I want to stop the monthly payment of the annual subscription to adobe stock. How can I do? I can not find any keys to cancel the subscription, I have to pay every month

I used to be able to save a preview to a library but now I have 'License & Save' or 'View Preview", is the save preview function gone?

Tried several different methods to get this file to open and be usable. Downloaded from License History, from the item itself, etc... This file simply does not work. For Illustrator it hangs upon opening. Photoshop loads it like it was not a vector image. I licensed and download similar file 137691349 and this file worked perfectly. Please, can I have a credit for 137691333 since both of these files seem to be similar enough for my use? Again I followed troubleshooting steps for 137691333 and could not get this file to work as a vector file in Illustrator.Thanks,Bob 

Hello, I also lost my credits. I am not even sure how many I had but my credit card date expired and once I went in and renewed the card info all my credits I had saved were gone. Can you see how many I had and retrieve them? I have been a customer with adobe stock and fotolia which merged into adobe stock for years.

Hello! On 12th of November I registered to Adobe Stock Trial. As it was said in terms and conditions I 'am free to cancel my membership and get my money back. At this moment I have blocked 29,99 EUR in my bank account, I don't have any option to delete my AdobeStock membership - it's not showed Adobe ID/Creative Cloud free . And of course I don't have access to (free) pictures I used only two of them. I guess it is pretty expensive background images for 30,00 EUR. Resume. Please cancel my AdobeStock membership and refund my money.Maybe Adobe is waiting for 14 days period to charge my for extra months? There is no chance to change anything. Maybe I should hurry up to change my payment card?It looks like Adobe is showing bad image, you know what I mean 😉And don't say: "Use help desk (useless self-help-desk)".  There is nothing more like chat robot which is not working. All help tips are without such situation as mine. I'm deeply dissapointed.

I was hooked into the Adobe Stock via Dollar Photo. When I tried last year to cancel my adobe stock photo membership they said I wasn't able to and would have to wait til the end of the year. Now I am told I am auto signed up for another year. I cannot for the very-educated life of me figure out how to get out of this whole entire thing. I am retired and no longer need any of this.

Hi there,This is the prompt I get in PrP after trying to right click and import a video from my Libraries pane. What gives?In AE, the same video won't import to the project (just does nothing after right click_"add to project")  but I can drag it to the project pane but only empty video with color bars and label of title of asset (below). Very weird.Frustrated if I can only download from assets from website and have to import. Defeats the purpose of Adobe Stock and synced Libraries. I started my adobe stock membership earlier this year and cancelled it because I wasn't using all the pictures. When I cancelled it, adobe charged me for 50% of the membership as a cancellation policy. I had about a 30 picture credit that I had for awhile after cancelling. Now I need some more pictures and I paid hundred for the membership and thought I had some credits in my account but now I cant access them. It says I have to buy new images at $10 a pop.Help please...

I cancelled my monthly subscription last spring, but was under the impression that the remaining image credits were still in effect. I was assured this was the case when I successfully downloaded and purchased images from my remaining credits in both September and October. Today I am trying to download an image (from my 70 remaining) and was greeted with issues. I've attached screen captures. When I try to view my credit card information (to update), it isn't an option in my account.
