verify your information or enter a different card number. If you are still unable to place your order, please contact Learn & Support for assistance" I am using a corporate credit card and when I try to update the info in my profile it says the: "There is a problem with the card information entered here. Please enter a different card or contact your bank." The card worked fine for my subscription so I'm not sure what the issue is. Looking at the forums it seems others have experienced this issue and your staff were able to get it resolved. Please advise.

I am a long long time user of Adobe, and recently got a membership to Stock. I have loved it however...after spending hours and hours on a project, saving previews to a library and going over them with my husband...i had two images left available and was going to license two extra images as well. when I went to license them... it was going to charge me and said I have no images left!!!!! I went to my images and apparently I 'licensed' two images that I never wanted. They were indeed images that had been in my search results, but i dont even remember clicking on them much less licensing them. I have no idea how it happened but I have noticed some odd behavior from Adobe stock site. No other site does this... sometimes when i am browsing the browser freaks out and changes pages really suddenly...it will maximize a random thumbnail and then suddenly load a previous page of search results. Its so frustrating when it does this and it drives me nuts. its also embarassing when im trying to go

I have accumulated 65 paid image credit in my account, however I am unable to use them unless I continue to pay for an active monthly subscription.Why is this the case?It seems highly unethical where the user needs to keep paying to access something that is technically already paid for in the past.What are my options?

Once again, I was disappointed with the file. I downloaded a photo of the sky, which looks reliably on the thumbnail, after downloading it turns out to be a poor quality render with visible pixels instead of tonal transitions.image

I had personal accounts for CC and Stock that we wanted to move into my company's Team account to make it easier to manage and to share licensed images with my team, while maintaining my remaining credits.. Shouldn't be to difficult, right? WRONG!!!This started a couple of weeks ago when our IT Admin had me transferred and my individual account was moved to the team. Great, except anytime a team member tried to use a image I had licensed it gave them an error or asked them purchase a license. I tried following everything in Adobe Help and in the forums, and while my team could see the images, they still couldn't access the licensed copy. So, day before yesterday started off by calling in. The hold system said the approximate wait time was 14 minutes, 35 minutes later the call was finally answered. Then we were transferred to several people, finally ending up with a rep name Anushri. I have an Adobe subscription. Every time I try to purchase a stock asset at $2.99, I get the Choose a Plan prompt. I choose a plan and then "Good News You Already Have a Plan" - okay great, can I purchase the image now? Nope - RIGHT BACK into the Choose a Plan prompt.What an incredibly frustrating experience, and even crazier I have to come to the forums to get help? That's LITERALLY my only way to get any help with this?

Hi Sheena, the low resolution image with size: 1000x667 is definitely NOT HELPFUL!It's 4 times smaller than the Original and you can't analyze if the picture is sharp enough.I just bought a picture and exactly this issue occurred.Unfortunately there is no possibility to reach someone of your support by phone, even if it's provided on the support site.(Unless you choose the option "I'd like to cancel my subscription")It looks like I have to reactivate my fotolia.com account. Their handling and support is far more customer friendly.

Ordered trial and cancelled same day but have been getting charged monthly. Your Customer Care Contact seems to be set up to deter any cancelling. How do I get credit for the past two months of billing. It's easy enough for Adobe to see I never used this after the only day I tried it and cancelled.
