I've purchased a photo on adobe stock that I'd like to include on a banner. The banner will be 16" tall and the photo needs to at least be as tall as this banner. I'm seeing that the image can only get up to 10 inches high. I'm surprised about this because I'm used to Shutterstock, where images can get up to 19" tall at 300dpi. Is there no other option to purchase larger more high res files on Adobe Stock?

Hello! Does this work the other way around? As in uploading to Adobe Stock makes the files go online in Fotolia as well, but what if I upload through Fotolia? I've gotten used to using Fotolia and would like to keep on contributing through there. I now created an Adobe Stock profile which shows all of the files I have on Fotolia, so will the two accounts keep on syncing if I keep on uploading through Fotolia the way I have done before?

So I waited for 8 months to cancel the Adobe Stock Subscription to avoid the "penalties", then I found out today that it got renewed on Feb12 without giving me any notification. I want to get refunded and cancel the subscription. Good morning..I have read all the terms of use documents and am still unsure. I need to clarify whether I can use abode stock vectors when making digital cutting files. I usually design from scratch myself but my website is so busy nowadays that time is limited and I thought that using vectors from abode may be the answer. The vectors would be incorporated into my designs. The SVG designs are then sold on my website.Many thanks for any help you can offer.

(minor edits) 3) Can we include the image on an information poster and in a video? (if so do we need to put an attribute on the image?) Thanks

Hello,I wanted to use one of the images on a packing box of a product I am designing for a company. I noticed this information "The Adobe Stock license descriptions above are intended for individuals and Creative Cloud teams only. Enterprise users, please see the enterprise license page." That is why I would like to ask, how does this work? Can I purchase the license for them or do they have to do it and what kind of license is neccessary for this kind of use? They will be printing 20 000 - 60 000 pcs to begin with.Please do not send link to Adobe articles as I have read a lot of them and I still haven't found the anwser to my question so I would be very grateful for any help.

I have a client that needs the video streamed and in fast. My question is regarding the usage:in the license it states: "you may not distribute the digital asset by posting it online or in any other way that would let other people use the asset without licensing it themselves."If the video is uploaded to youtube as unlisted, it can not be found and therefor not be used. Would that not keep the license terms?I would think so, but I am not a lawyer...And another thing: The easiest way would have been if my client could connect the video directly from the Adobe Stock Server, without going through the hassle of downloading and hosting on a streaming service. As far asI could found I could not see such an option. Am I missing something?many thanks!

I signed up for the 14 day free trial of adobe stock and realized I wouldn't be getting much use out of it so I tried to cancel for a couple hours, it was difficult, but finally I thought I was able to do so. Now I look at my account information to see that I have been billed twice for $30 in the past two months. I have downloaded one photo during the 14 day trial and I won't get any use personally from this service. I have been an adobe customer for a while and I will continue to use photoshop and lightroom. I want to cancel my subscription but the fee is astronomically expensive and I can't afford it. I need my subscription cancelled and the fee waved, I have been a loyal customer for years. It was very unclear I would be bound as part of a subscription service contract and it was very difficult to cancel during the trial period.  I have already paid for the months I have used it. Please cancel my membership and waive the cancellation fee.

Hello People,I'm tempted to sign up for a monthly subscription to Adobe stock and mainly interested in downloaidng videos, having read about people's bad experiences with Adobe I'd like to confirm the terms before signing up: 1. the Monthly plan says '40 standard assets' for £59.99 per month - what are standard assets? I found a whole bunch of videos I'd like to download but nine of them says standard or otherwise...?2. If it's a monthly plan can I assuem I can cancel at any point and just be billed for that month? When should I cancel to avoid being billed for another month(s)?Thank you!

am currently on the 7 day Illustrator trial. Had been browsing through stock.adobe.com and saved a number of images to the cloud (middle icon on each pic). Now I can't find them. They are not in "My Library" - did none of these save and did I waste my time for an hour?

During the free month trial of adobe stock, I realized that I could not actually afford the service, so I canceled the service. However, a month later, I get an email saying they were unable to charge my previous credit card, and that my payment was now overdue. I checked my account, and found that stock was not in fact canceled. I don't plan on using any of the assets given, so how can I just end this?

I can understand your business logic in only letting people keep their images if they keep renewing every month. However, I'm left feeling very let down by the service here. I had 60+ Images stored up and didn't see the point in continuing to pay monthly if I'm not using it at the rate of 10 images consistently. I received no warning to use the images or that they would be removed from my account so now it feels like I've been robbed of 6 months worth of payments to Adobe Stock, feeling let down by the service here.Rant over.

I just recently decided to try out stock images after receiving several emails to download 10 free images or videos.  I started the process, logged in, gave a verified PayPal account in case I forgot to cancel and went beyond 30 days and then downloaded the images.  I noticed that my PayPal account had been debited $79.99 x 10, ouch.  But PayPal also said that Adobe had credited that back to me.  But the Adobe funds never entered my PayPal account to be transferred back to my checking, It just said "processing".  A call to PayPal found that they had no clue why funds were not transferred back.  Rajesh as Adobe Customer Support said I had downloaded from the wrong area.  He could not explain why nothing altered me to this when downloading. He sounded like the guy caught up in a lie with no where to turn. But he said he would escalate the call and I would receive a call within 24 hours.  Never happened.  When I called back I was told it would

Hi, This same issue has happened to me with dollar stock. I had at least 20-30 credits left unused and I can not access them. It says I must sign up to a subscription to purchase images where I did not have to do this before!!!.. Can I please be added again Kanikas. Thank you.

I need a refund as well. I purchased a $49 package yesterday only to find the images are too large for my use. A rep in chat suggested I purchase Photoshop to resize. How crazy is that suggestion. I normally purchase Fotolia photos but yesterday, was bounced over to Adobe since you purchased that. Fotolia had different sized images to select from. Adobe has one huge size that is unworkable for me.Please let me know how to get a refund of the package i purchased yesterday.Thanks,

My hard drive crashed last week and all the images I downloaded were lost.  Is there a way to download those images again without incurring any additional cost, because of my circumstances?

I've been sat trying to figure this out for too long... I have a student creative cloud membership and at some point i ended up paying for adobe stock which don't want to be doing because I never use it and when I try to cancel it I don't even get the option to. I don't think I'm being stupid but if I am missing something please tell me what it is... I cant for the life of me figure out how to cancel it, the help system has been less than useless and I'd rather adobe stopped trying to steal my money.I've included a screenshot.
